The recent changes when I search properties does not put them in numerical price sequence. Also would be great if you could see new listings when you program in an area, helps when you're looking for a client and you want to see the new listings as follow-up to the original search.
I love Realty One Group Performance, hence the 5-stars!! My review is about the app. My challenge is in the way the properties are displayed. They always look cut off. You have to actually open the listing to get a full view. I would also like to be able to search for properties in multiple cities.
Recently when trying to share properties to my Facebook business page ... it just doesn't work... for three days so far... going to try again today.... this is one of the features I use the most to highlight nice new to the market listings in my area... but it has to work for me to use it... ..... nope... just a temp redirect that doesn't post to business page... still seems broken...
This is a pretty good app. It needs a few more touches to increase the quality. When you find a home/ several, it states home/homes available. When you contact your agent to inform them, 5 days later, the house / houses are under contract. The app need to update better. Updating itself is a bit behind. In all, it's a pleasurable app.
We were so happy to meet natalee, she has been very helpful with everything, she explains everything with perfect detail and she will also answer any questions at any time. Fast and accurate, this app makes home search easy. I love the feature where you can find the home you are closes to or the homes around you with the touch of a button. Nice work!
I love it is very update to date on the houses that are pending vs active, but the app itself is a little clunky to navigate. It should be more intuitive like other realty apps.
There are many listings that I have not been able to pull up using the address, or even with the advanced search feature by MLS listing number. It's been a bit frustrating.
Love how easy it is to look for properties and look for open houses that same day! Great tool and way better than any other of the apps to look for deals! This app make it easier and is the best tool and app to take advantage.
Not all if the listing in our area show up. We have an app provided by our MLS and it is much more user friendly and it has all of the listings in it and they are up to date since it is linked directly to the MLS
It often does not open and when it does it does not have all of the homes listed in the homes near me section. I could be standing right in front of a home and it won't show it and it will show on the MLS. Very frustrating
My only complaints are the app is a little frustrating to use because it resets to search nearby and doesn't have advanced search options for home and lot features.
app is great, sometimes it gets a little glitchy. only down side is when looking at the scroll of pics when you barely swipe up it takes you to the very first picture
the countdown in steps for your loan are numbered incorrectly. uploading docs doesn't cross off your to-do list. but it's a safe way to upload overall.
Great tool to use when you are driving around neighborhoods searching for properties. It saved us hours of time as we were able to narrow down our search time. Love it!
Pretty good app, some times when you choose the filter option it won't always change how you want it. Only happened one day so far though.
The advanced search is hard to use. The slider used is hard to fine tune the size and price.
Would help if you listed contingent along with active. Would also be beneficial if neighborhoods within the zip code area were listed first in all the listings rather than having client select from a drop down.
I truly love my APP however when trying to share a listing to FB or anything it tells me its redirecting the link and doesn't share it... help I'm on a roll and would love to continue utilizing this amazing tech.

Double listings. Found a house that said active found it again under a different listing number as contengent. Can't immagine how this is possible since you can't sell the same house twice at the same time.
I really need more filter options. My number one filter i need is to be able to select "no HOA" hoa is a deal breaker and I hate getting excited for a house then read HOA yes.
Settings disappear after look at few houses. Need to go back and re-select criteria again. Others, good app.

This app was amazing before the new upgrade, however, with the new update it seems that some of the cool features are not available anymore, & is not as easy to navigate as it was previously. I still use the app because I am a REALTOR® with ROG, but honestly, wish it had not been updated. I feel that the new version was updated without considering how well it would work with Android, but also, how easy it was to navigate for novice users. It still does a great job, but not the same as before!
