1. Your website no search button. How should i look for the bag i want ? Although you have filter button. If filter "louis vuitton" only of course will have a lot of results. 2. No sign in button for the web. How to sign in? 3. I cant even go in to your app. So buggy. I tried to use my login said something wrong but not specify what. Even if i tried to register a new email also said error occurred please try. A waste of time. Will not change to higher rating unless you solve the problem

Easy to use and clear directions!

I ordered a Gucci boho bag and I understand that the items sold on this app are pre-loved. My bag arrived wayyyy more worn than advertised. Scuffs and small tears were everywhere on the exterior of the bag. On the interior, gross! Crumbs and pet hair were all over the inside of the bag. So gross. I called to notify customer service but they didn't care. Beware if you shop on this app.

App is terrible, it is always loading or showing no results. I can never actually find anything I looking to buy because it's always loading and yes my version is up to date.

I bought my bag from rebag last week got it today and it was exactly what was described. I also got it authenticated and it's the real deal I also work in luxury and I would definitely recommend them thanks rebag!

It was easy and quick I'm just awaiting results 24 to 48 hrs ....we shall see what the outcome is then but app was easy n to the point no problems whatsoever.....definitely a great app.

I love this app. I have been looking everywhere for something like this because I have some nice handbag can maybe get rid of and I needed expert's opinions.

First time using this service to buy my authentic purse turned out to be the worst experience! They aren't honest with their customers once they realized that my purse was used and not to their liking they told me that they will be returning my purse to me and didn't even offer me anything for it. Don't waste your time especially if your purse is used.

I understand they have their policies and rights to offer you a price for a bag you want to sell them but honestly do not try to get rich over someone else's I tried to sell them a BRAND NEW NEVER USED Prada bag valued in almost $3,000 and they offered me $600 and later they will sell it for more than three times thr price. If they offered me only $600 for a brand new bag I don't want to know how much they would had offered me for a used one.

Very disappointing to realize coupon is contingent upon amount you spend!

Why do you leave your sold bags on site. Everything I looked for said SOLD! Dissatisfied & disappointed in site availability.

For one thing these guys are ways too high for my taste should go a Lil cheaper than they're listed.Ok but not for my likings.
