Overall a good app. Good points system and decent prizes. Use it all the time. Suggestions: Why are you using the app to do foreground processing of e-receipts? It takes a long time to do each type. You should have one button to do them all and do it on your side, not ours. I have a high end phone and a super fast connection but your app takes forever to process things. Also, it's great that you can search for receipts, you just need to be able to do something with them (share/print).

The concept is great, however, there are too many issues these days with the app. I've been missing out on so many points because it will not reconnect my Walmart account. I order Walmart almost every week. It takes forever to scan my email and usually gets to Step 22 or something like that and gets stuck. The dates confuse me at times. Other apps let you go back 2 weeks from the day so when I'm scanning the same receipts and literally receipts from like 4 data ago can be too old.. It's annoying

Easy to use, and would have 5 stars but I have to keep reconnecting my email account for e-receipts so it doesn't scan automatically every day. Points are generous and as long as you stick with it for the first 30 days you will get paid. Great for stacking with other rebate and coupon apps to get some of your hard earned money back in YOUR pocket instead of someone else's. Referral program?

This app used to work great but lately it has issues. It will not connect my Kroger account. The screen just freezes. I have contacted customer service numerous times and they were no help. Just sent an automated message about connecting Amazon or email. I wasn't trying to connect either one of those so did they even read the message?? Fetch Rewards is so much better !!

When I started using this app it was fine. Now every time I open it up I get notifications from all of my synced accounts. I have to verify sign in attempts multiple times ever time I open it up and it's always from a different type of device. Seems really sketchy. It also rejects perfectly good recipts. It pretty frustrating.

the Kroger link is messed up again. it keeps saying there is a problem and to disable ad and pop up blockers ***which it never had an issue with before*** but I don't see anything indicating mine are on. Please fix the Kroger connection or find me a specific way to adjust the settings on a Samsung G20 because a search on the web was unhelpful. Also, your "message" support feature wouldn't work. Not good. How can someone get customer support if that feature doesn't work.

New UPADATE= I CAN ONLY SCAN 2 RECEIPTS, THEN AFTER I CAN NO LONGER SCAN ANYMORE AS THE CAMERA ICON NOW ONLY BLINKS WHEN PRESSED! REBOOTING DOES NOT HELP! (This is 2 weeks now) WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU GUYS? I have been with them since the beginning and though they have made a few slight changes throughout the course, the app itself has always run smooth. The interface is user friendly and payouts are reliable without question!THANKS FOR BEING MY PAL, RECEIPT PAL!

This was a slow but steady way of getting a gift card here and there. But now for the last week I haven't been able to connect my Gmail account so I've lost out on the orange card plus the 25 points for scanning My Gmail for e reciepts. I've contacted them and of course it's just automatic responses. With absolutely no help. Definitely 1 star for this really bad app. Stick with Fetch or Reciept Hog. Do not download unless you like getting annoyed. Edit: Kroger account won't link now.

It was great in the beginning, but now they don't want to pay me because I submitted too many receipts from one place even though their system will tell you invalid on the extras. This app could be a lot more user friendly. I work this isn't a main hustle for me. I think it should pay you for what it can within the guidelines and just throw out the receipts that are over the daily limit. It's through an application that should be fully capable of handling simple numbers.

Used to be a great app. Now the rewards require higher points to cash out (the $1 rewards were one of the big draws), and they still refuse to fix the slow loading problem- no joke, this app takes 1-2 minutes to load each page or action and has for so many months that it's obvious they're not interested in fixing it. It also keeps reconnecting to my Google account and causes security alerts every time.

Great app and really easy to use. I have cashed out to my Amazon account for more than 100 $ since I have had the app. I have had the app for about 9 months. May not seem like alot but believe me it adds up. In this economy every little bit helps. All you do is save your receipts and scan them. If you use a few other apps to scan your receipts it really adds up.

It's being very slow today Edit: Now it's saying my email address isn't verified even though ive been using this app for months. I click on the link in the email and it said the email has already been verified but it still says it isn't in the app and all my points are gone. Edit: Now I'm going to uninstall since it's annoying to get security notifications when I open the app.

