Red Robin Customizer
Enjoy all of your Red Robin menu favorites while keeping within your dietary restrictions. The Customizer app allows you to choose a menu item; add or remove ingredients; add sides, desserts and beverages; calculate the nutritional values; and save your meal creation to refer to or edit again later.
Red Robin has a long-standing tradition of customizing meals to order. So get creative and sub out that sesame bun for a whole grain bun; or replace a burger patty with grilled chicken; or better yet, go meatless with a Gardenburger® or BOCA Original Vegan Burger.

This App IS a tool to allow you to customize your favorite Red Robin menu items so they fit within your dietary restrictions. This App is NOT an online ordering tool.
Features:
1. Access up-to-date online nutritional values for Red Robin ingredients (an internet connection required).
2. Create a meal and customize it to fit within your dietary restrictions.
3. Visually edit ingredients on burgers and chicken sandwiches in “Customize it” mode:
• Change existing ingredients with easy swipe functionality.
• Remove ingredients (click ‘–’ icon next to ingredient).
• Add additional ingredients (click ‘+’ button at top of screen and swipe through ingredients).
4. Add or remove ingredients on entrees, sandwiches, salads and appetizers.
5. Add or delete menu items in the “Add to/Edit Meal” tab:
• Add sides, soups, beverages and desserts to your meal (click ‘+’ button at top of screen).
• Remove items or ingredients (click ‘–’ icon next to item or ingredient).
• Replace your existing burger, sandwich, entrée or appetizer (click ‘+’ button).

June 2015: They need to do better. I have a diabetic child that needs meal planning, and they so not have correct info, and missing info for certain meal items. Very disappointing. Carb count is everything for a Type 1 toddler. 6/26/16 came back to try again, and nothing has changed. Red Robin lost us as customers for sure.
I had to download this pointless app to calculate nutrition on my phone. This is something that should have been doable on my mobile web browser, but the geniuses that designed the mobile website decided to force you to download an app instead. When I finally got to the menu, the item is not even in the app. The least they could do is keep this unnecessary app updated.
As a type 1 diabetic, it is a must that I have nutrition information readily available. Not only can you not look at the nutrition information online, you are forced to download an app, just to find what you need to find, and then come to find out the app is horendous. This app is not only horrible at giving information, but it's horrible in supplying the information, given the stuff that I've ordered in the menu is not on the app and cannot find the nutrition information. Hopefully the flaws don't kill me.
It is extremely irritating that I'm forced to download an app to get basic nutrional info. If your phone storage is full, you have to spend time to clear some memory. And then it doesn't seem to work on my galaxy s4 mini. I just get a red screen with three flashing white dots on it. Very annoying.
There is little to no value in this app. Many of the items simply redirect you to the website. The purpose of the app should be to give you what you need without the need to go to the webpage. Also, if you have allergies the app and website only give info on the top 8 or so allergens and never list ingredients so you cannot determine what is safe to eat.
This app doesn't work on iOS. I can't customize anything. However, it does work on Android (Nexus 5x). I gave it 3 out of 5 because if I calculate the same food using the app and the website on my computer, the nutritional value is different. I'm guessing the website is correct and the app needs more help. It's almost there and could become an awesome app that many other restaurants don't have (customizer). Please fix.
When customizing it won't let me add things back on once deleted. I also can't change the name of a meal once saved. When I try to delete a saved meal, it disappears, but when I go back into saved meals again, it's right back there every time.
Has nutrition value for food but that's it. No prices, combos, can't order anything. Basically nothing a quick Google search can't get you.
I love being able to calculate my meal but this app does stay updated with new limited time burgers.
Installed app on Samsung S3. When I open the app and click on Allergen Info it takes me to the web site where if I click on food and drink and then nutrition info it takes me back to download the app. Vicious circle and never got the info I was looking for.
I have to be gluten free. The old app would let me chose gluten free with the allergen menu. Now it goes to a web page that says your connection is not private that I can't get past.
When selecting allergen menu it takes you to the find a store page. Even the staff has no idea how to get to allergen menu!
Downloaded the app because it says you can view the allergen menu but it just takes you to their site and when you find the allergen link it doesn't open because it says my phone doesn't have flash...duh!
So the app just redirects to my browser, and not even to the right webpage. Useless!
All I want is nutrition info not a dumb app that doesn't even include all the menu items!
Big waste of time
Just to get nutrition info you are forced to load their app. Other sites post on their main site! AND IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK!
Was awesome for figuring out carbs for my daughters insulin dosage when it used to work.

Why make an app for what should be on a site, whatever i download it and then, the smoky tavern double isnt on it...
