Receipt & Invoice

I've been using this app for a while for it's simplicity and fast start-up. But since it was updated sometime recently it has become glitchy. I can't see the menu items anymore. Guess Clicking to navigate. Estimates, Invoices and Receipt windows are glitchy.- Items are not showing. It is most likely to do with my android version, but if I may ask, Please fix this

Great app... I was liking it really well. Then my device I was using it on started to die. That is when I realized you can't use it on multiple devices. Now I'm ticked because I have to get another invoice app after I paid for this one. I tried to reach out to their support to no avail. So, although I wanted to leave a stellar review I just can't because I have to go back to square 1 with invoices.

Great app to all Zambian as we wait for own currency update. I have a temporal solution. Just add the MMK(K) It will give the kwacha look. Hope it helps for now. Ame goes to the N2 receipt users. Secondly to the developers I find it had to add a logo or picture to my documents. Please advise. Thanks

I don't like some of the new changes... 1. Why did they hide the preview button on the invoices, now that's an extra click to review the invoices 2. the view all invoices vs paid or unpaid no longer works. The all button is gone and now they don't filter! We already needed a better way to filter the invoices by the status. i.e. if it is marked as canceled I don't want to see it with open invoices with outstanding payments. 3. Why was due date removed! How am I supposed to identify when the i

The ability to add more users in a paid account would be more ideal for businesses with multiple cashier's serving customers. Also, in the reports, the app only generates the entities for each receipt for a given period. Me thinks it would be better if the receipts can be a bit more detailed by showing the totals for the period requested, the total discounts given as well as the totals for different payment modes...... Otherwise it's a generally good app as compared to others.

I have been using this app since August 2020 for my ordering business. It works very well. A few upgrades that would be a great addition to the app. 1.new balance when a partial payment made by a custome. 2. Each customer having a customer number 3. Option to print individual invoices 4. Profit statement 5. Number when adding numerous items to an invoice. I find this app very useful and easy to use. These few added features would be fantastic.

Interface not as good as others but the only one I could find with SSP as the currency. However it uses a £ symbol instead of SSP which confuses it with GBP. Cumbersome exports, the only pdf it can create is a summary with minimal fields you can't edit. That function useless to me. I need the actual receipts, but you can't export them all, the only way is one by one.

This app was brilliant and vevy easy to use, however I dont like the new changes, you can no longer backup to Google drive. Paid and unpaid invoices have all been mixed up since the last update, had to spend hours going through every invoice individually to work out who had paid and who hadn't. Please fix the new issues

Really good app,easy to use,two things,one after you generate alot of invoices app slows down so much its all most unusable I had to uninstall and install again Two you can't go in and change anything on your clients without deleting them and starting over

This app is wonderful and i love it. At first i didnt understand it because i was in a hurry to issue receipt to my clients, immediately i figured it out, i abandoned the former one i used for this. For improvement, i would love if fields for instalmental payments ie first deposit, second deposit & balance are included. Also, let users be allowed to import their signature created in png format, from gallery instead of only the option of signing.

not user friendly at all.. preparing an invoice should be a basic simple process. this app seems to have all the right ideas and features, but its architecture is so complicated. It took me about 15mims trying to figure out what to do...then i just gave up. if i cant do it easily, how can i expect my staff to handel this when they are on the road? needs to ne redesigned with the layman user in mind... love the signature capture though, every invoice app should have it.

The older version was better... I don't like this upgrade, my country's currency is not there

This is by far the best invoicing and receipt app I've used. Very easy to use and the outcome is absolutely professional. It's so amazing! The best part is that I can send it via WhatsApp, not needing email all the time...I can even sign my invoice and receipt and attach the product picture. This app is really cool. I was avoiding payment 🤦 so I tried other apps but I just had to come back here. Well done guys!!!

Lovely app. I deleted every other one I had. Although, clickable links could be included in the form. where payment link could be added to the invoices for the customer to click and pay through the link provided by the seller. Great app though.

Seems fantastic at first. Paid for the subscription but have never been able to send the completed files to clients using share. The app closes and the app I want to send to such as whatsapp does not open. Ive paid for something that doesnt work!! Not happy. Have sent an email wait time for a response is to long as I have paid.

Excellent app 👌 very easy to use and gives lots of options to add to your receipt. however, a section to indicate the amount paid on the invoice and the amount of tax to be applied would improve the app greatly. I downloaded a paid stamp from Google and utilse the add photo and text option and indicate the amount paid and date.

I really enjoyed using this app until it suddenly locked me out and demanded that I pay 11.99 to continue using it. I believe apps like this should indicate that they're not free up front so ppl can decide. Now I cannot even access any of the invoices I have done prior unless I pay the fee.

Only One flaw. I don't like the look of the prices being repeated in rate column and then in amount column. Doesn't look right. Would have been perfect if I was able to remove that in the customizable section. For that reason I will uninstall but reinstall if fixed.

Easy to use but Layout is not at all appealing. This app has lost 2 of my invoices already and I've only used it 4 times. Going to delete and would rather pay for something else that actually works and that I can depend on. Horrible. Do not download this.

This is an amazing app and I love it. The only problem is when I created it it didn't ask me for any log in info and after a few estimates, I had to buy the app which was only $12. That's great. However, I recently got a new phone and installed this app onto it and was hoping i could just continue using it but it made me start over. I wish yall would make it to where you had to create an account and whenever you log into the account on a new device, all your data will be there.

Tested but no option to export receipt or invoice to pdf files...only have option send to. Want to purchase but lack of the crucial export function. The rest very good and complete basic needs to generate receipt/invoice. Just dont have quotation function. If have the quotation function...very good.

I made about 3 invoices and after that i could not continue without paying. The menu items to find the invoices and reciepts you make seem to not exist making a poor quality of in-app navigation. In short dont put the effort in to setup this app unless your willing to pay.

Been using for the past hour or so and it seem to be working great. I just hope that developer includes option to print to a Bluetooth portable receipt printer in the near future.

This is a much better option than old school paper receipts. I'd like it to automatically back up and allow me to access data from multiple devices, with those features, it would get 5 stars

Easy receipt maker. Only thing I wish is an option that automatically emails the receipt. Then it gets 5 stars I had to lower this to two stars because I couldn't figure out how to put it on another device and wants me to pay for it again

Have been using Receipt fast for 6 months. The experience is smooth until recently. The apps became very slow and took long to response. I guess this is because the recepts inside are getting more and more and hence, slow down the app. Any solution this please?

Is just the in-thing for a small business and it works well for my business, but needs little updates on the setting where one can customerize content for receipt,invoice,estimate etc. Also, developer needs give more options in Templates
