Redner's Rewards

Not a great experience; could be a Awesome App if it worked properly. (Such a convenient way to add coupons, look at weekly specials...) However, alot of screen freezing and delays. There are two meaningless screens that give the option to 'not show again' and regardless if I uncheck the box: BOOM, they are back every time. Also, there's no place to log off. So I uninstalled the app just to stop additional background activity on my phone.

I would give it a zero if I could. I can't log into the app. I can log into my account on the computer so I know I have the correct email and password but the app simply stays on the preference screen. Not good.

You need an account and Rewards card. Once you get your password reset and the app opens it can be a little slow but when working is very nice compared to other stores. one unique feature is the bar code scanner that let's you know this item has a coupon. i have yet to fully test it.

I like the app, however; you cannot look through the weekly ad easily. It lags so ridiculously bad that it takes 10min to get through it and randomly selects items. Extremely frustrating because I then have to g ok to the website anyway.

uninstalled this app for the last time. inhave to reset the password every time...sonic you accidentally exit while shopping you'll have to reset it in store. it also shows tour card number when you get in but makes you enter it to load coupons...but the coupons usually arent worth the extra effort

1st of all the redners employees & Manager was clueless on APP (whitehall PA) but I need it to get the Coupons & additional savings. Downloaded app & redners rewards info while at store, then errors & going on circles. Complete waste of time, writing this review is a waste of time. Erased app from my fone. It's like a Middle School kid developed this app & that might actually be true. Tomorrow I'm returning some of my items I bought just so I feel like I got compensated for my lost time.

Would give zero stars as it is unusable as is. Said my new card was registered already. Getting an account is harder than getting a passport so no one is going to use it. Figure out how to not inhibit users by connecting them to a physical card. Garbage app.

The first time I open the app it says username and password incorrect. literally just tapped the icon, loaded it, then got told that. tried to fix it, got told I was wrong and ran that hamster wheel 2 more times... from reading past reviews it looks like the company hired a programmer for a few weeks then assumed it would work for some people for a while. they got robbed...

never have a problem with, has always worked as intended. Update Oct 2020 can't load a list for shopping won't sync with my phone from website, actually only thing I use it now for is my points balance🙄😒 kinda disappointed

This app has NEVER WORKED! Redner's was always my grocery store until covid when I began using grocery pickup. This app doesn't work, so I now shop with Food Lion and Walmart instead.

Cannot look at weekly ad, some "MORON" at redner's decided to mess with the original APP which was fine .now I can't even look at the weekly ads, even when I put the right info in.

Won't let me log in anymore. If you put your email in,, it just sits there. Doesn't even show a password option. Last time I attempted to use it, I still couldn't, because no one knew how to apply the offers....

Not a great experience with my Redners rewards program. When I First signed up, I couldn't fill out the information myself. Therefore problems occurred down the line. I was blamed. My cards were blamed. I contacted my bank got new cards, even a new food stamp card and still the problem persisted. When I became angry ...I was booted from the store...

I downloaded the app and it tries to automatically sign me in and tells me the information doesn't match. But I haven't put any information in to start the account. I like Redners stores. But I wanted to start using the app......

I downloaded the app and havent had any issues as what other reviews are saying.. I like it very much. Now if there is a app I can use to remind me to use while at stores that would be sweet.

My card info said not registered. Fought with the registration fields- particularly the phone number one; it kept changing the number- finally get it in and system says it was already registered but there is a problem. Have to go to customer service. 15 mins wasted.

Great app except for when scrolling through the weekly circular. It takes about 20 swipes on the screen to get to the next page.

Zero stars. Does not work. I down loaded it, and right away before I even had a chance to sign in, it said wrong user name or password. this app needs to be fixed.

Even Gaint is smart enough to have the bar code for the members ID on the app so the cashier can scan it not redners stupid not even one star if you where smart you would do what Gaint did and put it back to the old format till you get the bugs worked out because this SUCKS BIG TIME I HATE IT. And so do a lot of people from what I read.

Should be Zero Stars ...This is the worst app ! The developer did not do Renders any justice ! Shame on you ! I uninstalled it again ! You try to sign in ....get a message wrong sign info , change your info, only to get the same message. Redners....Do better !

My issue is the same as everyone else. The log in page is a dead end! I love shopping at Redners,but the app is not so loveable.

Very very bad experience. Wasted a lot of time. Still unable to use the app. I think the company should scrape the whole thing.

After your first usage OF app. It won't let you sign in again. Great when you can use it.FIX THE PROBLEMS

Lousy app. Did not work. 0 stars. Could not get app to work. Kept telling me password was incorrect. Immediately deleted it.

Absolute garbage. It opens up and immediately tells you your sign in is wrong. Useless.

Cannot log in, even after going to settings. I tried the HELP option and that doesn't work either. What a waste of time 😈

6/25/19 Good luck getting your account to load. Just as everyone else has said once you enter all your personal details and create a profile, the app refuses to recognize your account.

ZERO stars... unable to use... constantly does not recognize user name and password...tried resetting password... deleting and downloading app... clearing cache.

Tried several times to log in, and it won't go pass the setting page. Uninstalling it.

Does not open after entering email and password, used to be a good app now it is USELESS.
