In my first time of booking its good But next one is not because they will let you book a room but the hotel is already close And refund is not possible omg! So be careful paying them online but if you book and pay at hotel but when you arrive its close it is very time consuming
Based on the app, I have a booking in bacolod, which I do not do. And when I booked for the first time, the number of guests showing in 1 room is four which I selected, but when I got the confirmation after my payment, the conformation says it is only for 2 pax.I paid for 4 pax then confirmation is for 2 pax only? Though I have screenshot of it. Horrible. Will never book again.

Easiest hotel app to use. Love the gcash and gcredit integration. This app saved me when I was stuck in baguio last year.
Best price guarantee with many discounts and promotions from the newsletters or notification messages. But I think you need to do more research for the search feature, because it's quite hard to search hotels with similar names or with nearby known places.

Not happy with my first ever attempt to book. You promised me all this extra discount for my first booking. And when l send my card details it was rejected!. Put my card details in correct and since used it to book with another operator! ,I chose another because you said I'd lost the discount on first booking which l never made. I don't like this type of dealing!
If theres a rating less than 1, that's what I'll rate this. So I booked a hotel and there was an option to "Pay at Hotel" so I chose that. With just a few days left before the booking date, they notified me that my booking was cancelled because I didn't pay! The option was "PAY AT HOTEL"!!! NEVER DID IT SAY ON THE POST OR CONFIRMATION THAT I HAVE TO PAY EARLY! Now they are asking me to rebook, but the price now has doubled. Sounds like a scam! And that's false advertising!

Warning message : Please verify your phone number, is so annoying. Many time i submitted my phone number, it always said has been registered. Then how? Log-In using Email not by phone number. So what should i do?
I requested an early checkin, but when I came the room was still used. So I had to wait until the cust checked out. That was my second time I face that kind of issue. You know what? It's unacceptable if something like that happens in a booking system.

Can't pay via gcash, always lagging, keeps on notifying for my payment when I clearly stated that I will pay at the hotel.

The booking experience and overall app is excellent. I appreciate the appearance of all necessary info regarding the room,room type, add-ons, etc. I'm mostly disappointed about the wheel on the lower right of the screen , what's the use of this is this a ongoing promotion? but doesn't have a chance to win? I hope if it doesn't let the users atlease win once out of 100 turns please remove it from home screen. I also received a 100% off voucher/coupon but when I use it its only less than 10%.
Actual room condition are different from picture posted here. Not to mention the hotel,, but the staff are all friendly.
Friendly user and easy to make a booking
App is misleading and inconvenient to use. No number of beds is indicated in the app for twin room. Please improve also the system of Red Doorz. We booked a single room and a twin room but two single rooms had reflected in the system causing us a lot of inconvenience in rebooking. Price is higher for the rebooked rooms. Marketing strategy. Tsk.
