I like it, it's just the insurgents feel a bit OP. I was handling everything fine (normal mode), plenty of money, upgrades done, military deployed and the zone at like 97% stabilized. But they kept coming, multiplying all over the map at crazy speed. Knowing that you have to corner them to defeat a group, it'll take all your units to do so, in the meantime 1 or 2 extra group is capturing everything and you lose rep so fast. I thought it was a bit too much to lose a game at 97%.

Same situation, but different characters and powers. It's pretty addictive! However,I'll spot 2 major problems:First of all,for some reasons, you may lose all your reputation and end up with a game over within a few minutes. And even if you react immediately, losing is inevitable. Second,if you don't pay the premium version, you miss essential options. Not being able to unlock them made my own experience incredibly difficult.Same problem on PlagueInc btw.Hope the creators will find a way to solve this

I really enjoyed it at the beginning. But brutal seems to be exclusively pay per win...And not that fun to play. Is supposed to be a strategy game, well there is no way to create a front against insurgents, they can pass throug your soldiers even after being defeated, i managed to close them focusing on military and after wiping them they just popped out from EVERY unstable zone making it impossile to win. And ofc insurgents can travel much more faster than your soldiers, enough to conquer zones

This game should be fun and strategic with some planning, but no matter how pro you are in this kind of games... you can't pass even the first stage on easy mode, rebals spread very fast very soon, and the army is so little and weak... not to mention the economy is not a good thing and the gains remain the same from the beginning until the lost. The game has its potential but it needs some major fixes. the pay in game doesn't fix all the probpems, so don't be sheep and buy a premium access

It's an alright game, not that difficult once you get the hang of it. Sadly most of the good stuff is locked behind a pay wall. You can't use advisors once unlocked since that's in premium. But hey the free stuff is more or less a demo. Bought the game and mostly all of the DLC. It's a good game. Never got the PC version but I can tell from all the videos, PC is better.

Had fun at first, then the problems arise. During the first level, things make sense. You can cut off the insurgents, prevent them from running rampant, and manage your reputation. Then the next level. All of a sudden, insurgents are super soldiers. Your tactics don't work, reinforcing your troops doesn't do enough to overpower them, and even when you pull out all the stops, they just start randomly popping up behind your lines. It's like herding puppies but more annoying. Oh and paid upgrades!

I really love this game but, the only thing I hate about it in mobile is the map texture, they look too cartoony and I get it, thats the style of the game but I would appreciate if it was as realistic and complex that PC offers, but I'm still giving this game 5 stars, because what really matters is the game itself even tho I do like a more realistic texture it's safe to say this is an amazing strategy, political ( kind of ), and tactical game.

Fun game. It's realy fun to play once you get a hang of it. I never paid anything yet it's still incredibly fun. It's realy close to real life on how you can interact with communities, solve their concerns, provide education, medicine, and sanitation. Many options to benifit the people if the region. And the insurgency is hard to contain without practice. Overall this game is realy fun. One thing I would suggest is for extra maps to unlock once people have beat every map on brutal/mega bruta.

For a paid app, the devs heavily monetised nearly every aspect of the game. I would be ok with this if the game was free but it's not. Disappointed in the devs for trying to nickel and dime players like this. Aside from that, it's actually a really fun strategic simulator with a lot of replay value.

I love all of the games you have put out. From plague. To rebels. To all the expansions and all the things you do to keep the games looking and feeling new fresh and exciting all over again like I've downloaded it for the first time again. Thank you so much designer's and devs for all you do. I truly appreciate it.

ash. b. May 28, 2022

this game is p2w you just can't beat anything on brutal without advisors and even then in brutal mode your troops have to move from your HQ to the enemy which is a very bad decision from the devs cuz if you remove that feature the entire game is just luck dependent if the enemy doesn't spawn next to your HQ you have to restart this isn't the case for PC versions as I have seen in some guides so just please keep that feature in harder difficulties beacuse then the game is just overly frustrating

Aar. L. May 29, 2022

To even be playable you have to pick the easiest mode. You will have to spend money if you want to play normal mode, the mechanics make it to where you lose reputation faster then you get paid causing you to lose no matter how hard you try.

It's a lot more interesting and more to do than plague inc, and that's how you make the game fun! I thought it was a complicated simulator and it's based on old times, but it's far from that. I'm into this more than Plague Inc. now and I barely get off my phone because of this now, create more games like this and keep up the great work!

