Of late, whenever I try to book a cab, there's always a delay despite the availability of cabs according to the app. The prompt always says cab details will be available 15 minutes prior to pick up, even though there are multiple cabs available. Really annoying! Can't trust this app if time is of the essence.
Red Taxi providing good services than other Cabs..And My concern is map is always showing the cab in other place when driver came to pickup point.Map is not working properly all the times..and amount is not showing before start the trip..if its available it will be useful to have enough amount in hand and other than Paytm other payments UPI methods are not there.. Please do the needful.. Thats why have given 3 stars other wise all Good.
Two observation: 1) Asking 10digit phone number while booking for others, but by default google contacts its prefix with +91, no option to edit this and accept. 2) No search option while sharing the trip to others, we have to scroll the contact one by one.
It's fine so far but ensure availability of cabs at all times. And your office numbers do not respond to my calls and they keep rejecting them. Please I am optimistic about this app. Please look into these issues and kindly do the needful.
Share ride details option not working properly. Not showing all the contacts in my list and no search option on the contact list. Share to new contact not at all working. Though I enter 10 digit number, it is not accepting. Developer should do the full UAT before release to live.
Kindly tell the drivers in Trichy branch, not to make comments like "I forgot to notice the mode of payment is through wallet. If i had noticed, i wouldn't have picked up this trip", "can you cancel the trip? And book someone else, because I only take cash." We customers had to use polite language as if we are expecting charity from them.. Dear RedTaxi, pls send a circular that Those who do not wish to take payment via Wallet Paytm/Redwallet should work for someone else.
One best thing about Red Taxi is drivers never ask extra money more than amount showing in Red Taxi app..most ola, Uber drivers etc ask too much extra money like Rs +50, +100,+ 200 etc
Would have given it 4 or even 5 star rating, if not for the rude drivers. 2-3 times it has happened, especially in Chennai, that the drivers speak rudely and purposely go in wrong direction then complain that fuel prices are hiked and the passengers are wasting their time. They won't follow the maps routing, will often stop far away from the destination to sadistically make elderly people walk. It may not be safe for young people- both men and women with such poor attitude drivers.
Good and smooth driving. Very courteous driver.w👏👏 The only issue is that your Map shows the opposite direction. Pls look into this.
Great app and a pleasant, safe and economical ride (this is my 1st ride in red taxi), I mentioned this to cab pilot (Mr. Marisamy) he suggested that i could have used the 1st ride offer, which I didn't do during my booking. I felt pride about him and red taxi for having such people friendly team with them.
One of the worst call taxi service. App will show a cab time and for the same travel call center will inform cab not available. Finally you have to cancel the trip.
Very poor service in night time. I have booked a taxi on 9.30 pm booking confirmation rec'd, driver contact number rec'd, we thought vechile will come. But after half hour when checked with driver he simply says not possible to come pls cancel the booking It was irritating to us and we really disappointed in the issue against red Taxi
I'm in Coimbatore and this is my favourite taxi. I promise, no driver has ever asked me cash or wallet. You know there are other services where the driver asks this question before asking destination. Service is prompt and if you book ride later, they show up 15 mins earlier.
This is the best taxi service in Coimbatore. Better than Ola or Uber. No extra charges or rude drivers (atleast in this city). Hopefully this keeps up.

Good service neat punctuality and pleasent staff. Booked taxi for 12.30 called help center requested for earlier timing the staff was curtious and made it possible. This was impressive at a time being the New Year and having full occupancy. My sincere thaks to the concerned staff. Happy new year to all.
Worst service. I lost my phone in the cab. I am trying to contact the customer care but the best part is they don't have a customer care number. I am not able to find it anywhere. I am calling in the number which is provided ending with 7890, she says we cannot do anything now and they will not share with me the driver number. Phone model- one plus Nord 2.
On closing my trip, I was advised by your system as total amount ₹718/-. Only after raising objection with the driver, the payable amount was revised as ₹350/-. I can't understand how your system, without manual intervention, projects erroneous amount! Take immediate steps to rectify this mistake 🙏

Best cab service.. professional drivers. No bargaining in price at any situation and no cancelling trips. A lot better than the service of rivals
Excellent service, using for more 5 years, not even single cancelation done by them. Thousand time better than Ola. Drivers well trained in Red taxi. My preferred taxi service partner..
It's user friendly... One can use app booking only when we have one trip. If there is a two way trio that is To&fro then direct call and book
Very very poor. I booked a big cab by selecting the first option for big taxi and confirmed the booking. When the cab came it was a small cab. When I told the driver I have booked a big cab he rudely said this was the one you have booked. He told me to contact the office and check why they have sent a small cab. Since there was no time as I have catch a train I used the small cab and paid for the big cab. The driver was very rude.
The driver said he was new to Coimbatore. He did not know any route. We too were new to Coimbatore. The work that could have got over within 2 hours took him 4 hours and we could not finish our work either. Unfortunately we had to pay the full amount 😕 The AC in the car was also not working. The trip could have been done in 20 kms. But it took him 65 kms. The Fasttag was also not charged so he took us from long routes to avoid toll. It cost us heavily. The car was full of dust. I keep getting "Authentication token expired" and "server error". Uninstalled the app multiple times and tried still no luck.
Best when compared to other taxi apps like ola and uber Rates may be quite higher hiwever they are fixed. Other taxi drivers are demanding more money than the app shows Drivers are good and patient 😌 👌🏼
I used the service in Coimbatore and I really love the professionalism and quality demonstrated by the drivers. They don't demand more, do not cancel or insist on cash like Ola/Uber partners. Vehicles are neat and well maintained. I sincerely hope the quality of service remains this good and it doesn't sink to what Ola/Uber have become today. As for the app, it's easy to set up and use. Good functionality.
