Redwood CU v2.3

This app works pretty well when it's working, but that seems to only be half the time. The other half of the time it's useless--I can't log in, or I can't access an account, or I get halfway through a transfer and it just freezes. It seems worst on the weekends for some reason. I use it anyway but would love it if it worked well all the time!

I I love the RCU app. Fingerprint recognition was a little slow at first, but now me and my phone, with the RCU app are synchronized. Even in making mobile deposits. At first, check recognition was a little slow, but after turning off my blue light filter instant deposits, using the RCU app, funds are immediately available.

Banking with Redwood for 23 years and not a single bad experience 100% positive, I wont go anywhere else. App works great!

I too have been unable to make a mobile deposit. If I can get the app to even start and work, When I am able to get into my account I will only be able to take a picture of the front of my check and then I am told that the RCU has shut down. I have tried many times to make my deposit and the same keeps happening. So I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and right now it is working again. This is very frustrating when the app has worked for years with no problem. Hope it will continue to work now??

App was working great up until the last few days, just shows me a blank white screen after I log in. Not sure what the issue is. Edit: uninstalling it and reinstalling worked once, but is not working anymore.

One of the better banking apps. Will upgrade to 5 stars if they can make it run faster. *Edit* App seems to be behaving now with fingerprint recognition so back from 3 to 4 stars. Still slow to launch though.

no problems other than the mobile check deposit. auto capture does not work at all and the app crashes halfway through. it would be great to be able to use that.

Makes banking so easy. I can transfer money to my kids account, schedule payments, keep tract of spending, freeze/unfreeze my own atm. I even get a call/text, for fraudulent activities. Or someone suspiciously is trying to use my account. I'm very happyy with this app. I get go control my money!

Honestly, I have a difficult time understanding transactions sometimes, there just isnt enough info. If I buy a book and headphones, I wish it would say that. Not some incomprehensible product number and some random store ID number. I would just like to see more information on transactions receipts for every transaction detail. I mean let's say I go to the grocery store and I spend $400, If I want, I want to know I bought 4 gallons of milk and what brand even etc etc. Please update.

The app works from time to time. It definalty saves time from going to bank but my only problem is the deposit check but on somtimes does not work gives error code. Other than that a decent app

Thanks for charging me $3 because paypal was verifying my savings account by depositing .27 cents and then withdrawling it. Enjoy my $3 you charged me as a mininum balance fee for withdrawling money i didnt even withdrawl. I will not use my savings account if i will be charged money for trying to use it by synching my paypal account. GARBAGE APP TO GO WITH GARBAGE SERVICE.

So disappointed!! Can't use this app at all anymore! I've used it religiously for all my banking needs for years. And suddenly all I see is a white screen. Deleted and downloaded again with no luck. Please fix!!!!!!

App no longer works. Just gives you a blank white screen. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled so spare me that 'tech support.' I won't use a CU with no phone app. I'll be looking for a new bank to carry my checking and auto loan.

I log in with my fingerprint and all of a sudden it only shows a white screen. (June 31, 2021) so far NOT FIXED despite other comments replies. Not cool. If its not fixed tell us. Dont lie about it and pretend its fine. I cant use it.

Good app, works most of the time. Fingerprint login used to work and now it doesn't. Using on my OnePlus 3 Edit 9/21/18: uninstalled app and reinstalled and now fingerprint login works again

I've been banking with Redwood credit Union 3 years now. I've Consistently had a wonderful experience. Every staff member at Redwood credit Union has been Wonderful, professional, and personable. Especially through Covid. Which has been rough! I Highly recommend anyone banking with Redwood credit Union above any other mainstream, heavy hitter, banks! Just 6 months into banking with Redwood Credt Union, I closed all of my accounts with Chase, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. I highly suggest it!

Check deposit doesn't work. It shuts down after taking the check front picture & says RCU has shut down. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling & restarting my phone 3 times.

App had a hiccup a few months ago but all is well now, WORKS GREAT. Does exactly what it needs to do, no problems.

It does its job it's easy to use but it can seize up and not let you in from time to time otherwise it's a good app that allows you to use your banking

Still no biometric login so you can't use Google face unlock to login. EDIT: Face unlock now has a setting that requires your eyes to be open. Please add this feature

It's a very slow 🐌 app to download, what a shame 😞 it was recommended by my Attorney.

Dont know what happened, cant open the app this morning. Uninstalled it and now it won't reinstall.

Why bother telling me what version you're on when I can't download the one that's compatible with my device?
