Crashes. Paying 350 a month for a service that is 100% useless cause tha app crashes and I can not do my work properly..
Great app until it quick letting me type on my master bol the numbers work fine but freezes when I try to enter anything else such as the person checking in trailer customer ECT.

I do have a few issues The Camara freeze a lot The screen turn black When I put information in tunr black also We have the last version of record360 and last android system The table it is a few months old
When it works, it's perfect but very important that it work! I'll do a walk around video inspection or pictures, have someone sign, complete process and upload and 30% of the time it uploads-great. 70% of the time I lose all the info!! Gone!! The complete opposite of its purpose. Please fix for a 5 star review! Update Nov. 27, 2016 There has still been no fix after many emails requesting some solution or possible reason for the errors. i have had no answers and no solution has been presented. Still 1 Star rating from me. Also every time I scan a VIN and select "NEW" transaction I instead get every transaction image and video of that vehicle in 1 email with the first signature and 1st transaction client details. Every time I give it a try it fails me. I've requested my account get wiped clean to try to start over with a new account to see if the problem persists after a reboot and Ryan at Customer service has not offered me an explanation or reason it may not be working, nor has he presented any options to attempt to fix it. After concluding that I am using the app correctly I no longer receive even a reply from email support agent. I'm sorry I cannot be helped. I wish it worked!

It's great to have proof of condition of rental when you pick it up. Felt confident returning scratched vehicle knowing that I had photo evidence proving it was scratched at checkout! app is really simple to use.
Perfect for what I need it for. Easy to pick up and easy to continue using. Haven't encountered a single problem with it.

Works great. I saw a blurb mentioning this app in Fortune magazine and have started using it for my rentals on Relayrides. Works great for both renters and owners! UPDATE: the service is no longer free and my videos are being held hostage until they figure out how to charge people. Worthless now
Confusing
Guess it isn't usable without paying annually. This was not disclosed, and I thought it might be occasionally useful for personal use. After not using for several weeks and experimenting with it, does not allow access to data uploaded. I might have paid a low fee for the occasional use. Bye!
Sweet app for when we are travelling and have to rent cars
App bugs out way too often. I'll be uploading picture then it'll just get stuck and never finish the upload I've tried relogging in multiple times and it never seems to work. The only solution I've found is to just delete the app and redownload it. I've used the app now for over a year and some change and it's always been in this state. I really wish they would fix these issues because it's quite annoying especially when I'm out on the job.
