Redeem UV

Right. I've had this app a while. And it used to work really well. All six of my movies I redeemed from movie cases could be downloaded and watched in both SD and HD. Great! But then I had to use talk talk as an option. Ok, could still watch them. Now, only two of my movies will even give me an option to watch, there are ads all over it and a few of the movies I have have just disappeared fro mthe browser menu it keeps sending me to. Movies that really should be there ( Spiderman homecoming as an obvious example). This app has tanked and I'm extremely disappointed in this as a service displayed on so many dvds and blurays as official. It has the workmanship of a b-rated pirating site. Putlocker is better than this

Firstly, You have the word "Reddem" in the name of your app, when you cant actually redeem anything. The page just says go to the website on the insert that came with the disk. Secondly, I tried to watch something and it opens another app to do so, why open two apps to watch something when I can just open one. Thirdly, your app won't let me link other sites/apps, when you click the link button it just opens my other streaming service inside this app, again having two apps opened when I only one.

I just recieved an email basically telling me my purchases are now worthless after July 31st 2019. This is why I don't buy digital content. If a download comes with the actual disk fine. But I'm better off ripping it & storing it on my own drive. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬👊

Too confusing to migrate retail accounts: Flixter is shutting down as is UV. I've created accounts for both VUDU and Movies Anywhere but can't synch my libraries. The steps described either lack the necessary tie-ins or have users stuck in a login purgatory between accounts.

This app doesn't work. I log in and see my library of movies, but when I tap Watch it keeps bringing me to rent or purchase options, with no option to watch the copy I already own. Lame.

You know by trying to force users to use ultraviolet and vudu you're hurting yourselves right? I play all my digital movies via Google play. I bought a movie that had a digital download, not you're trying to force me to use vudu to watch it? Haha nope. I just wont buy any movies with your UV logo on them, I'll just keep buying my movies on google play.

I really enjoy not needing to have to keep my DVDs in a place where I can get to them. It's much nicer to just use UV and takes up a lot less shelf space in the tv room.

this is a rubbish app always crashing and regularly rejects valid codes making it almost impossible to get your Digital Copy the whole system feels like a bit of a scam.

Always been good. Great now that the bugs are worked out. Now you can redeem one after another without closing and reopen to clear last out.

App no longer works what about our codes???? So I redeemed quite a few of my digital movie codes through UV and since the app was shut down I figured I would try one of my movie codes in hopes it would be usable, but unfortunately that isn't the case. So now I no longer have access to my movies that I paid extra for so I could have them anywhere and everywhere. 😭

I thought that I would've been able to get my movie library(s) from Google Play, Movies Anywhere, Prime Videos etc.

I downloaded this app so I could add my ultraviolet movies but even though it's called redeem UltraViolet it didn't allow me to redeem them it just gave me a message saying that I should follow the instructions on the paper which do not lead me to this app so really what is this app for?

Put in my redeem code for this so I can watch my movie tells me to download another app download the other app and I can watch that movie I don't understand the purpose of having this app to redeem it and I can't watch a movie off of this one particular at I have to go from one app to another whenever I recommend this app and I will never use it again this is by far the worst app besides other one that they sent me to

This app is worthless. Makes me have to have a VUDU account to redeem a digital movie that i paid for.

I like that you can store movies but when I am on the bus or something I cannot access my movies because I need wifi but I should be able to download your movies to your device so can I have my movies available to download please. Thanks.

The app doesn't allow you to download directly onto the device. It sends you to their website

I use my phone to watch alot of movies. UV is one of the apps I use, it works great.

Why doesn't it say anywhere on the downloads it's shutdown? I downloaded it just to see it say it doesn't work anymore???

To be sure a useful app BUT the UI is a little confusing

Now that our digital libraries are closed, you're going to reimburse everyone for their purchases, or at least provide access another way, right?

service is cancelled, Movies Anywhere is a better app anyway.

10 out of 10 for the overall experience with this app. Love it.
