Record My Hours
The app uses smartphone features including Wi-Fi and GPS tracking to automatically record a user’s time at work. It also allows users to manually input shifts or fine-tune an estimated shift for added accuracy. Users can then send the information to their preferred representative if they have a workplace issue.
The app has many other features. Users can:
• Keep a roster of all their shifts, including leave
• Set and receive notifications about their roster
• Enter and keep track of multiple jobs and workplaces
• Take photos of information that belongs to them or they’re allowed to access, like their own pay slips
• Export the data to their preferred representative
• Back up information to their own personal cloud storage
• Record piece work arrangements (including work locations for itinerate workers)
• Access the app in 18 languages.
Record My Hours is 100% private and secure. No data is centrally stored and no one can access a user’s data unless they choose to share it.
*Users must keep Wi-Fi turned on in Settings to get the most accurate estimate of their time at work.
*Automatic recording won’t work for all job types, such as people working in places with no mobile or Wi-Fi coverage or people who travel a lot for work. Manual recording has been incorporated to cater for this.
*Privacy and confidentially rules apply in the workplace. Don’t take photos of other people or business information.

Please note: Automated shift tracking is dependent on device settings and location accuracy. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

App has issues with back button, loses work records, crashes when i try to add a photo. I'm not even sure the app can open the phone gallery. The comment box doesn't scroll. Notifications don't help as there is no option to remind you to tag on and off for a shift. Trying to fill past worked shifts is difficult and app loses records.
Not very intuitive. App relies too heavily on WiFi scanning which leads to inaccurately recorded shifts that need to be manually adjusted. After 2 weeks I found it easier to just keep a pen and paper diary.
It would not let me complete and press (done) to add my work place. I tried everything, refreshing, re downloading etc. I can't even use any of the features it offers as I can't add where I work. Waste of time.
I used this app to record my hours but for some reason it won't remove my unpaid break from the hours worked and consequently gave me the wrong hours worked. Embarrassing when I relied on this app for writing out my time sheet. I tried playing around to rectify the issue, because it could be my mistake, but no luck yet. If I can get that fixed it would be a 5/5 rating because everything else is fantastic.
Uses GPS to record hours which is not suitable when working from home. I found it was not intuitive to just enter start/breaks/finish times.
The concept and UI is astonishing but there is lots of lags here and there. Hope you improve the fluency soon. Best Regards Sam
Was working OK until recently. I have 2 part time jobs, not geographically close. Past week random shifts happening, most starting in the middle of the night. My shifts are over by 11pm
Typical government type app. Barely works and limited. Much better hour record apps available.
Did not function properly on my S10.
Need an update , it's says it was built for order version
This is fantastic. Well laid out user interface and works really well. One minor bug I have found: when viewing the work record, setting the period to last pay period, and setting a period of two weeks results in a 15 day period displayed instead of a 14 day period.
Worked well at first but seems to be running slower & slower as more data is added. Now at a point where it is painful to use.
Rubbish. U can only add from the previous week. Cannot add from dates before last week.
I woild pay if i could. a little slow responding though
It's good - just wish there was a way of restoring data between different phone operating systems (Android only backs up to Dropbox, Apple only backs up to iCloud) and can't import the Exported data.
I love the way it works...reasonably accurate, but not always! It seems to be using a lot of battery power since the last update! I have uninstalled this app...has gone to $#!&. USES TOO MUCH BATTERY.
Everything about the app is fantastic except I can't add hours earlier more than a week prior?
No ability to just roster for Mon-Fri? Seriously?? Useless
What doesn't work: hours round up to nearest hour. Last pay period setting does not work. When adding a roster, no setting for just weekdays. Seems inadequate testing was done before app was released.
Horrible UI . Easier to record on your calendar than using this app which adds zero value compared to using your calendar. Manual adding shift is difficult and not user-friendly at all, total hours worked per week is not shown, instead, it showed total hours worked all the weeks add together, no point with this information. Developers should use the app to go their office work to understand how frustrating this app is.
