Love this app! It's exactly what I needed for my business and personal needs. The only thing that's missing is the ability to sync with another device. What if you for example have one phone where all your data is on, then you have to switch phones. There is no way of syncing with another device. You would just have to lose all your data or export it. I plan on using this app and hope they upgrade this to be able to sync.
Best receipt taking app. Period. Very quick (less than a second for text recognition) Very smart (can tell aubtotal from cash) Very good lense (read barely readable receipts) I just wish i could upload my receipts on the cloud! that would be an excellent feature! Update: now the app is NOT free anymore, you have to pay $15/m or $95/yr to get the full features, which is ridiculous! I change the rating from 5 to 3 stars!
interface is very intuitive and after taking a photo, it decodes the image quite accurately for the most part (wasnt able to interpret the restaurant name). seems like it gets better with more usage (more photo samples) so i expect that the AI engine will improve over time. amazed on the accuracy of the feature extraction for receipt dept categorization! mind blowing! Facebook integration doesn't seem to work though
This app would be exactly what I need if it had a search function. I would like to be able to search for words in the description of the receipt. This would help me find a receipt from a year ago that I might need. Pros - It's fast, and reasonably accurate Cons - No search, the UI is a bit ugly
Excellent OCR scanning! Picks out the sales tax too which most other receipt scanners miss. Even crumpled receipts were accurately scanned. HAS EXPORTS, includes sales-tax column and total. CSV, XLS, PDF formats to name a few. A paid version would be understandable for future enhancements (I don't want to see this app disappear!). Missing all your receipts? - you probably got signed out of the app.
Excellent app. The photo reader can actually read the total amount, store, date, etc. from the photo you take of the receipt. Unlike most of the other apps, which cannot read any of the details of the receipt. Kind of defeats the purpose of the other apps.
First after using for free for months I get blocked out and see I have to now pay $59. Sobyoubare holding all my info hostage, now when trying to setup on my new phone none of the information synced.... So what exactly is the fee for? This app would be amazing if there was no bait and switch and if it didn't flake. Really how can you charge so much and not transfer the data when the user upgrades their device?
Sad that this app has 4.3. It deserves all 5 stars. So from my keywords this app was on 5th place. Tried all 4 before it. All of them confusing and full with a lot of extra unneeded stuff. This one if perfect. Scans you receipt. Sorts it by the expence type. Puts it in a folder with today's date. And done. All I needed. Best receipt tracker app.
brilliant app for speedy OTR scanning receipt data & auto entry. the total amount is extremely accurate the date not so much the numbers are correct but the format needs an option to set default. most countries format dates dd/mm/yyyy but this uses USA format mm/dd/yy So it stores receipts that have day number less than 12, In the wrong month eg. receipt date in Australia with 3/7/2019 means 3rd of August 2019,but it stores the receipt as 7th of March, a completely different financial year.
I am a huge admirer of this app. It is really easy to use and has great reports The only drawback seems to be the ad. They were very distracting. I looked at the purchase price to remove the ads and it was a little steep for someone who doesn't own their own business. I could see this being a great business expense. But not for personal use.
I can't update the app as it keeps on showing the updating message on the screen. It is very annoying ! No my version is 1.1.0 . I click ok, it'll bring me to this page and I only have open and uninstall button to choose. Normally, I have update button but yours is different!
u can photo your receits and it will log it into the software. usually u won't have to correct the information, but re- read it to be very accurate. It's so nice to be that organized by year-month-store-tax-etc. u can add the description of the purchase. and ot also gives a photo of your receipt..nice.
Without warning the recent update removed months worth of receipts. Now they want a subscription, well take a number jerks. There is not indication on the app that if I subscribe that I'll even get my data back. You dont own my data, i should be charging you. All users, go to your internal storage/Android/Data/com.glority.receipt/Files and copy out your receipt images to put into another app, or better yet just put into a spreadsheet. I get wanting me to pay, but where is the human decency?
Finally!! I need a simple tracker for receipts on travel, I'm not a business, and this is the first one to actually do what I need with nothing extra. Clean interface and effective receipt scanning! Thank you!!
Great app, flexible and easy to use. Wish it would alphabetize the categories automatically or at least have the option to. Overall an excellent app. I'm a CPA and I have recommended to my clients.
It's quite good for now. Although the GUI is a bit mundane. It would be great to be able to see the picture by clicking on the icon (clicking on text would show details) instead of clicking twice. Keep up the good work!
Best receipt scanner app. Scans extracts and organizes info perfectly. Default folder cannot be edited or deleted but that is the only negative i could find in alengthy search. Will not regret download. If i had an extra thumb it would go up
so far pretty good. i wonder if you could add function to crop and skew receipts captured? like the camscanner and MrReceipt app, where you can adjust the corners and crop the image. And include pie charts of expenses, and which account was used (cash, credit, debit, etc.). 😁
this app. does not operate on my Google Pixel 3. I have downloaded and installed multiple times and the app. will not operate. I have sent multiple messages to their help center and I have not received any response.
App won't start. Can't login online unless you upgrade to enterprise. Now can't access a full years worth of receipts! Worked before, nothing's changed, same phone - Pixel 4. Have the latest update. Argh!!
This app looks good and does a good job of capturing receipt information and has some customizable features, so not bad 👍 for a free use service, but that is all lost when all your receipts folders and information has be wiped without notice...
It is a good app for capturing receipts and grouping them for reporting. I hope the developer will add features like backing up my receipts to sd card and google drive too. Thanks for the useful app

Got a popup to upgrade to premium because I've used all my smart scans this month - exept I haven't scanned anything. Now I have to take a photo first and then add it to Receipt Lens manually via Albums.
I was using this App had alot of things store and they all just disappeared. I put my email address to get into my account and nothing !!!! does not even recognize my email as having an account....DONT USE THIS APPLICATION
Not for me. Couldn't find the option to change date format. I use dd/mm/yyyy. All my receipts were imported with incorrect date information.
I do not recommend this app! If I enter info into another month let's say February 2021 or doesn't save it there, it puts the info into any other folder but there, completely frustrating. There are other problems as well. You'd think when you go to the app the folders would be top down with the most current date being at the top, Noooo, you have to scroll to the bottom. Also, there are categories I don't need or use, you'd think the ones you use most show up first, alphabetically but No!
