It's ridiculous to have to have a verification phone call after every third login. I set it up to use my fingerprint and that work sporadically. Would be a great app if it wasn't such a pain with having to verify every week who I am even though I use my fingerprint, when it works. Update... A month and a half later and it's still makes me verify who I am by getting a code. This is very inconvenient and ridiculous. Our company uses this service and I pray they go in another direction.
This is a very frustrating app. It hasn't been updated since October 1st, but I've had to set up a new account on it 4 times. I have to go get a passcode, and then the things that I had set up in settings have to be reset again. Another thing. I have taken the assessment. But the very first thing that hit you when you look at the screen is, "Start Here - take your wellbeing assessment now." Right below that, it's just that I take RedBrick Health mobile, and asks me to download the app. I'm not sure why it would ask me to do that since I'm already in the app, so I must have downloaded it. The home screen is a jumbled mess. It is very hard to find what you really want or need. If I could use another app, I would. But hey, when you're the only game in town I guess you don't have to worry about things. I might even upgraded a star or two if it would stop having me set up an account every other time I try to log in.
It would be great if more devices could be synced to your app. I have a samsung fit but of course that isn't included in your list of devices. And since mapmyfitness isn't syncing with Samsung health at the moment I have no way to log my fitness on your site.
I downloaded this so I could work with "my journey" more readily. It doesn't appear to do anything except display it. So that's useless. Each page loads individually. It's like the app is just a container for a browser.
Makes me log in with a verification text every time. I dont know why it can't remember that this is a legitimate device that I dont need security checks evertime I try to use it. I'll even register a fingerprint and it will both forget it and go through the verification login using password every time.
I like being able to access this stuff on an app, but it's super buggy. I have to repeatedly claim completion for it to take, and sometimes pages don't come up at all when you select the link.
Keeps disconnecting my Withings watch (option for connecting my Withings watch seems out of date), no response to my inquiry (thru website) on this, and the email given at bottom of their "your device is disconnected" notice (every 3-4 wks) is their "donotreply" address. Frustrating.
Horrible. I have completed 3 different journeys this quarter and recieved no credit. Tried to contact support which does not seem to exist I only use this because my company uses it .... I wish I could get them to stop and use a program that works. Tell your benefits people to steer clear. Junk on a stick
Part of the white screen club. Uninstall/install and resetting logins nothing seems to fix it. Just an unstable experience over the lifetime of the app.
App didn't even work. When I opened the app, it was stuck on what I can only assume was the loading page. It didn't even have any indication that it was loading.
Was clunky earlier in the year, but much smoother now. No frequent verification at login, and works as great as the website.
It doesn't show results for the 2 apps I synced. Hardly any information available. Dissapointed.
This app is a certified POS, if my employer hadn't pushed it I wouldn't have it on my phone. Total waste of time. Works like it was programmed by a third grader.
This app has literally only worked once for me. All other times it should let me sign in but nothing happens. Or it never recognizes my fingerprint. It's a waste of time.
it logs me in and then i get a white screen, and that is it. prior version worked on iPhone but tgst also does the same thing. i really wish it would work again.
Sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn't work. Also, some rewards are not available to everyone even though we are under the same company program.
Used it beginning of the year and all was well. Not sure if there was an update but now cannot earn anything. I can see what is available but nothing happens when I press the earn button.
Not impressed constantly uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to load. Too many hiccups that make activities completed take forever to update.
Difficult to navigate in the app. Does not recognize my employer in the app, but the desktop version works correctly.
You need to fix your app and your web page. Most functions do not work. You can't earn anything or log anything on the app or the page.
Super slow app. Not intuitive, seems like the app was made to browse redbrick web content!!
App doesn't connect after texting you and entering a code. Latest update broke the app.
Every other time I log I to the app (and I log in just about every day) I have to get a code sent to my email. It also forgets my fingerprint after I enable that. Fix these login issues and the experience will be much, much better. I have been on the same phone for the past two years and have had the app installed for at least the past year, so it isn't like I am uninstalling and reinstalling it all the time.