Well thought out, engaging and exciting experience. You won me over with 'Plague Inc' and I was worried Rebel Inc wouldn't be at the same standard. You have me hooked from the first moment. Well done, James. Edit: Just went to play the weekly challenge and I have to pay? Seriously? I know you're great at making games, but $8 for a weekly challenge is a bit much. This should be all included if you purchase the game. Additional things like advisors or cheats should cost money...not challenges.

After buying the full game, I can say that its a fair purchase. No complaints (other than brutal mode drives me nuts. And raging nuts with mega, which is the point) it's a good game to play in short runs. Look forward to future updates.

Aid. P. May 24, 2022

Really fun game! Pretty easy to play once you get the hang of it... it runs smoothly, and my phone is outdated so I know it won't have any real issues with glitches/bugs. 👍

Just crashes to desktop at the moment. Played ok for a day or two after update, now it wouldn't launch.(Samsung S22 Ultra) Sidenote: would be smarter if google playstore had an in-app message to developers thing. Something between email or review.

This game is awesome. Very close to reality. Very challenging. The very good thing about the game is no ads. I playing on free and the only ad I see is it's own purchase premium. Update: Now I'm able to beat it in brutal. Understanding game physics is the key. Now I've purchased the premium and have advisors. I've managed beat few maps in Mega Brutal as well. Yet to try the new campaign feature which is still behind another pay wall.

The game is fun it gives the player above understanding of how the actual political thing works whatever you call it. At first I didn't know what to suspect of the game how it turned out but however every game I have ever played military and stuff Rubble inc. has been the funnest. I will continue to play this game for a long long time

Fra. W. C. May 1, 2022

Edit to my first review. The concept of the game is good. It's entertaining and it requires you to think properly before taking action. The interface could be way more polished and unfortunately, the biggest downside is, that unless you don't buy the Premium version, you don't get basically almost anything at all in terms of unlockables, campaign and other options like the stats (seriously???) I'm short, potentially a good game... but too little content

Pau. May 19, 2022

This game is really hard. On brutal I have only beaten two maps and about 20% of weekly challenges - when and easy brutal challenge comes through they are a lot of fun trying to get the best score. This is like plague Inc but harder which makes it better.

Tro. V. Apr 20, 2022

I really want to give this 5 stars (and I'll still play). The mechanics, game play, all great. Big exception is Reputation. It feels like at a point it becomes a stop watch, regardless of what you are doing or how much progress you've made. Didn't matter that I'd reduced the insurgents to 2 zones, or that most of the territory was extremely close to stable, Rep was still dropping -1 every few seconds and it felt frustratingly unfair. More chances to gain Rep, please. It's perfect otherwise

Pun. Apr 6, 2022

I quite enjoyed the game, but it really pushed the paid version HARD. I enjoyed plague Inc as well, and ended up spending money on it, but this was so ham-fisted in it's attempts to get you to buy the full version that I was turned off. The game could be more clear about the function of some elements, but was overall well made and reasonably balanced.

Rox. Mar 20, 2022

Honestly one of the best mobile games I've ever played in provides a challenge that is very satisfying to overcome it isn't overly difficult either. It allows you a chance to adapt and over come. If you lose the first time take into account how you lost and Ballance it with other stuff it may be difficult but that's what makes the game so good. Sorry if this review was too long but I definitely deserves more attention then all the other bad games on this app. 5 stars

Mic. V. Mar 29, 2022

Bought premium, only to learn I need to pay another $10 to buy all the advisors (which you can earn, but game is brutally difficult and I think only winnable with the advisors). I'm not a novice to this sort of game, and really enjoyed their earlier Plaque game, but I can't help but think the difficulty has been tweaked to force you to spend the extra $10.

Aar. B. Apr 26, 2022

It is a great strategy game, I've been looking for a good game were I can really think about what I'm gonna do next and this is great for that it is very challenging but not unreasonably so. I haven't payed for anything but I feel as though I can work through any level given enough time. I've see alot of people complaining about it pushing you to buy stuff but I haven't gotten one ad and I feel like it is a whole complete game without having to pay.

Pat. H. Apr 27, 2022

While the game is well thought out and offers captivating gameplay, it often presents players with impossible to win scenarios and increasing difficulty beyond what could be considered fair or fun. The game prioritizes making the player's life a living hell. This is especially present in the campaign mode where certain random limitations for maps make victory impossible.
