Needs serious work. Ever since the last update back in March, every time I try to log in, I get messages that the connection is slow even if I have full 4G service and will only go all the way through to my accounts page about half the time after multiple attempts. Once in, everything works fine so it seems to be an issue with their sign in process. It seems like a common issue looking at reviews so it really should be addressed.
The Bank App pretty good some of the time. It will sometimes stall with a blackout glitch when trying to open to view my balances & transactions from checkings or savings. It can be kind of be frustrating when you need to check it before making any financial decisions to purchase and item in real time or make a sudden purchase. If all possible maybe have a program specialist check into the glitch or causing error. Thank you.
May be common for banking apps but compared to the Domino federal credit union app it takes a long time to load and takes a lot longer to reflect actual balance.
Worked fine until I got my new Note 10+ now I have to completely uninstall, reinstall, login and set up each time I want to open the app. Always says "Your connection may be slow but we're going to keep trying." Minutes go by and I still can't log in, even on wifi I get the same issue. Very annoying, please resolve this issue.
I like using the app, but can the android version not get an update like the iphone?? You can sign in with fingerprint and other stuff on the iPhone.... Come on Red River! This is the only banking app that I have to log into EVERY SINGLE TIME. Update: We finally got the update. It has it moments when it refuses to log in, but it get the job done. Overall happy with the new app!
Since the last update, the app no longer recognizes my phone as a registered device and must get an access code sent to me just to access my accounts on line. Have uninstalled and re-installed app and have tapped "Register Device" every time I have to log in...very frustrating. STOP trying to improve things when all you do is make them worse!!!
I love the ease of use! The security it offers in that I receive an email if my password is entered incorrectly makes me feel safe using this app. They are quick to fix any problems; they're usually on top of glitches before you can notify them by phone.
Lot of missing functionality other banks/CU provide (like mobile check deposits), otherwise it meets the basic needs.
This app hardly ever works for me. It'll say that it is loading but never does. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling it on several occasions but it did not fix the problem. I'd say about 90% of the time I have to use the website instead of the app; which is an inconvenience.
Depozip keeps saying to log in to mobile app to use and im already in the app while it is saying that. Please fix. Update: Got a call from the online service and they got me fixed up. Feature was not turned on as i did not get the option to turn it on. Feature works now. Thanks RRFCU
Being human, my first reaction was--"Oh, no. The RRCU app has changed!" However, it didnt take long for me to appreciate the convenience of the updated software. Now I can see all my accounts at a glance. And, I can re-arrange the accouts, placing the more frequently used accounts first. I've yet to encounter a negative. Thanks!
The changes to the app are unsatisfactory in my opinion. The previous version was simple and easy to navigate. Although the authentication process is quite tedious, I am aware of the need for more cyber security. The new design overall is also not pleasing to the eye.
App will not connect anymore, 1 every 20 times it may connect, says no internet connection, I'm on 5G, ridiculous. Started 2 weeks ago on my Galaxy S9, S10e, and now on my S20! Fix it! There's no incentive to stick with the little banks as their basic services tend to be trash! Like this app.
I LOVE this app. It allows me to follow my account AS OFTEN AS NEEDED. MAKE NECESSARY CHANGES NEEDED such as transfers, paying my loan, going back in my account to verify a payment etc. It is VERY ACCURATE, GREAT PERSONAL, PRIVATE BANKING OPTION from the comfort of my HOME. I've been doing my banking over the phone with this app for many many years....It is the 1st app to download when I must change phones....
Does what its supposed to functionally, but its so unorganized and cheaply put together, that it is annoying. Now, you have to call tech department to learn to organize the app enough to use it efficiently because the app itself lends user no instructions on navigation. It hard to know where your money is when your accounts are all jumbled up. THANK YOU, JONATHAN, from the virtual tech team for helping me understand the app better. Jonathan gets 5 stars... app does not.
My previous experience with this app and a Samsung device was very aggravating. However, since the July 2020 update, the app has worked fine. I can view purchases and move money between accounts immediately.
It just suddenly started requiring a secure code. Havent changed device i use but it doesnt matter if i register device or not it still had to have code everytime i sign in. No problems for a year now this. Ugh guess i should expect something like this from local people.
The VISA section on the account is terrible. 1. It always shows "NO Transaction", when I know there has been purchases made on the card. 2. It takes days for VISA to receive the info from my bank. 3. The purchases and payments are never current. Sending the VISA info back-and-forth through the mailbox is not efficient.
It was a great app but since the last update and my switch to s10+, it never works. It will not load. I cannot use the Depozip function, I hate going to the bank.
It's pretty outdated honestly. Easy to use but for a 2022 app it feels very old.
Great app, everything is easy to use. Could use the zelle feature 🤔.
Very convenient and useful. Helps me accomplish a lot without having to go to the bank.

The app use to work great. But, it will not load any more. Always says connection error. I wish they would fix this issue. I removed the app and installed back on my phone, which did not help.
It worked great until the update. I have a galaxy s10. I keep getting a slow connection warning everytime I try to use the app. I need to be able to use the mobile deposit because I dont live near a in person bank and I cant get the app to let me log in. Website works fine but I can't use mobile deposit. Ita been like this for months. Please fix it!
