Reby - Ride Away

Be aware. The app didn't give a clear option for the plan they announced in the scooter and suddenly they just charge more than a taxi with the excuse of charging per minute. It's not a transparent service. They weren't willing to help through the support team. I don't recommend this service at all.

Everything works until trying to provide my Canadian driver license, then it always crashes. Can't completes process to use the app.

Absolute rubbish! After installing the app , giving my credit card details and buying some credit,the app wants my Identity documents to verify age but there's no way of uploading your docs and forgot about getting your money back. SCAM !

Was in the parking spot and couldn't finish the ride

Has potential to be excellent. We used it over a period of a week and when it works well it's brilliant but when it doesn't work its frustrating. The app itself is very easy to use and affordable. The only issue is sometimes it is difficult to find a scooter, especially two together and they sometimes do not work when you try to unlock them. Out of about 10 rides this happened 3/4 times but usually with another scooter close and a refund from the app. Would recommend. Xoxo

Reby scooters are an incredibly cheap way to see Barcelona. This was an incredible improvement to our holiday and gave us so much more flexibility than we would have had doing anything else. In a week we spent about 20-30€ between two people and had incredible fun everytime. Travelling went from a stressful chore to a highlight of the trip everytime, cannot recommend enough!

No vehicle works, uninstalled and reported to others.

To delete account and credit card there is not an easy way. Contact support, send emails with forms, etc. Insane.

The app still needs quite a lot of work and bug fixing. Its mostly stable... Until it isn't. Developers should focus on a more stable app and not so fancy colors. But when it works, the process to get a scooter is quite alright.

EDIT: I can't find the terms and conditions in English, only Spanish. As the app has English and so does the registration form, please have these in English as well so people know what they are agreeing to. Pretty cool way to get around Zaragoza tourist spots. There are plenty of bike lanes and 30km\h streets to ride on. A little expensive.

very unreliable application! At the end of the ride the app often blocks and you can’t finish the ride, open the trunk and take your things and time is running out. Most scooters do not have two helmets, so if you want to ride someone you may be negatively surprised or pay a penalty for riding a helmet embroidery. and the police in Barcelona do not forgive such a mistake. instead of defective and helmet-free vehicles being taken out of service, you can book them.

App refuses to accept any payment method stating over 6 cards were "declined" it switches between declined and CVV invalid despite using that same card on another Reby account successfully. We even tried swapping devices and it happened on the other device as well. Seems like it's account specific.

I received a verification code via SMS two days later. What a joke!

Not only we can't park in a bicycle rack without a unexpected surcharge but does not the app work properly inside the packing lot. The other night it caused me a waste of time and money trying to end the ride. Later, a Reby's representative did not offer an appropriate apology but just emailed me a sampled answer notifying me that I would be refunded with 2€. 7 days later, I haven't seen any refund. Under no circumstances will I ever use this service again!

Awful. The ride is fun but the app is terrible. It was so laggy so I spent most of my time trying to spend photos. It stole all my money because I spent 20 minutes trying to take a photo of the scooter to park it and kept receiving the same message of 'vehicle is not in a parking area' when it was. As if I'm poor enough, this stupid company has drained me for all it's worth, all for this ... gimmick.

Really good quality service! Parking systems guarantee that scooters are not being left in the middle of the sidewalk, and the quality of each one of them is great. Worth paying for using them, totally recommended!

I've been using Reby for 3+ years now. 3 years ago, we signed up, things are great, never a bad ride. This year, oh my goodness, 4/5 of my rides, have been bad scooters, 1 scooters brakes even gave way on my journey, causing me to fly through red lights into oncoming traffic. Ruined my trainers desperately trying to stop at the 2nd set of lights through traffic. My 2 stars in based on customer service actually being helpful, they reimbursed all of my poor journeys very quickly.

This scooter scheme is absolute scam.We used the scooters in Sevilla in December.Pricing plan is not transparent at all and if you will not sign up for their daily/weekly/monthly plans you will be screwed as we were.Total cost was over 70 euro!!!!!! For cumulutive use of 2 scooters of max 3h.Renting a car is way cheaper.Total robbery!!!Stay away if you can.

Bad. Didn't work. Not able to park properly with two rides. Customer service received didn't amend the issue. Edit: after advising of the situation, a full refund was provided, amended review from 1 star to 2 star

My wife and I were in Naples on holiday needed 2 scooters to use once, but the system does not allow you to activate multiple scooters with the same account. Waste of time and money. Topping the account, also meant that Reby took money for a service I didn't use. Such a bad experience.

The app made a withdrawal from the credit card without my permission.. I asked them for a refund and they refused.. I will contact my bank and reject the operation because I didn't do it.. I don't recommend use this app. I asked them to delete my credit card from the app and they refused and I took the screen. I don't know how Google Play allows an application that cannot have privacy and delete the credit card...

Scam, when you try to finish the ride, the photo doesn't upload, and there is no problem with my phone. The third time, customer service was incorrect and I got very upset. I will never use it again.

Good but expensive before they got banned in barcelona... It was always ilegal, but they went for it anyway. Police stoped me several times and kept my scooter, saying the company didn't have the license.. I used it alot, but now there are only like 6 scooters in barcelona. Now i want to erase my account but there is no option to do it in the app...

Excellent service overall, I really enjoy commuting to and from work on the scooters. It's super easy to use and the customer support is really good!
