Didn't tell me item was out of stock, I had to contact them to ask why it hadn't been shipped. Eventually they replied saying that more stock would be arriving in 1-2 weeks, a week later informed me that item was actually sold out and I would get a refund in up to 14 days!! Responded by telling them I'd better be refunded sooner than that and 2 days later got a message to say I'd been refunded. For a site selling luxury goods I would have expected better customer care. Have deleted app.
Beware if you are looking to consign items or buy anything! You might just be scammed by this company. I have consigned and sold items under White Glove, but payout has been pending since April 2021 when it is stated to be within 20 Business Days. Kept sending chasers only to get standard replies that they will be expedited. Reebonz Concierge did not even bother to reply emails or whatsapp messages over time. There are many better brands/apps out there offering the same, so think twice!
Hi, app ia always restarting recently even though I just updated and now whenever I view my shopping cart, the entire app just shut down. I have already uninstalled and installed twice and it's still the same. Please help. Thank you.
Great app. But can u guys have a feature that gives the customer some kind of 'alert' the items in their wishlist is on sale? Sometimes we are looking for specific things and just add them on wishlist and don't just buy for the sake of having a new handbag. Hope you guys consider my suggestion. Thanks.
Can't open the app after downloading. It said no network found, check your internet connection. But i just downloaded it!😂
Haven't used the App for a while and it doesn't work anymore, keep giving network error upon launching the App.
Unable to open app. It stated close app and re-try later but still unable to open. Uninstalled and reinstalled still unable to open.
Wishlist most all the time couldn't open... only appear as white blank and doesn't even have a button to return back... the application force to close it. You better fixed it properly Reebonz team
Have bad experience due to very long delivery for pre order goods. But they keep their promise at the end. And feel satisfied with the goods received. Need to improve your service for better customer experience. Thank you.
Untrusted Bought phillips lim bag, payed, then they cancelled and process the refund. They say the item is no longer available, but when I check again the item still there. Verry dissaponted !!!!
App suddenly became unusable. I have uninstalled & then reintalled, but still not able to use the app!!!
App is constantly restarting, with a message that a "new fix is available" but the app is already completely up to date.

After download the app can't open
I am getting so annoyed and frustrated! I love Reebonz but this super11sale is happening and every time i get on the app, they ask me to sign in again and again and again even though ive already signed in on the app, and signed in every time the pop up appears and i still don't get to view the listings! I am soo annoyed i want to throw my phone.
