Reanimation inc: Realistic Indie Medical Simulator

Many games claim to be a realistic simulation of some real-life experiences, however, this medical simulator indeed is. You’ll only find ill patients lying in an ER and many yet unknown medical equipment all around. It’s up to you – whether the patient survives or dies on your hands.
At the start, you will have to complete an intern test full of realistic medical questions to prove that you are worthy to be allowed to patients.
Alright! Now, when you are ready, hurry up to get in time for your first patient! What diseases does a person have? Is it a stroke or a rare illness that has similar symptoms? Try not to mess up with drugs – wrong medicine can kill a patient!
It is a custom in our games that after a short tutorial, you are on your own – there are no shining buttons telling you what to push, nor there are loot boxes with wonderful prizes every hour or so. If you are a good doctor and your patients are regularly make it to a hospital, you’ll collect money for new medical equipment fast, however, no one is going to pay you anything, if you only bring dead bodies to a pathologist.

Excellent game. Some errors in the translations, but very enjoyable. You really fight to save the patients... or at least bring them to the hospital in a stable condition. To be efficient, you need to read carefully the documentation and it makes the game just hard enough not to be boring. The other games from this developer are also entertaining and are worth playing. Keep going!

Great and fun simulation, whether that be the graphics, the mechanics, sound effects and music, though a little bit of work should be done on the translations. I would hope to see more courses and simulated cases in future updates, but overall wonderful work.

The best ambulance game ever - I've redownloaded and replayed this game so much over the years. It provides factual information that makes you think about what you need to do in an accurate way. Although the English isn't perfect, it doesn't interfere with understanding the material. I wish I could restore purchases, but the game is so reasonably priced that it's not bad (the most expensive pack available is under 10 dollars!). I wish I could soft reset my game so I could fix my 'kill streak'.

The game has a lot of potential, however for someone who finds this subject very interesting but with little to no medical background, the English translation assumes too much and the game becomes very frustrating and almost unplayable. You need a much better and longer tutorial to take the player through the life saving processes. Put it this way - if you can't articulate yourself in English, show us in an extended tutorial.

Can't restore my purchases or game data from the cloud! Really fun game! I love when it gets harder and adds more than one condition. The English isn't 100% but is understandable and educational. Really worth paying for the extra modes. I would add something like "flash cards" so you can access the information at the end of the course into the game. The Course 0 is a bit long, but those last few slides on each condition are very helpful.

Love it, fantastic game. Translation errors are sometimes difficult but overall don't affect your ability to play the game; if anything I just wish there was an option for multiple profiles or a way to start the game from scratch so you can play again from the beginning if desired. No major gripes! Really solid game.

I LOVE this game! This review has been updated: If you change background battery optimization to save battery for this app specifically, when an ad comes up, the game crashes. Every time. Since I changed it, it has been pretty good. It still crashes, now every once and a while it still crashes..

I've enjoyed playing this game over the years and while it isn't perfect, I don't mind some of the flaws. Something important to note though is that, at least for me, Cloud Save doesn't update with my progress meaning I would have to restart back to where I was two years ago if I were to delete the app. This problem also makes using real money for game pointless since anything you buy won't be saved by the cloud if you delete the game. Besides this I don't have any major complaints, good game.

I've been addicted to this game from the start. Love how technical it is, even if it does mean it's more difficult than a lot of games. The bonuses have really helped to level up. The only downsides for me so far is the poor translation (although still very much understandable for English conversion) and the payouts aren't as much as I'd like, because it makes it difficult to buy items too need. I would recommend it.

I love the game, although it's not for learning, I've learned a lot. But the navigation is a negative point, sometimes we need that "go back" button on the slides. and it is really annoying the course system, it should be better organised.

It's quite fun, difficult to learn a few things but I know basic biology so it wasnt to hard, and the game teaches quite well. It's easy to forget somethings but they are easy to memorise too. Overall I would recommend this game to fast learners or people with a basic understanding of science or paramedicine. 4/5 stars, quite good.

I work on the truck in the US. This simulation is entertaining, and informative. There are things I would love to see, such as actual anatomical differences to patients, differences in injury sites, and a way to zoom and drag around the back of the bus. And there are some issues with not enough information being given. However, in its current state, it is still an excellent simulation. It's been a good refresher of sorts in downtime, re-instating some confidence in my personal abilities.

Ads are almost non existent, and the developer always give bonus from time to time, even without doing anything like watching ads, etc. My only problem is that the profile of the patient is always different from the one being treated. The profile shows its a woman when the one at the bed is obviously and always a man. Kind of breaking the immersion but not so much. Overall, its a good game.

The experience is intense and amazing! Good graphics and control, but would lag occasionally. I suggest putting up a loading bar. I'm also learning a lot more than many games I've played, but I think the learning curve can be smoothened out further, particularly for people unfamiliar in the medical field. Also, the english translations can be understood, but they're not in the best translations. I recommend it being checked with a better translator. Thank you for making this beautiful game.

