It has not even been an hour since I downloaded this app and I have already gotten 2 magazine subscriptions! This app is wonderful, I have learned so much about the environment! Sure, there is a limited amount of prizes (I still live the ones they have) but I think that it is more about learning about recycling.
Great app to learn how to recycle & help save our planet. Earning points are really easy & you can earn endless points. The down part of app is the rewards aren't especially great. The one that is useful is getting free subscription to first rate magazines.
Our town used this program for a while. I racked up quite a few points. But once our town stopped using this program, all my points were erased. I had over 14,000 points and now I have 0.
Very disappointed in app. I use to love it but now your lucky to get any points because once a blue moon you'll get new points to get. I wish you would get new points so I can earn them.
I have been member of recyclebank app for years and now "An unknown error has occurred please try again later" is all that shows up every time I try to login.
I tried to enter my address for the magazines. It said that I needed to finish the mailing application, when I had everything filled out! I was realy hopful this would work and am very disappointed it did not.
there's no reason to get this app because none of the rewards are good enough to get. before when they had started the rewards was good enough to tell everyone you know to get it but now what's the point.
It might be a great app but I refuse to give my personal info unnecessarily and it wouldn't let me use it without that. I just wanted recycling help.
Its a fun way to learn about all aspects of recycling.....i love learning and putting the ideas to use.
What happened to the really good rewards!! I loved this app because you could get twine gift cards. Now all they have is coupons and magazines. Please bring back twine gift cards.
It's ok, I guess. Not many rewards other than % off. I was hoping to have some rewards for actual recycling stuff...
Easy to use but other then a few magazines there are no rewards! Xx points to get 15% off when you spend xx is NOT a reward.
I have 25k in point and there nothing good to use them for. It total pointless to even. You would think you can get gift cards for help out but Nooooo.
Multiple times can't get in to register. Needs to be fixed. Would give it 5 stars but access is not working for weeks now 😥

Been a member for years. Now can not get in or reset password. "Having issues try again later" is all it says
It keeps telling me to confirm my address which I did and still the same freaking message appears. It is bugged
All things Fail sooner or Later , This poor App Crashes more often than NASCAR RACERS
so far I have many points however, I find I cannot spend them and when it asks for an address I cannot type mine in. Sometimes however it says I must confirm my email which I dont understand how
I'm upset, cause I've had an account for YEARS. All of a sudden I'm not eligible for curbside points. I had over 5000 points and now they're gone. 😠
It will not open "unexpected error, please try again later" is all I get.
It won't accept my email address or password. I emailed them four days ago and haven't heard back. Did they close down???

u recycling trash l have been cutting up trash 4 a while i m ready for this week to try cutting it up smaller and u fit more my wife helps she always finds trash and says i didn't find it lol a woman who likes to find trash 4 me 2 cut into small pieces

Love this app.
It won't allow me to follow through with redeeming pts for magazine subscription. It continues to say to complete address over and over again, when all info is correct. I've reinstalled the app and attempted at various times. Very frustrating. I had a great experience a few years ago but disappointed now.
