The features of the app are great. But, the mobile deposit is super annoying. I always get errors saying it can't verify the amount on the check, even on printed company checks. At the same time it will read a scribbled handwritten check. Wish there was more consistency on the ability to deposit.

Love this mobile app. Fast, easy. Does everything. Especially like the ability to deposit checks using this app. Only problem is that it sometimes starts running in the background indicated by a black icon on notification line at top of screen and have to do a force stop.

The app is fine since the last update. The problem with it today is the fingerprint login no longer works. It is the only app on my phone this feature no longer works. It's not a deal breaker, but would be nice if a feature offered actually worked.

The representatives that I've had the privilege working with over 25 years has always been a pleasure. Very nice and down to earth. They have helped me get thru some tough times. Thank you RCFCU! The app is easy to understand and easy to use, got a new phone recently that was not compatible but Red Crown was already working the fix. Yeah RCFCU!

Lasts for about month before it crashes before loading everytime. Can't even send an error report. Reinstalling today. Samsung s9 running Android 9

It's been a while since I updated my password so I went to change it. I followed the instructions but regardless of what new password I tried it says I don't meet the requirements.

Have had a few issues in the beginning but I think they got the kinks out. Im happy w the app..

This is the Best Bank I've been at REDCROWN for about 5 years or more and they have turned out to be awesome. I used to be with Superior then they went over to Arvest!!! and that was a Major! Nightmare. They just got lousy and my money was not ever coming out right I have not ever had one problem with RedCrown. I tip my hat off to RedCrown and I'd say THIS with Smile. Every time I go into this bank, they have a good attitude and very professional definitely a great Bank. And the coffee machine is awesome lol Am proud to say that I Bank At The Best.THANK Y😎U (REDCR😁WN)
