I really like the fact that I can pay bills on NowNow App without moving to different platforms. Plus the network is super fast.

I am having a very serious challenge when i was trying to login. The App kept on saying that i should enter a valid phone number. That number has been the very number i used to register my nownow. I need urgent attention. Thanks.

I love this app but I was unable to fund my wallet. Please I need a correct procedure on how to fund my wallet so that I can start making use of the app . All the efforts to do so prooves abortive, so painful indeed.

Kudos to now now supporting team the app has veen updated and is working fine i can now pay for my transactions and have access to my money

Actually I was using now now and to be honest I was enjoying the app but I don't know why now now have decided to luck down the card founding, they really have to open the card founding or shot the now now app off for good

It stopped quite often - nothing a bug fix can't resolve. Otherwise it looks promising.

This app was cool But suddenly, it stop transaction on paying with card, nor those nothing. Why are the developers doing like this🤥🤥 If the app can not perfom tramsaction, is better to delet it from stores.

I love tge fact that you have improved the app with the new update from just a basic app to a more engaging app. However, i noticed that i do not get a notification for wallet to wallet transfers neither does the recipient. This is a huge flaw. Please fix this Thank you

Though the app is good on recharging airtime but not OK telling me transaction limit exceeded. Meanwhile I funded my wallet with N3100. 00 to transfer 3k to a friend but error message is "transaction limit exceeded. How do I regain my money from the wallet? App is fully up-to-date but still show same error message. Please reply. Thanks

The shouldn't create the app, if they don't know how to develop it, after the creation of the account, they will say you forget the pin and take in charge of your deposited money, I think they're scam because you can't use your money to pay bills talkless of data subscription.

The application is actually fine by me but I have one problem...can you people increase the funding limit to be more than 50k?...am in kyc2

Very Poor customer service experience, deserve no star at all. They even debited my account when transaction failed. I even had to chat with ther customer service over this with a screenshot.They responded after a long while that my transaction was successful and gave a Ticket ID for me to trace only for me to discover that the ticket id was for a date in sept 2019. Whereas The transaction that failed was in April 1st 2020 and they debited my account . Very unreliable pls dont download.

Why do I have to go collect the money from an agent?..I don't even have the time....this app is nonsense

How do you guys give loans ,as I don't see any icon for loan on your platform and yet that's what your website talks about..

However, payments on Ikeja disco is always disappointing because it fails to automatically generate required token on such transactions. Please correct this abnormality because customers require immediate response on transactions in addition, SMS should accompany all transactions. We are curiously waiting for the POS. Thank you.
