I'm English and want ADSL in my French house but can I get through to anyone? I have a disconnected telephone line to the house but to get connected I need a French telephone number - classic Catch 22. Email would be nice but not available and when I say "je veux ADSL" in the chat the Arificial Moron that replies tells me it doesn't understand and that I should request a call back - to a French number. I am beginning to believe that I should try elsewhere.
From 1 star to 3 stars: customer service is great and the people are very friendly. But in regards to the app, it still needs a lot of fixing including the following: - Fixing Payments via Credit Cards - Enabling attachements when communicating with the service clients (the option is there, but doesn't function)
App is full of bugs: it is sùpposed to allow you to change the appointment date and it doesn't. It tells you to install the SFR app which in turn tells you to use the RED par SFR app. Neither of the two allow you to change the installation date. What's worse, even the RED par SFR website crashes when you try to confirm the new appointment day and time! About as useful as a chocolate teapot!
Terrible support. My RedbySFR SIM is not working abroad (both International roaming and voice not working, . no network). Of course international option was activated and I tried in 4 different countries with various partners. It just does not work. The SIM card only works in France while that same phone S9 is working perfectly well in all 4 countries with other operator (Bouygues, Vodafone and Telekom...)
App sometimes displays large ad on top of whatever you're doing. To be clear, this app displays an advertisement on top of other open apps, which I believe is a violation of Google's terms of service for the Play store.
Red By SFR has is the operator with worst support service I have seen. It is only accessible by chat, they only answer after hours of waiting, you need to explain your request 10000 times because they don't really read your message (that is the only explanation) every time I need something from them I end up being furious. I highly recommend to use another Operator even if it is a bit more expensive.
Sorry, but like all the french apps – not logical, buggy, not well tested. The support chat is nice, the services are ok, but the app is just disappointing.
The internet & cable TV support is circular to the App. The phone number presented in the App relies on an SFR number to validate. The worst App I ever used for support -apparently there is none. I have not had a working service since the day I ordered. They have my money and a circular reference App.
I am a bit disappointed as the app does not display all the offers available to customers. Actually, there is a 40Go/month offer at 10€, and it is not possible to access it via the app (updated Sat, Apr 11, 2020).

Their service is very poor. I'm disappointed..i don't recommend ..😤i pay them for nothing bcz i didn't receive sim card. So today i take another subscription from another operator
Not customer friendly at all. I am trying to login, is telling me that my ID is my phone number, when I enter it is not recognized. No options to ask for help. Have no idea what to do in order to use it.
Worst telephone company ever. DO NOT subscribe to them. They will scam you at every opportunity. They will add services that you did not ask for and then charge you. When you try to leave, it is next to impossible.
This app is still quite useless. Getting service unavailable most of the time, and not being able to manage the account is cpunyer productive when all this could be done easily speaking directly with a kind human.
This app makes things much easier. Although having a direct link to customer care i.e. a chat function would be amazing.
No internet since 3 days and the app says "technical error" while trying to retrieve current status. Going to change provider.
The company is good and for a good price but I give 3 stars because their support do not speak english and are rude. And the worst about this company is that in 21 century they charge 2€ for 100mb of extra internet instead of just stoping it when finiahed.
I had difficulty to work with the app in the beginning and I guess I has got lots of bugs.i will give a 2 star untill the bugx are fixed.
Can't log in and no way to contact support to figure out the issue. Terrible service and app doesn't help at all.
The app makes zero provision for communication with SFR. One way traffic only. What is the point?
Confusing and crashes. Seems to be very difficult to report a fault - one would think they are not interested
l would prefer to see the full amount that comes out of my account each month, instead of the extra on top of my usual amount...

Great app, useful information like easily accessible international rates by country which is a rarity amongst mobile service providers!!
Bullcr.. app where I can't log in and the new password as stated in my verification SMS is NOT working. Infuriating...

Good prices but the company keeps charging you more options without permission. You have to keep an eye all the time and very difficult to prevent them to change your pricing. Tiring and time consuming but good customer service reactivity.
