This app crashes constantly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it doesn't fix the problem. Uploaded file previews are grayed out and the app crashes when I try to download. Also the notification badges do not go away after opening and viewing. You have to force stop the app to get the badges off. This app needs work. The desktop version of the software works great. Sad that the app is so unstable. Having a reliable mobile app is critical for workflow management.
Just signed up for a trial online. Service looked useful so I installed the app, only to have it get stuck on the "Almost there" screen. Forced closed app. No change. No point in re-installing as this was a new install. Just cancelling my trial. The 3 stars is because the tool seems useful on the web, but I didn't get a good feeling when the app didn't load. Not worth my time to troubleshoot at this point.
Desktop app is good. Over the past month or so the Android app has really fallen apart. Nothing works anymore and customer service is extremely slow with a response. Not sure how they let this app decline so quickly. Unless they fix this app it is not good enough for any kind of project management much less running any kind of business application. Extremely disappointing given how good the desktop app is. But not being able to use the mobile version is a deal breaker for me.
Good app, but widget always says "error on loding...... " Please solve it.,
Since the last two updates I'm unable to assign a due date to new or existing tasks. When I try to set the date and tap "OK" nothing changes and the due date remains unset. It works fine on the desktop app so it is very frustrating when I am away from my office using my tablet and trying to add tasks to my schedule but can't set a due date. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 running Android 4.4.2 with the latest version of the app installed. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but no change. Can you please help ☺
We use the web app daily and although not perfect it works for us - the android app has always been hit and miss and iphone app isn't great either. But today is the final straw on android - despite uninstalling many times and clearing the data and cache - like so many others we get stuck with the synchronising "Almost there" message. The functionality of Redbooth with our company relies heavily on the phone apps working well as much as the web app. Sorry Redbooth maybe our time to move on.
Though the web portal works mostly fine, but the app version has plenty of issues and features missing. Please add the "date & time spent" edit feature to edit the pre-added date and time of a task's comment. Also if the search feature is added inside the workspace task view it would be great.
Terrible...I have been using this app for years bc the company I work for forces me to. I have had multiple issues with the desktop and a truly unacceptable amount of issues with the app. It's going on 2 months with no resolution to my issue and Suthan has just stopped responding. Unprofessional and unreliable!
I had issues with the App, it was never opening. I uninstalled and reinstalled again. I got the "Almost there..." many on my screen for 20 mins solid. This latest version is not working.
Love Redbooth but the app is awful! I can't get my workspaces to load half of the time and most of the features do not work.
App has been broken for the last two weeks or so. Get 'synchronising your redbooth' and a partway loading screen that never loads
sp bad I'm not sure its even worth installing the desktop and web app are great but the phone app doesn't have enough options to make it worthwhile to use Frustrating.
The files can't be attached. No matter what I do, but every time after I try to attach a file I see an error message
It doesn't work. I tried to login into my account and it failed with message close the app and try again.
app have no update for long time. Take one operation issue for example, when I add tag on task. system don't show tag.
The app won't let me sign up. It just says close and open the app again. I do that and it does the same thing. Guessing I'll have to look for another solution?
"Almost there..." ... Web version is ok, but slow. App doesn't work, period.
Dear Redbooth team, the Android application is not functional as many others stated here also. Can you comment when it will be fixed? We pay for your services so this should not be happening :-(
Trying to login with mobile, choose my gmail account, "close the app" message pop's up. Never ending circle

Why,with all the posts about their terrible Android app, have they not spent any energy on a remedy. I love the PC program, hate the android app.

Nice app, but it must be said more open in a tablet/phone app that after 14 days you must pay $12 per each member of your team!
uninstalled less than one day, it was junque, both here on android and on ios -- i cancelled my account, yet keep getting emails from a "sudath" at redbooth, wanting me to upgrade -- how can you bug someone who deleted their account?? my info should be gone from you database!! junque and scam.
Clean and efficient app for planning and managing work and projects.
Total garbage app since its inception. Currently crashes every time you open it, notifications don't work AT ALL, and lacks basic features, like copy-paste. How has their whole app team not been fired?