A month ago I attempted to redeem points, mind you earning the points needed for the higher level gift cards will take time, about 6 months for the $25 cards, and can't. I keep getting an email account error which has resulted in being locked out of that higher gift card amount for what will be 2 months. I've contacted their help desk and the only response I've gotten was from the automated systems with links to their FAQ that provide no help.

Update - 03/11/22 So many issues with the e-receipt function, and with sign-in/authentication. App has gotten progressively more glitchy over time. Several receipts that I have previously been able to submit without any problem are now being rejected as 'invalid' or 'total missing,' with no option to resubmit them or have them reviewed.

I cashed in my $100 with ReceiptPal and wondered why I didn't receive the link. I finally figured out that my primary email listed on the account had been disabled and I couldn't get it back. (I felt like an idiot.) After contacting ReceiptPal, they were kind enough to send me the link in a message and I was able to get my $100 for Amazon. So very grateful that ReceiptPal was able to help me! Needless to say, I deleted my old non-working email so that wouldn't happen again!

Great and easy concept, but the app lately is horrible. Too slow! To the point that I skip it half the time. Also, unpredictable in which receipts are accepted. Have literally submitted two receipts from the same merchant and have one declined while the other is accepted, with no explanation.

I use this app and another that does the same thing. I lay out the receipt and proceed to take the picture. Then submit it. One app works flawlessly but receiptpal says invalid receipt many times but the other app accepts the same receipt every time. The constant request for my email password is super annoying. If I wish to do it, I would!! I however do not but they pester you despite it. Lame app.

Omg this app gets slower and slower to scan receipts AND accounts. Constantly have the square with 4 colored squares going in circles. If this isn't fixed soon I'm going to cash in my points and delete the app. It's more frustrating than it's worth. Has been going on for months and no fix.

Was good, now super annoying. Best option is to email customer support directly- otherwise you just get automated responses that don't help you with your problem. Alot of valid receipts with amount shown were rejected as $0. Issues with accounts being constantly asked to login again and i had missed out on the 25 points because the app had a glitch that couldn't connect to the instacart login. Had to delete then re add. E-receipts keep getting missed, app asks to login everytime i open it now.

There's only 3 receipt apps I use and I'm always buying stuff for free at Amazon. This one works for real. I keep cashing in when I reach the points and never had a problem. You really can't go wrong.... Free money just for scanning your receipts. I use them to buy stuff for myself so I don't feel guilty spending money on myself. Lol. It's for real guys. Download it. Still using it. Still live it. Still pays.

Tried to cash out a gift card, app states there is something wrong with my account. Sent a request for help on the situation and got some stupid automated response on how to collect points and redeem for gift cards. Sent request again, and so far no response. This app is a waste of time!!

Its simple and easy and it really pays out. All you do is snap a picture of your receipts and earn money. Also you can connect your walmart and amazon accounts for even more points. So if you want to make a little extra cash on the side this is the app for you. Its an awesome app. Go ahead and download it and give it a try you wont be diappointed. IT ACTUALLY PAYS OUT AND FAST TOO.

Was great, not so great now. Since an update for either Galaxy A12 or ReceiptPal, I am not able to scan my receipts. I no longer have a scan button. Tried using help through the app, they just sent me links, which didn't help. I even included a photo. Please fix this. Thank you.

Just used 26,000 points to get a $100 Amazon Gift Card! Unlike with some similar apps, with this one you get more per point by saving them up for the higher value gift cards. Apparently, they also changed the amount of points needed for new users because someone I know who signed up after me has to get more points than I do for the same amount of gift cards. Glad I was grandfathered in with the lower point scale! Saying that a receipt from 6 days ago is "Expired" is quite dumb.

This app is awesome you get to use your receipts to earn points and redeem them on Amazon and they actually really give you your rewards you might as well use your receipts for something !!! This app is great I've ordered two phone cases from Amazon with my rewards. I love it, it works well and it's easy to use....... I recommend it.
