The app is a nice way to report things to the city. A lot of people have given this a negative review not because of the app, like they should be reviewing but because of complaints about the city.
Hello, if someone reads this message, could you please tell me where i could place a complaint about my neighbors who throw their trash onto the streets. Im worried it'll attract rats and roaches. Id apprechiate it someone could directly me to a place where i could pobtentially report this. Ive tried using the redlands city app but it doesnt work for me. Thank you.
Great for submitting issues to city. Lousy for finding other requests, both nearby and in other communities. No sort option. Designating a timeframe is useless. Miss the website version which was much more comprehensive.

Good idea, poor execution. I put 3 phones side by side and each app gave different information.
Cannot Scroll on Android, can only view first page, there are many issues reported that have never been addressed by the City of Redlands, almost seems like a waste of time to report. You may get better results by emailing the City directly.
Apps is average and has scrolling issues. Also tried to call 311 from a local number and a landline with no success. Why have a 311 app with no 311 services?
You have to let the app load for a couple minutes on first time. Getting force close errors after taking pic to submit report. EVO phone here
I also cannot get it to load on the Verizon Samsung Fascinate

Will not load on HTC Eris...let it load for 30 mins...still won't open.
I have submitted a few things from potholes to city light poles out to my front yard tree having branches falling off and hitting vehicles and never had a response from city of redlands. I called one time about 60days after submitting the issue and they said they received it. Ok...well are you going to do something about it? Horrible customer service. Waste of time. The city would rather hire and pay people to roam the city looking for water violators rather actually fix the city issues.
