Add option to login using fingureprint. LIC in insurance payments option is not available. Highest market share company is missing! Additionally, there's long standing bug of phone verification gets lost after opening app for the second time. App ask us to verify again and again, costing users SMS charges. Almost all users are facing it. So kindly forward this and fix it on priority basis. (Issue is present for around a year now)

Update: works well after the updates. The best part about Payzapp is that the reward amount is definite. So no "better luck next time"s. It was 5* until 2021. The latest version is full of bugs. Authentication is not done properly. We login and try to do a transaction but it fails every time. Stable update required immediately.

As much as I love to use this app, I keep going back to paytm. Don't get me wrong every thing in the app works fine but the amount of work you have to put in is more. Everytime you open app it asks for pin. The phone verification is a big headache, no matter how many times you try it doesn't get verified for some reason. And the UI/UX is bad. Dear payzaap team if you are reading this review kindly introduce login with fingerprint & better sim/phone verification system. And then the UI/UX part.

I tried to load money in payzapp wallet from my hdfc debit card . But it failed . But my money also been credited. I mailed this issue. They said i will get my money within 7-10 days. But it's almost half a month. Now they said to contact the bank. I mailed them also. But nothing happened. On google play store, they provide a link. But when tried to submit complain, it showed enter a valid feedback . I dont know what will happen to my money(1500 rupees). It's my badluck that i chosed this app.

The app wants us to use mobile network only when we are doing UPI authentication via sms. But when i try to do it using my mobile internet the data turns off automatically for 10 seconds after sending the message because of which the authentication fails. Please make it work on wifi network as well. Also not to mention yesterday i did a payment using my credit card and i can't find the transaction anywhere in my transaction history. The whole transaction history is blank.

The app keeps crashing for most payment options ... Recharge feature gives plans for the respective carrier but throws an error everytime I click the Pay. Please pay your software engineers well to construct and run a good app...looks like the company is only interested in making profits and paying the bankers. Not a good sign for a bank like HDFC. Years behind in tech. Improve please.

Have been going through this app for 2 years now. Significantly improved on bill payment side. But a lot more to be done. Ex am still stuck in my SIM verification even after 2 years of usage. And am not sure what's the value add of SIM verification. Second most annoying thing, app asks for mobile data to register for UPI? Why only Mobile Data? Why not on Wifi. Downgraded my rating.

Everything is going good (except deductions or lowering in amount of the cashback offer) but since recent months the app also showing the bad experiences in "VERIFYING THE PHONE", as it repeatedly asks to verify the phone despite having the amount and data as well in SLOT 1 of SIM1 And the Payzapp is also taking too much time to refund the money for the failed transaction.

It's been ages since UPI worked. But what amuses me is the error that shows! It informs me that no bank account is linked. However, when I tried to link an account, it shows that account is already linked. Added to that, multiple device verification leads to nowhere. And I have to give you that debit card payments works flawlessly unlike UPI.

I have sended 2 or 3 times the screenshots of upi page where bank accounts are disappeared itself and not reflecting after tried to add. But support team everytime replied me that they are unable to fetch screenshots. How could this possible even i sensed more than 2 times. I thing this may be also a bug. Payzapp developer team need to look these issues.

Good experience. Fast cash back transfer. Only one problem is that internet should be on before you open the app. In case you open the app without internet, the app gets corrupt and then you have to switch off/on your phone for it to work.

App doesn't allow to take screenshorts , recently I paid my mobile bill and applied the coupon successfully, I double checked it and completed the payment, but didn't received the cashback. I sent a mail to support team and they simply wrote back that I have not applied the coupon. Now I don't have any proof because app doesn't allow to take screenshot 🤬 Is there any way to give negative stars

Regret to see that such a reputed bank has also started unfair means and despite applying promocode, they don't give cashbacks. Wrote mail and recd reply that within first week of May the cashback will be credited, but it is not done. For the last few months, i am not getting any cashback for recharges, bill pay and others despite applying promocode and fulfilling terms. Earlier, the same app was crediting cashback instantly. I will close the account and uninstall if the grievance nt resolved.

