Poor app management. I downloaded the app months ago and it was great! Amazing products and CS(Who knew a company I saw advertised through an Instagram ad would be so good!) I just cant say the same for the app anymore. Consistantly TOO HIGH VOLUME, I can never go on. Even at 1am PST I'm still experiencing it. Not sure I want to keep it installed anymore as its virtually unusable. *update* deleted app. Don't waste your time or memory on it. BUY THEIR PRODUCTS ONLINE, WELL WORTH IT!!*
App seems to never be able to handle the traffic... so the user is redirected to a website that also seems to have an issue with handling usage, leaving me frustrated for the umpteenth time. My heartfelt suggestion is that the company should revamp their IT strategy and/or department staffing... the current setup is a barrier to their success. Redcon1 has the potential to dominate the industry but unreliable purchasing platform is frustrating for the end user.
The products are great! The App.. not so much. It has never worked. It always says that the app is experiencing high volume and directs me to the website. Uninstalling and just going directly to the website from now on.
What is the point of having an app that directs a person to go to the website? When you open the the app a screen pops up saying due to high traffic please use the website instead of the app. That is the only function of the app right now, it won't let you do anything else. Either they are trying to manipulate their sales (for investors?) or they have a terrible app/web services. Either way the app provides no function.
Redcon1 is amazing. Their website is amazing. Their app is useless. It always says the "app is experiencing high web traffic" and then redirects you to the website. This is every single time I have opened the app since I downloaded it, regardless of the time or day.
Everytime I open the app, it tells me there is too much traffic and I should go to the website. Given how easy it is to automate the provisioning of resources in cloud services, this should rarely, if ever, happen. The app overs little more notifications of sales.
The app is absolute trash, constantly said that I have to be redirected to the website. I swear by their products though, easily the best pre workout and muscle builders. All of their protein products are amazing as well, but this app is horribly made.
I've used this app with no issues for a couple years now. Now I get an error message that won't let me continue further saying the app has been updated with a link for iOS version. I have an Android phone...sooo.
Doesn't look like the app has been updated. Deals don't show like it does on the websites and products that aren't sold anymore are kept on the app. I do like the supplements they sell, they work amazingly!
Great products, app is always down. Everytime I go to buy something or browse it directs you to the website because the volume is to high on the app. If the volume is high that often then spend money improving it so it can handle the volume.
Crummy App Will not connect usually. When it does, it doesnt work properly. Have yet to be able to sign in. Good company and products. Will continue to just buy from website. Due to app issues, will not be able to take advantage of app only sales. Galaxy s10+
Great brand, great products, just never able to access the app. "App only deals" are inaccessible because of high user volume. I haven't been able to access the app but once when it came out :/

The app always tells me to go to the website due to heavy load. No matter what time the app is opened. I've tried updating and reinstalling, but it never works.
The relaunch of the app is great. The old app did not work, but this is amazing! Runs super smooth. Rather easy to use and understand. Cant wait to see what the future brings!

Prices are inflated on the app so the app exclusive 40% off offer just puts it in line with Amazon. Example Boom Stick is 65 on the app 40% brings it to 39 + shipping but it is 43 on amazon with free shipping.

Great brand, terrible app. It's already been explained a hundred times over, but the "app" isn't an app, but rather a link to their website. There used to be a legitimate app for android so I'm not quite sure why they changed it.
I love Redcon, excellent brand, athlete's and everything, buy Redcon. But don't waste your time even trying to open this app, it'll just say it's experiencing high volume so use the site.
This is for the app. Not the product. The app sucks. I can't use it at all and when I make an order, I usually use Amazon prime shipping but I can't use that on the website. This kinda sucks. But I love the brand.
On your website you advertise 50% off in app. So i downloaded the app and its over run and directs you through the app to the website which doesnt give you 50% off. Horrible way to do business and not good planning.
As other reviewers noted, app is just a banner saying IOS app has updated, I have Android; also for several months have been redirected to website because of traffic, so I don't remember last time browsing/purchasing in-app
I love the company, but the app was unusable. Wouldn't load on my GS9, using wifi or 4G. Kept stating there was a connectivity issue.
The latest version on my LG V50 doesn't load properly. It shows the latest discount code and that's it. I can't access the store or checkout.
App has alot of glitches i had to reinstall and it was taking forever to load when starting up .... could also be more efficient
You make an update for ios which apple is garbage anyways and not I can't even use the android app version. Takes you to the website because of the stupid apple info. Absolutely scandalist and absurd, I'll take my business with repp sports, broken arrow is a better pre workout anyways.
I have a feeling I'm going to miss the latest special bcuz the app refuses to work. Keeps saying connectivity problems and nothing is in my cart...
Able to login. Orders don't show tracking numbers or anything really.. Love the products. App isn't made very good.
Since downloading this app a month ago, I've been able to get on it all of one time. Every other time it tells me the app is experiencing high volume and to use the website. Maybe don't make an app if it can only take 8 people at a time. Its especially frustrating when they have sales that only work through the app and you try getting on over 10 times in one day and you never can.
