If the app force closes after an install or upgrade, the application's files may have been corrupted. Please uninstall reboot and reinstall.An other possibility is that a Cleaner or a task killer is running. Please create an exception for RecForge

Record to mp3, m4a, ogg, wma, flac and opus codec are interrupted every 3 minutes (there is no limit for wav). Simply press the pause button to continue recording or buy the pro version to remove this limitation.
RecForge Pro owners : As long as a legit RecForge Pro version is installed on your device, you shouldn't have the 3 minutes limitation.

Used it for the first time torecord a 90-minute orchestral rehearsal. Good sound, good visuals. But before I pay for the Pro app I want to be able to download audio files into my computer, and I'm not finding a way to do that. I hope it exists, I really like the app as a recorder.
If you want to save your file after the recent update, just record whatever message you want and click on the "three dot" icon and select "share" option then select "save to google drive", after this, you can just open up the Google Drive application and download your recorded audio by selecting it, it will automatically be saved in your internal storage. It was working fine, but now I have just recorded hours of voice overs and I am not getting where the files are saved in my file manager. This never happened before and now everything has gone to waste.
Worst! After the update you cannot save the audio file to your storage!... Then why should we even need it? I used to use this app to record high quality audio for my yt channel... Now I should search for alternative...
I loved the quality of audio recorded on this app. But since their last update few weeks back, the recorder has stopped working. I hope they fix the glitches soon.
I am using one plus 8 right now and no matter what I do the files never safes in file manager and I can't edit it . The app is amazing before this I was using it on note 10 Samsung and it was working amazing but now it's not been saving my audios and I can't transfer it to my PC or listan it in audio library it only stays in the app plz help me
Edit: It's been 6 weeks without a word from the developer, and nothing seems to have changed. It looks like the developer just said "screw you" to users. This had been my go-to app to quickly record music ideas for later. I used the original one with little problem, and this one without much trouble until the recent update. Now, everything I had recorded has disappeared (backed it up, fortunately), I can't record anything new, and it seems like everything just stopped working altogether.
App used to work great, now it doesn't record anything, and doesn't save anything. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Very sad it's no longer functioning because it used to deserve 5 stars.
Worked great for a long time and now it does nothing. I can't record and it crashes after its been open for a minute or two. Have to find something new.
Great app! Been using it for years. I love that the widget icons are inconspicuous and not a big red RECORD button. However, with the S9 they stopped working like they used to! I have to OPEN the app first, then the record widget will work. Very frustrating! Will this be addressed in an update? Or is there a known fix? Also, the wave view doesn't sync up with the audio. Another bummer. But fix these things, ya get 5 stars!!!
It's really good at what it does, but it doesn't warn you well enough that it is in PREVIEW mode and that you have to click the check before itll actually record a thing. This drives me up the walls! I try to record some birds just to find that after they have flown away, it was only in preview mode! I hope they make it to where I can turn the preview off, I don't use it often enough to remember that is has a preview, and I constantly lose unrecoverable sounds.
