I want to like this app as much as I like the website. Unfortunately the map function, which I use heavily, is buggy and slow. It won't show prices until you zoom down to very close, and when you touch a map icon to look at a home, it opens it briefly at the bottom, then it closes again. You have to switch to list view every time to look at details on a property because of this bug. I figured it would go away after an update. It did not. Oh well, off to Zillow.

I have left multiple posts regarding the issues I'm experiencing with this app!! Somehow my posts keep disappearing and are being erased!! Can you please fix this app???? I can not view the notifications coming in, as well as the pages within the app won't load either anymore!! Can you please help fix these issues???? I really love this app and would like to give it the 5 stars it deserves. Thank you

This app was closer to 4 stars before the most recent update. Now, my saved homes aren't there and if I save new homes, they don't appear in the list either. If someone sends me a home via text, the link doesn't take me to the home, I have to copy the address to view the home.

Recently this app started forgetting sort order and scroll position in the results list when backing out of looking at a listing. This has made the application significantly less nice to use. Probably just a bug to address in the next update, previously worked well.

If I could give negative stars, it would now be -5000 at best. Another update without adding Chromecast support back in. The app updated multiple times and. still no Chromecast support. The app has a history of including it, then dropping support then restoring it, then dropping it.. I have cleared all cache and user data. Still no support.

I love this app! In my opinion the only tiny complaint I have is when I am interested in a house I want a text not a call right away. I don't really like talking on the phone so I would rather have a text instead of a phone call. Other than that, the app is easy to use and navigate!

Frustrating!!!! Every time you like or unlike a property in your list, it scrolls back to the top and you have to scroll down again. If you have a lot of properties, this is a real pain. The developer should make it so the property stay in the same spot even if you press the heart button or turn it off.

Ya know, realtor is honestly a great app for the data it provides, pictures, filters, etc... The only thing I don't like is that even though I turned off ALL push notifications that I could find, I STILL get notifications on an almost daily basis about new properties. Just stop already.

Poorly developed app. The filter doesn't even work properly. Barely use the app now but every once in a while I try it again and still just a waste of time. Much better apps out there that actually work when you select options in the filter.

Overall great app. The only thing that is very annoying is when you want to stop seeing a listing, the app refreshes itself and takes you back to the top of your search list. I would love it if I could just continue where I left off after I exclude a listing.

so far, I tend to use realtor for most searches because it allows you to skip pending listings and 55+ community. I wish it had a way to differentiate between mobile home on land vs in a park. yes you can limit the lot size, but miss a few places due to the 2000sqft lot minimum.

Why is there no way to filter out 55+ communities!? That's seems to be a basic feature missing from the app. Much more intuitive interface and better features than Zillow, but doesn't offer as much info as Zillow. Overall it's the better of the two!

It's okay. They really really really need to let you remove a house from your like list without the app sending you all the way back to the top of the list. Then you have to scroll all the way back down the list to where you were. Time consuming and just plain annoying.

When you click on a link someone sends you the app pulls up places you looked instead until I close the app. The app goes to the map instead of the list even though I've changed it to list. Easier to just use a search engine.

A new "feature" has recently been added - now the app sends out worthless notifications such as "congratulations, a property you liked has been viewed 6,142 times!" If you turn this off, you no longer get notified at all about properties coming on the market. Update 5/9/22 - this stupid notification continues, and still no way to turn it off. I'm looking for another real estate app

Cumbersome search functions! Once you've established search filters, you can't locate SPECIFIC addresses without getting "no results found" - even when notified of the addresses in the feed! Totally absurd & aggravating... (more success with Zillow for pinpoint searches).

I actually have some suggestions for your app: 1. Notifications when a home the user liked becomes contingent + another notification if it becomes available again. 2. Let me just copy the link to send, instead of having to scroll through my apps to send a listing to my friend. 3. I want to request a filter that'd take out all the currently rented homes. If I'm looking for my first house, I don't want to be a landlord or have to evict tenants so I have a place to live.

Lots of bugs in this app. Sometimes will not let you save as favorites. Sometimes will not open the property when you click on it from the map view and other times favorites on map do not show as a heart but as an unseen property icon. These errors are annoying as a user.

Buggy and none of the filters work right at times, it tries to lock you into an area if you use zip codes. You have to zoom in so close from area to area to see homes in the area if you use the filters. And its ran by a third party and if your looking for investment properties its best to find who has it because if you draw attention to it on here the realtors will shark you on it most times or pass it on to someone they know. Its happened to me everytime I have finally got to go look at one.

The new update is horrendous! **update: 1.) Needs a sort feature for "for sale by owner" listings. 2.) No option for sellers to list properties for sale, so another app needs to be downloaded. It's a feature that needs to considered. 3.) The sorting "feature" is seriously lacking many important options. 4.) I'm constantly seeing MLS listings that are not showing up on the app. when I search. Also, I have reported a problem multiple times over the course of a month which has yet to be resolved.

Have used this app for months then out of the blue began getting HUGE AMOUNTS OF JUNK EMAILS from them. I have reset my preferences 3 times without change. Now I've updated the app so time will tell, BUT there are plenty of other real estate apps available! UPDATE Now the App Developer wants more info from me. The info is that the unsolicited emails from the app and unwanted messages from you are intrusive. I've uninstalled the app. & won't communicate again. As the Developer, do your own job.

I love the ability to search within a specified commute range, that is awesome! I like the ability to save a house with the heart button, but I wish there was also an "X" of some sort to indicate that I've already viewed a property and rejected it for whatever reason.
