Horrendous, maybe a scam. You can't even complete sign up. You try to add your phone number and it constantly states there's an error or no internet connectivity. Tried on multiple wifi networks including mobile only. Full bars, everything else runs in my phone no problem. Luke many others I came here from an article which perhaps was a way to draw people into the app for customer information? Trash so far. Great idea...
This is hilarious. I deactivated my account thinking I'd be able to upload my photo but when i try to log in now doesn't let me do anything but says contact recharge which directs me to text recharge. I tried everything to contact the team but email has no response and texting doesn't seem like they're getting anything. There's not a single phone number listed. Can i get my account re activated please? So frustrating
Please, remove the waitlist I want to use your app. A year later, this app is still useless, waitlist isn't moving, I would rather not be on a waitlist, and have fewer choices. the waitlist is disgusting, they should remove it. I was planning on going on a road trip, only using this app to find showers and little rest stops. waitlisted everywhere for a while. This app probably doesnt work anyways.
I saw am article what came out today on this app. The idea sounded so cool. But after I signed up the app immediately crashed and keeps crashing everytime I try to open it. Please fix this fast. I'd love to use those service.
Needs a way to change phone number if you sign up on the website and the app rejects your number (Google Voice IS my current phone service but recharge doesn't accept it). Now I'm stuck because their website doesn't provide profile access... the SAME website allowed me to enter the "invalid" number in the first place!!!! INCREDIBLY DUMB!!!! ONE STAR!!!!
I used it for my stay in NYC. Great UI. No hidden prices. Check-in was great. Check-out was simply a tap on the app. Highly recommended.
literally just asked for my email and added me to a waitlist for LA, with the offer to move up on the waitlist a tiny bit by sharing my home address. no thank you, but it may be more useful in the future.
Not sure this app is even a functioning app anymore. Google play needs to contact the company and make sure that is still a operational company. Weightless never moves. So I ended up deleting the app.
App keeps crashing. Last updated in 2019 just heard about this app and tried to use it only to have it not even load.
Pretty useless app. Small selection in NYC, all of which is "temporarily full."

a waitlist of 3,541 the second that you join? what good is the app? no ability to book on demand! totally useless time to uninstall folks !
Annoying amount of registration just to find out the nearest property is hundreds of miles away...

There's only 3 hotels in San Francisco. $30 fee plus $0.50 a minute. Seems a bit high.
App Doesn't Work! Just like many others I read a great article about this company that sounded perfect for what I was looking for. Sadly, after signing up on the app and hitting submit, it immediately crashed. Now, it just keeps crashing two seconds after trying to open it, even after uninstall and reinstalling twice. Don't bother with this app.
