restored one deleted photo within 60 seconds! very easy to use. i choose this app because it was the most highly rated. i was hesitant to download because only a small number of people downloaded it but I was quickly suprised and happy that it worked so fast! a little complaintbis that the icon to restore the deleted photo was a little tricky to understand. i guess because ive never seen a trash can icon with the arrow going OUT. lol.
For a long time I had been struggling to find an app that truly recovers old photos that i deleted over months ago and I finally did...It works perfectly and I will 100% suggest you use it. It does take a lot of time to do a deep scan but with just the normal scan I got all the photos I wanted back and I was finally satisfied to get those memories back.
Does not allow sorting by date. How am I supposed to find a photo deleted yesterday among 6000+ recovered?? The app crashes when I scroll deep down! The app doesn't show the original folder of the recovered image. Scanning restarts from zero if I change the screen's orientation from portrait to landscape. Almost no user control!!!
The scan was superfast. The scanned images were also displayed in big thumbnails. But the only and main problem was it included ALL the present photos and screenshots in the phone with those deleted much before; that too haphazardly. How can one select the recently deleted ones from more than 20 thousand images especially when it includes documents and screenshots which are difficult to distinguish ? What is the problem in making the recovery selectively datewise?

Like the other 98% of free recovery apps, this one is using the same shared formatting and poor grammar. In a test, neither this app not any of the others can actually recover lost photos or videos. To do that you would need to purchase one of the professional recovery apps. Do not waste your time or money with these. Also if you notice, many of the stars and positive comments appear to have been solicited.
It really finds your recently erased photos (note: it recognizes only photos that were erased recently when it was already installed). So don't get confused, any app in the world won't find photos they haven't scanned.
Displayed photos/videos presently on my phone. I simply don't see the reason WHY these Recovery apps need access to everything on your phone. To what end do these apps need so much of your private data? I don't see any logical reason except that by now all my data has already been sold to the highest bidder out there on the net. What else could possibly be the reason to have access to ALL my data? Just like Facebook & all those Social Media Apps do. Nothing I erased is life threatening. Wise up.
found it amazing app, very much workable (got v old pictures recovered also). quite reliable nd fast app, not that much un necessory hosspocus,vry much time saving thn many of othr slow recoverage speed apps, found it easy to use, safe and quick app. wonderful experience. kudoos to the graet job! very much relaible app!
Sadly doesn't restore videos, but very easy to use. The ads are confusing though - they appear at odd times, and aren't always clear that they're ads.

You can recover only the old photos and videos but not the oldest ones. Try to update to make it recover oldest photos that were from gallery and other files. That would be great to see that. Thanks.

I deleted a folder and i never found any of the images in that folder. On other side this app also shows already present photos. So it total useless. The only feature which worked perfect was ads on every click. Pathetic.

Amazing app. Was able to restore photos from 6+ months ago. They were not restored to their original quality. But that does not matter if those photos are actually precious to you.
It says it recovers video as well well i can tell you that it does not. All it recovered was pictures and thumbnails of videos not actual video files. A complete waste of time.

I like the program. Fast scanning process, easy to use. But before the last update, scan process reported 24000 deleted files, now after the last update there are only 12000 deleted files. Obviously there are missing files, which I remember were there.
The same photos and videos are repeated several times. I couldn't find a deleted screen shot. All the files shown are in my drive and are not deleted ones.

I just downloaded your app to recover my accidentally deleted photos, but as soon as I installed & tried to open the app, it just keeps coming up straight away with: "Unfortunately, New Photo Recover has stopped." I have tried existing, & re-entering the app several times, iv tried resetting, iv tried uninstalling, & reinstalling the app three times already, & no matter what I do, it just keeps coming up with the same message as soon as I try to open it. This is rediculous! Please fix your app!!!