Horrible verification procedure for sim and device and nothing works at the end even if the sim card is in the mobile. An app for no use (as it doesn't work without verification). It can even joke that you don't have a bank account with the bank (hdfc)!

I had booked one train ticket from this app. Train was delayed more than six hours but this app didn't allow me to cancel that ticket after schedule departure, while other apps like irctc having cancellation options there for tickets booked from them and even tdr filling option is not available from payzapp . It's very embarrassing.

PayZapp Wallet payment option not widely available in popular Shopping applications in general. I faced major issues in loading amount. PayZapp never allows to load amount with decimal value. So always we will be having unused money in decimal value in that case. Another major issue is whenever the transaction fails while using the Wallet payment or PayZapp card there is no option to revert back the Wallet amount back to the source card or account. This will help customers during payment fails.

The app takes time to load. If one has forgotten pin then the procedure is cumbersome. Validation checks and captcha code are not taken. ICICI Bank apps have better user interface and experience. Just copy the option that are available and make a better app.

This app is really bad. The amount was debited from bank account and was also credited to wallet but still it shows the option to add balance and also shows my wallet amount as Rs 0. I highly recommend not to use this app and I personally think that this app must be shut down.

Pathetic experience. Sometimes you're phone number wouldn't be verified. I have tried multiple times to pay on myntra from payzapp always it's rejected lower success rate issue. And main issue if you've added money you cannot send the money back to Account at heavy fees.

Feedback update : I have noticed that the app does not allow you to pay the amount of your choice while paying the bills for broadband, electricity or gas etc, it fetches the bill amount from service provider and in case of wrong billing you do not have an option to update the bill amount and pay. Not so good app. In terms of instant cash back. Takes ages to get the cash back in wallet. Payzapp has improved so much since my last review back in 2020 as above. Hence rating is also improved.

Can't even login it says I've already registered but it's new to my knowledge, then when I try to input any password it says incorrect, after clicking on forgot password it redirects to another page and asks for the first school attended which I tried to give input as well but still unable to login. Very poor execution of the app. Uninstalling ASAP if developers or support team doesn't connect with me regarding this issue.

To pay the bill it's faster to do it offline by visiting service provider instead of waiting this app to do the job.. took 15 minutes to log you in and do the payment process(add money and to pay the bill)... it has become that much slow.. It was good before but since last few updates every time I try to use, it takes lot of time to open, for login and also asks to send some message and then again it takes time.. why not simply I login quickly.

Most slow app in payment gateways, i failed to understand why it takes so much time to open. You need to look at the bug. Further all payments when you scan the QR code goes to UPI instead of card payment which are registered. Kindly make it more user-friendly. I have been giving suggestion to improve easy and smooth login, however no one from developer team brother's to rectify it.

I have changed my contact in bank but I can't find any option to change it in payzapp, Now I'm Not able to do KYC neither Full Or Basic one. Also discussed with payzapp on call, got to know it's feature of the app. Worst app and Service ever. Please let the developer know to use their mind a bit as well. If ratings were in minus, I'll definitely choose -99 out 100 for you. Tried again but same.

Addition to below mentioned issue I'm literally frustrated with the every time registered mobile number verifications process... whenever I start this aap it's ask for sim & number verifications - please resolve this issue as well. "unable to activate UPI for last more than two year... due to technical issue and no bank personal know how to resolve this issue" - still awaiting updates on said issue

BUG: BSNL & JIO recharge not working since about a month. The progress bar keeps running after clicking "Pay". Electricity payment works so it's obviously an issue/bug at Payzapp side. Also, INDANE gas payment is still not available! It's a big service provider, so, add it please!

The linked cards are disappearing. The moment I manually link one card, the other linked cards appear. Have given this feedback earlier as well, but issue remains. Worst apppp ever Everytime i tried to add money from card it says 3ds authentication failed. I have already tried adding money from 5 different cards and details of crads are totally correct, but it always disappoints. Add money only works sometimes Like 2 out 10 times It's such an headache. Only using this for discount,but now i give up on this. Otherwise it's full of bugs and glitches..

This app needs total workaround. I added my card but after some update no card was listed. Soon after i added another card all the cards listed. Another update and all my cards are gone now. Look for the apps of other companies they are eays to use and stable.
