Booked a trip to Genting through this app because the Google search place it as first choice as advertised. However when I selected the dates to be Aug somehow the system and glitch and move the date to May. After I found out, I call the hotline to reschedule the bus trip and was given a "NO". I cannot cancel the ticket and I also cannot reschedule the tickets which I felt cheated as a consumer. The hotline operator simply just push me to get a answers from the bus company. Horrible service.
Not a bad app, many bus options to choose from and to many destinations in Malaysia. I always buy my tickets from this app. Each time it will send emails and SMSs of the details. Latest addition is message via WhatsApp. My only problem is that why the heck do I still need to redeem the ticket from the counter? Obviously it is waste of time, sometimes during festival period, the queue is long. Why the heck not just provide me the digital code so that I can proceed on board?
3rd rate service with no accountability in case of anything wrong with the bus operator. The app doesn't even send me the bus/driver details or the exact boarding point. No contact number to call someone and ask. And to top it all, 3-4 hours delay which redbus conveniently washes it's hands off!
This app has the worst customer service. The app doesn't have updated information, and contacting customer service takes too long. As I had used a filter option for night timings, but instead it shows all timings buses from early morning, hence I was booked a ticket from the app wrongly and tried to cancel after i booked in 30 mins, and attempted to reach customer service via self-help and customer service through phone, but was unable to reach customer service or get any immediate help.
There came an issue on flexi ticket where I couldn't change the date through app before 8 hrs of departure time and the refund initiated notification came becoz of that but at the end I didn't receive any refund or I couldn't change the date of travel.. Customer care said it's not their technical issue so it won't do anything regarding this..
They don't have any good policy for cancellation of bus. Recently I booked a ticket and due to some reason the bus operator said that chances are there that the bus will not go Today so if you wish you cancel the ticket and you'll get your refund. Same did I told customer care. But the issue is not solved. I feel like I have been cheated. Very disappointed by there service!!
I have used this app earlier for booking bus tickets and have no complain about that. But some days back they introduced REDRAIL through which I booked a ticket. Due to some reason the train got cancelled , after that the worst part is they refunded me less money... Wheras I have got message from IRCTC that the complete amount will be refunded. They are just a new way to loot. My suggestion Book Bus tickets from agents and train tickets from IRCTC main website.
Disappointing service. My bus booking was cancelled by the operator 1 hour before travel. And their helpdesk said that we have refunded your money now go look for other options, it is out of our hands. What is the meaning of this app if not to help customers in such situations. Never going to use it again. Uninstalling.
Very bad and fraud service, this is my first time booking travel. I booked ac bus sleeper, in app it shows ac sleeper..when I reached to boarding station. It was non ac bus. I paid more than 1000 rupees for comfortable journey and you guys ruin it, very bad experience and I am uninstalling the app now, in app it shows bus RS travel but at borading point it was totally different. Your bus operator is cheater or you guys. I am not feeling safe in this. Loaded things are huge but less people.
Extremely bad services. I booked flexible ticket which can allow me free rescheduling. But it charged me entire amount. It did not provide bus number we were running here and there with luggage. So in terms of price it was costly and despite of paying premium for rescheduling I paid entire amount. No proper details of bus and bus was extremely poor in terms of punctuality and services. Worst experience. Don't use this App
We apply to refund ticket, THIS App require us to cancel ticket first then it later DECLINE OUR APPEAL FOR REFUND! Now we got no money back and NO TICKET BACK! WORST APP EVER! Should've told us (all users) refund might not be success, and shouldn't cancel our ticket. I could've sell it to others! Already paid extra money for your "100% refundable" then now have to suffer own losses.
Many bugs when paying. can't pase credit card number. closing app for a second makes the seat unavailable, for no reason and one has to wait for 15 min. payment part is cumbersome. the rest is quite alright.
[Edit: I take all my words back! I accidently booked wrong date and needed help! NOW THERE'S NO WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE!! ABSOLUTELY NO WAY! You can chat but no way to talk! I was surprised! The automated number just kept me redirecting here and there!) Booked bus as well as train ticket few times. Didn't face any problem except one time when didn't receive the bus details. UI is very good, no unnecessary ads which is very important for me. Customer care experience can be improved.
Terrible app, when i started using it was nice but after 2, 3 updates it shows no buses on any route but actually there are busses on that routes, i updated it regularlly but faced same problem all the time.
The thing is, if you want to refund the ticket, you have to have a very reasonable reason like disease or near-apocalypse reason with proof. I paid for the insurance and refundable fees.Its your money and they really can take it without any rescheduling our ticket. They dont even ask for your consent. My 40 bucks just got swallowed just because im rescheduling my ticket, so i have to take another on a much higher price.π
it doesn't refresh...now you see seats available, now you see don't. then again you see its there. i couldn't apply my discount coupon also. called the executive, he helped a lot but all the efforts gone in vein. anyways ..had to book so booked.
These online apps are making fool. I booked a ticket. Website is showing that no charges for rescheduling the ticket before particular time. When I m doing so asking for full payment again. The worst thing is that they have only cumpterised cc. When you try to ask something that's big headache.
Convenient to order bus tickets but other than that the service is terrible. Don't have any solutions when operator cancel your bus ticket. What's the purpose of having a customer service? Don't even have the proper way to contact operators, no information was given when ticket was cancelled by them and when we try to contact through the redbus CS all they can say is its not within their power lol.
Very bad experience. It's better to book your tickets from the counter. I booked ticket with wrong details and then i asked for help. Their team asked me to book another ticket with the same bus operator and they will process refund for the earlier booking. But they are not concerned for any kind of refund. It a new kind of fraud. They asked me for screenshot.i gave them details of the chat. But still no one is bothered. I wud suggest u not to book ticket through this app
Caution: Don't Use This App. Worst app. Use state transport apps or irctc. I booked a ticket and the bus operator left me in middle of the way and gave me other bus driver number to board again. I wasted 1500 for this ticket and it took me 24 hours to reach my destination. I asked for refund but no partial or full refund is available after boarding time. Also you can't complain to anyone and nobody is available to hear your compliments.
Tried redrail for the first time and couldn't complete the booking by entering irctc password. After entering it navigate to blank page with single button at bottom which is not responding.. When I asked customer they are telling network issue.. How come rendering blank gui related to network issue rather than handling in software side.. Poor experience
App is easy to use but it wouldn't let me reschedule despite being allowed to in the email I received after booking. Also, I am unable to view my ticket details for unknown reasons. E-mailed them and still waiting for responses. Quite sucky for a good app.
I have been using the app since quite a long time. I have had good experience with the app. But lately it just gets stuck at the payment gateway. Does not proceed to the payment window. And if you then wait till the time runs out and try again, the app still shows the seat as booked. And I have been facing the issue from quite a long time. It is beyond my understanding that your whole business depends on payment gateway and you cant sort that out for months?
