Redemption: Raven (Full)

I bought this game and just now tried to play it and all that is loading is a black screen. I want my money back or the game fixed. I am a very loyal customer of Big Fish and this isn't like them at all. I can see from the ratings that I am not the only one who is having this problem. Why hasn't this been addressed? I am very disappointed.

I have just reloaded this game on my new Samsung tab a & it will not play. All I get is a black screen

Starts out cool, things get kind of harder, which would be fine if I didn't have to use a hint to show me to click on something that I had already tried clicking a million times, only for it to not work. I'm at a road block now because I need to pick up something from the top of the cabinet (tassels) and I can't. It won't let me, and yes, I placed the ottoman there.

Fed up of going back and forth. Also got in the house. Opened the office and then that's it. Went in every room asking for a hint as every room said nothing to do here so couldn't get any further. No order to things at all. Not happy with this game. It's frustrating more than anything no fun.

I play these games for relaxing fun. This game was frustrating. There were no glimmers (or any other indicators) to let you know something of importance was in the room. Also, selectable objects within a room would only become 'active' in a certain order. Meh, too much thought after a 13 hour shift.

Not much negative things to say about this game, apart from the HOS being very simple, with no interaction involved. Not only that, but you can just press all around the screen as fast as you like with no consequences. Pretty poor, although it does make them very easy, which gets them out of the way quicker. Worth the money though and would definitely recommend!

Great graphics, interaction and storyline. I just started the game but find it refreshing commared to the zombie genre that I usually play. I just went through the game on the easy setting. I started going through tbe game on the master setting. You have to press the extra button to start the neet level of gaming.

I usually like games like this, but this one is irritating. HOB scenes are grainy and repetitive, backgrounds for them a pretty blah. I also don't like how linear the clues are, and how tapping on obvious looking things won't work until you've completed something else. I like to explore and gather, and this game is really limiting in that way. Transition scene with the moon between areas gets old really fast, and I felt like the game was unresponsive, and I've never had screen issues with my tablet. I'm forcing myself to play it b/c I bought it, but I'm not enjoying it at all. Getting quite frustrated, really. I recommend Enigmatis or Brink of consciousness, if you want a game from big fish.

If you're good at mind reading, this is the game for you. Little direction on where to go most of the time, except on the most obvious stuff. HOG is 90% of game play. Introducing items to complete tasks can be almost impossible at times. Lengthy story,which is a plus. Nice graphics, but things are extremely crowded necessitating zoom a lot.

I see that I am having the same problem that everyone else having I am at the safe and nothing is happening I've, I've logged off and log back in and it's the same problem this been going on for 2 days until I came to give a comment that's when I saw that everyone else was having the same problem can you please fix the problem because I really enjoy your games

The game shut down repeatedly near the end of the second chapter. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled. I hope i can finish this time around.

The story to this game is brilliant, but it is limiting in the fact that the game will only let you do anything in the order it wants you to. I have had objects i can't use until i hit that point in the game, even though it would have no difference at that time. It leads you and is frustrating in that sense. The moon load up for each scene gets annoying really quickly, and it freezes a lot. I forced myself to play this game in the end as I had paid for it, but when I reached the bonus stage I could only get so far when it wouldn't recognise a key and kept crashing. I also had problems with the safe and was completely stuck for a while. This could be a really great game, unfortunately it isn't.

Got all the way to the safe and it would shut down. Can't get any farther. Waste of money don't download it.

After the wall safe game will no longer allow me to play, every time I try it kicks me off. For this reason I have to lower my rating, 2 stars, refund please. Always enjoyed other big fish games

I absolutely love these games the graphics and stories are brilliant and I love the mini games their wicked and well thought out easy at first but get harder as you go along. One tip for people who are getting stuck there is a strategie guide to help you if you get lost there is a map you can use as well

I also paid for the full version of this game, haven't been able to play it one single time! It doesn't even load up, just a black screen, then a message pops up that the game isn't responding... I'm a broke b***h, so refund my cash or swap me a game that actually works.

The story is good but the interface is lacking. It doesn't register clicks on things and the lack of a map for quick travel is annoying.