Now, the game is realistic in some senses, completely unrealistic in others, but above all it's ambitious, charming, fun, and a lot less mindless than most other medical games you'll find. If you're trying to learn emergency medicine probably best to look elsewhere the game is built around Russian protocols, which are often outdated, and obviously some features are made less realistic for the sake of gameplay. Itnever claims to be an educational material.) but I enjoy playing it.

The simulation of the heartbeat is what I find most amazing! I am sure he/she spent hours programing, and making it realistic. It is really satisfying when you know what to do and see the heart go back to normal. Took me maybe 10 minutes to fully understand what I had to do by reading the course, but now I know and it is super fun! WARNING: If you do not like learning exact steps you may not enjoy this. Still give it a go though!

it's a very interesting app and it also can be super fun and extremely satisfying when you get the exact diagnosis and care! The satisfaction of actually learning the material and successfully applying the knowledge is a very rewarding feeling. My only criticism is that maybe a more intuitive learning system would be very beneficial as after the course you're pretty much left to figure out how everything works. Perhaps an added tutorial video in the course would do the trick!

Overall it's very interesting and educational! I just wish there was a bit more guidance starting off. Esp for those not familiar with medical. Like maybe the ability to train in a tutorial-like setting, or a practice dummy that let's you know in real time what treatments & interventions are worsening/improving the dummy's condition. Maybe also a little more background info about the patients. Just because it's hard to diagnose with such limited info sometimes.

I can dig it, I've only played for an hour maybe and I really am enjoying myself, its a tense feeling and a rewarding finish. The money is difficult to get, which is one main issue, but i think i can manage for now. I also think some English translators could help some of the errors in grammar and wording. Overall, I enjoy it, alot. Keep up the good work on this one, it could be huge!!

Excellent game, very realistic. Ads are non-intrusive and almost non-existant. Good progression system and the translation from Russian to English is amazing. It is a little hard to get the patient to start breathing once they hit below the breathing rate of 15%, though, because brain damage starts to occur and I can't seem to raise the breathing rate even when steps are followed correctly. Tremendous game, I love it and it's very realistic. 9.7/10 because of that little thing I just mentioned.

Xav. L. Oct 7, 2021

I would say the game overall is generally fun to an extent. For example, I think its cool that it gives us courses, I just wish there were more courses because I really liked learning about this study. The bad parts are the person always looks the same regardless of gender. Half the shots don't even help with the "diagnosis" and whenever you think it's one thing it's another, like how am I suppose to diagnose someone because there symptom is "weak"... this game should just focuse on the courses.

Ben. S. Feb 15, 2021

Easy controls, no lag, user friendly and challenging (in a fun way). Yes it's just a game but it's very accurate and realistic. Been studying human biology and medicine since the first time I played this and it's still giving me the motivation I need to study and pursue something in life. 10/10. I only hope that the developer(s) doesn't leave it and that they improve it somehow or pursue the creation of another quality simulator. I recommend.

EDIT: I found out it is actually a UI design problem, not a bug per se! After seeking for it again, I was able to find it. This game has a lot of potential, but there are a lot of features to be improved. For instance, even tho I completed the course 0, I can't pass to level 1 after completing the exam. Also, I always get the same diagnosis. I played it 8 times and all the time the answer was "atrial fibrillation". I'm looking forward to play this game after the bugs are fixed!

Brilliant, fun and interesting. It has a few things that could be improved but nothing major, such as it would be nice to have the ailments listed in the knowledge section separately rather than constantly having to go through the files to find one case. Just reinstalled and there is no restore purchases button

So a little background, I'm an Emergency Medical Technician licensed in the USA by the NREMT and also licensed by the state I live in. This game isn't perfect, but it's not meant to be, it's supposed to be simplified enough that anyone can play and I think it walks a great line between realism and playability. The reason I gave 4/5 stars isn't because of gameplay. When I turn my phone around, the game screen stays upside down, the translation is also funky sometimes. Still highly enjoyable.

A. G. u. Apr 16, 2020

I enjoy this game, but I have a few minor complaints. There are some spelling/grammar errors (but I don't believe English is the dev's 1st language, so it's alright) so some things could be written better. Secondly, no matter what the patient looks like on the popup with their name, symptoms, etc. the patient model in the ambulance is always the exact same. It would be cool if skin colors, body type, and hair changed to match each person. But overall, I like how medically accurate the game is.

A. G. u. Feb 5, 2020

The game is cool! I really like the concept and how everything is simple. But it lacks of instruction- u can make it simple. Like when a patient case is drowning, put some information of what the player should do first, and the final result DUHH not every knew those medical terms, because not everyone is knowledgeable with the medical terms, make it more concise, be more careful with that. Thank you! Will wait for your update.

I am giving a rating of four stars because I just started playing. I am truly enjoying this paramedic simulator. You do feel the intensity of having someone's life on you hands. The situation with the patient can and will change quickly. What I do not like about the game however, is how much it cost to get lessons or get certain upgrades. I suppose it makes it more realistic.
