extremely intermittent in operation. constantly having to 'kill and build' app to restore connection. no explanation as to why 'linkage push' videos are coming across 'blacked out'. wish there was a different app to use for these systems, cause Realview Pro has been a disaster for years.
STILL EVERY FRIDAY KICKED OUT AGAIN! FIX THIS APP!!!!!!!Again same thing Friday knocked out of app. No access. App came back for a few hours and is now out again all day.. It will not recognize my email.Now it is 24 hours that this app won't recognize my email address.. I cannot access my cameras.Every Friday i lose access for about 8 hours and my email is not recognized. I get Netork Error (-1502). I tried to change the password to see if that helps and they say the email username
EDIT: 10/24 ISSUES AGAIN! CAN'T GET IT TO WORK AT ALL NOW! THIS SYSTEM IS THE WORST! DONT EVER BUY GW SECURITY! HORRIBLE SOFTWARE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! I've been having the same network issue on mine since yesterday. Rebooted system, rebooted router, nothing worked. This morning I deleted the Realview Pro App and re-downloaded it from the Play store. BAM. Eveything came right up. So I hope this helps some of you out!
Doesn't always work. The menus do not format properly with larger screens. When using "playback", there is no way to choose video type, motion, alarm, etc...
I'm now having the same issue as another user that just posted. I was logged out, attempted to enter my password and recieved a "network error". I attempted to recover my password thinking that was the issue, but then it said the email address wasn't on registered. It was fine a few days ago. What changed???
I am now getting the same error. I was on fine before and today, it gives me network error. I tried to recover my password and it said my email was not registered. This is insane. I can't access my camera. I hope this issue is resolve promptly please.
So far this app has been great for the past two years. However, I'm currently experiencing the -1502 error like others recently have reported and I'm now completely flying blind. Once this is is resolved I will update my rating.
Just quit working... pretty terrible app lately. System can be viewed through my port forward setup....and on local network. But not via the app anymore. Come on guys... people pay good money for these systems, and we can't even get a decent reliable app for mobile use? Sad...
NETWORK FIELD IS STILL BROKEN SINCE: 2019Mar - APP HAS A REALLY ANNOYING BUG! NVR address entered in "Domain/IP" field, is in the "Network" field while the app is running, then dropped by the time the application reloads. Please please please fix this!!!!!!!
What is going on with this service? Been getting network error for days, try and reset my password and it says it doesn't recognize it? This is something we depend on! Please fix!
Pretty terrible interface and unreliable. Not a good choice for an app dealing with security
App is slow as f....k . Thieves were able to empty my house and also had lunch by the time the app opened so I can see what's going on. Crazy crazy sh...t.
TERRIBLE. Only works on home wifi. Thats it. Anywhere else or on mobile data, all it says is "device disconnected ". JUNK.
Loss of connection/devices. Poor instructions. I was expecting much more. I don`t trust security.

Slow, keeps asking for password, crashes in background several times per day despite not being used.
It loads very slow even with latest iPhone. Not user friendly. No updates since 2018.

320 disconnected fixed - the device password was wrong, had to remove device and add it to the app again with the correct password.

It worked great when I first got it, even alerted me to thieves on my property when I wasn't home once and I was able to get the cops on them and have them arrested. But ever since I got a new phone the app won't send me push notifications. I've called IT and never got a call back, I've checked and rechecked my settings and permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times... nothing. I can view my camera's remotely, but getting notices was important to me. Very discouraged.
