I wasn't able to put items in the cart. The email support is not reachable (inbox full) When I use the Web site to order I get strange messages that the security settings prevent me from opening a page (in Firefox) in Chrome it works, i could select an item, put it in my cart. But not pay by credit card. Something is wrong here

Hopeless. Tells me the login info is wrong - although it works on the website. Try setting a new password and the email link is already expired as soon as it arrives- a few seconds after asking for it. New customer. Possibly soon an ex-customer.

The worst application ever made.. you can't order or surf online products and need a lot of fixing bugs and to be updated frequently!!

When adding items to the basket it confirms but nothing is in the basket. So frustrating.

Unfortunately this app doesn't work.. you can't add items to the basket to pay for them... incredibly disappointed

Search function doesn't work. When searching I get an error saying "there has been an error processing your request"

I've only started having issues recently. There must have been a new update, the app runs ridiculously slow. It's unresponsive and occasionally shuts down. I cannot bear to navigate to anything beyond the homepage. I'll be lucky if the homepage stays open long enough for the QR code to be scanned. Developers need to fix stability.

Banner for an offer keeps popping up. Cannot make any order as a result. Total BS. Dont download this app.

I have used it several times during my visits in London in LHR airport, the 5% discount can be used for real. However, the problem is the points haven't raised up at all since (as they said) 7 days after purchasing date or months later whatsoever. I tried many times to contact Dufry team by email, I haven't heard of them at all! so basically no chance to upgrade the tiers.

Won't allow me to add anything to cart, keeps saying session expired

Useless, went round and round with password reset and got nowhere. Couldn't buy anything because my session had "timed out" after I'd just logged on and shopped. Quickly uninstalled the app. If I could rate how easy the app is to use, I would give a zero.

Awful. Keeps hanging up and even collection dates at the checkout are messed up There's no February on there at all! Lol

Doesn't work. Code never scanned and staff had to take the £5 off using a paper voucher. Points were never added. Was told at Gatwick I would have to phone the call centre every time I bought something to ask them to put my points on and might have to send them my receipts. What a complete waste of time and money. App has now completely crashed and won't open even though I've reinstalled it twice.

And after two years the App seems to get even worse... Pop ups unnecessarily doing the magic of not being able to click anything unless you find it and close it... Then it appears again greying out the page and you Cannot find it... What a freaking bad app for a simple shopping. Nice discounts. App is not showing my purchases. Reporting a problem requires code, no clue what the code is.

Slow, sluggish, nonstandard web view app. You can watch the layout rearrange itself, nothing works as expected for a native app, it hides the status bar for some reason... Not sure what the thinking is but your app is not that important? Also why bother with an app if you're just going to wrap the website.

The app loads but will not open for me to login?

Needs a lot of improvement. The basis is good. I can just about load it up to get the bar code to benefit from discounts. Otherwise, the screen flicker stops any further useful interaction

Really good app though doesn't update points on the home screen properly. Great for exclusive offers and discounts. Update 09-11-21 App now not opening and having to login over and over . Now done a screenshot of my card so that I don't have the stress when trying to get through an airport.

This app is so unresponsive and slow and it needs major overhaul and rework. It kept my phone unresponsive while open.It also uses lots of data (2-3mb/s for 2 minutes) for no apperent reason or for just loading store items which should be light. No no.. No.... Developers you need to do you homework, please.

Currently signed up and logged in fine but when going on the app, short of clicking anything I get a gray screen and cant do anything. Going back closes the app and when re entering I see the flash of hope screen before it goes all gray again. Cant even scan my QR code. Until it's fixed it will be a 1 star.

App still won't accept saved log in credentials. Dufry claims to give good discounts, but if you can't login, no discount. Can't reset password, as email not being sent by Dufry. App is worse than useless, worse than the 1☆ rating I gave it previously. No improvement since my 21st May review; and no one involved in the app or Dufry cares enough to have bothered to contact me.

Legitimately the worst app I've ever used. Trying to order anything is almost impossible. Get double ups of products or the keyboard disappears after each letter entered. Only resort to using it so I don't get slugged the card fees instore.

the app needs an upgrade! it had been very helpful, but lately it got many bugs - i cannot see the benefits anymore, or even change the airport (there is no list of airports available anymore)! hey, guys, fix the app ASAP!
