Just now way we can talk to the customer care. Even if we get to, they still ask us to write an email, which just do not get any response. I have a limit, all dues cleared, still unable to use the card. And even after writing multiple emails.... No response at all.
after paying all the dues by time, my app showing minimum payment due. i mailed them around 15th February, they replied that it will fixed within 7-10 working days. today is 10th of march . still i faced same issue. still i got notification from them that payment due. when some people from the company call me asking about the payment i told them to check on their system, whats the due amount. after checking they replied all dues are clear. it will be update soon on the app. but still nothing.
The app is good and nice and providing better service to customer but there was one issue related to payment settlement or installment settlement and not proper customer support provide by the company but the overall performance is good and need to improve the app interface and method easy to access all the customer because the interfaces some difficult or some complicated and like other postpaid providing card need to write corporate improve and also provide the card experience physical card.
I paid the recent bill but it didn't show in the card statement. Already my amount is debited from my account.I paid the amount through the PhonePe and it shows like successful.I Have been waiting for a while to update in the statement but it's not doing anything.so please kind request to check your record.
I wanted you to close my loan account.. since DMI finanace customer service people are saying that it is from your side i.e. from the Redcarpet app I got that loan granted but i never been able to get a single penny. It is affecting my cibil report and score since it is in active position but the most worst thing is I can't close it or use it. I don't know why? Just because of having a loan account active in your app am facing bad cibil score issue. please delete my account.
This is a good app..but I m not able to pay the EMI,some network error is showing,I m trying from 5 days ..but still issue is not resolved..yesterday was the last date of my EMI payment ..even I contacted to your customer care..they was keep saying that they are resolving it..but they are able to resolve this issue..beacuse of that my credit score will be get spoil..pls make sure that this issue should be get resolve as soon as possible..
You can use this app it is good for emery requirment if you can pay all due within a month than it is good if you will delay in payment than you have to much interest rate. now I am paying time to time all due but they are not increasing my limit.
No any customer support available. I'm continue pay my installment timely through agent. But application does not provide option to pay the part payment option. I'm continue trying to contact directly redcarpet but not any response from mailing. Very bad experience for me. I request to all dont install the application and apply the loan. If you applied a loan the services is very bad 👎 .
They have stopped Paytm wallet load ,you can't recieve any otp during wallet load and they have done it in last few days and after generating query they have notified it to me now I don't know what is the use of it now if I have to purchase on Flipkart I can do paylater. In past I had given it 5 star now I m updating it and they don't have any customer support they are crying COVID for past 2 year .
Unable to pay EMI because payment option in app is not working (trying to pay from last 6 days). Mailed support team several times but not recieved satisfactory resolution. Kindly solve this issue.
Worst app I used it and clear my dues but not updated in my card and Today charge a late fees also which affected my cibil score and I mailed it before 5 days 3 to 4 times but still not update me on mail or call there is no customer service support there is no help from her side if you once face in trouble.
There is new problem. After completing documentation It doesn't work in upload. Documents option. And now, I have uninstalled the app and trying to install again. But it shows its unability.

They have provided 60,000 credit limit from DMI finance Pvt Ltd as my CBIL report , but actually i got only 8500rs as credit limit ... please don't use this app it's a fraud application better to use Slice Pay instead with proper limit details .... I hope to give no stars but least i found was 1 star
I am paying all dues on before dues date. But still not able to reload money. And also I am confuses, why my credit limit is not encredging . Earlier it's too much better. Team happy with your support.
Totally Fraud app and once you paid all the pending dues they will never give any reloadable amount it's ridiculous and I want to suggest one thing to all the new borrower never take any loan from this application they can only provide harrasment not any technical support.

No rosponse is given by redcarpet staff i have send multiple time email but there is no any response and call in fruitfull they call and meassge only for collection for money not resolving problem i paid my dues earlier but there is no reload option before that when i pay our dues reload is given but that time no option is there
Worst experience with this app , even if we paid also they are not yet decreasing due amount and that to they will make calls and torcher us from 3 years am paying my dues but uptill not yet cleared worst app Better to not use...
Not be provided to limit just wait to 6 month around reload card not available my limit card to 8100/- suddenly break limit and not to reload time waste.....!!!! Not installed...
Hi.. This is Prashanth, Actually I got credit card from RedCarpet App. Service providing good.. Some time faced problems.. And got card limits of Rs.30000 from 1.5 years.. some problems are there like credit card time is 45 days, but shows 20 days, 25 days, 30 days.. Other than this going good.. Thanks 😊 🙏
Worst app to avail finance because they charged you for anything you do with the card and forced you to pay double charges even for their mistakes so avoid using this app and chose others or credit cards.
Transaction was failed the amount was debited for account balance and the refund has been processed by the merchant but till now I've not received the amount in my account balance please resolve my issue ASAP I've already mailed u regarding this issue
Don't waste your time by downloading this app. Login itself an issue, after doc control stage and taking selfi it was not getting uploaded and successful.
App is not working for last 2 month. when i open the app it may close automatically after few seconds. i m not making my payment bcz of this....plz solved this issue on urgent basis. and reverse my unnecessary charges.
there is no option of repay the due amount, & by this issue I was charged with late fee without doing any mistake. bad experience
I had used this before 1 year and that time It was good. I have no any due. I had applied again since 10days.but still not got. In app it's showing that in next 2 days We will active virtual card but from last more than 10days it's not Active. And there is no costmer care. It's just time waist I think so. I had sent many emails but no solution yet. Still no solution. I had sent many emails. They just making fool to people. Taking fee to load card and that's all. I will complaint to RBI about it
