Very very unhappy with this app. I tried to book tickets on this app, for the last two seats in the cinema, and the app told me the booking was not successful, when I tried to go back in to try again I saw the seats were already booked, I assumed by someone else. Now I've been charged AED 336 for a film they told me I didn't book.

Updated it and now doesn't open. Tried uninstalling/installing and the same.

i had booked my tickets via the app, transaction was successful. when i arrive at the theatre, the movie was not playing in the screen listed on the app, plus my booking was not found. i had to wait 40 mins after the movie started and then was told which screen to go and view the movie , 40 mins after the movie started. there was no apology from the staff , no compensation for me missing my Movie.. nothing. pathetic service via app and the people at reel ..very unfortunate.

Not upto mark app lags a lot everytime i purchase ticket i cannot be my transaction history in app...if i want to see tickets i purchase ..select transaction history it goes blank cant see any transaction..lot work need to be done on app for users..

Easy to use and smooth checkout

I use google pixel and a lot of options don't work on it sometimes. I love watching movies at ReelCinemas but this app is not working properly for me.

Not updated. The app does not show standard chartered bank offers. The app also does not have an option to register or create a user account.

The app is very confusing and the interface can be worked upon definitely. I cannot save the booking and Unable to change my Email ID

The app had charged me but did not issue ticket and I could not watch the movie. I posted the feedback and the customer service called me and gave me vouchers. the customer service is good.

Keeps on asking for updates at least twice a month which is extremely annoying! Why am I forced to update the app otherwise I can't open it? This is ridiculous!

Bad User Interface. The user experience is not clear. No clear account management for regular app users. I was generally expecting something better from Emaar.

1- app failed after processing credit card payment and before issuing ticket. good way to make free money. 2- cannot purchase ticket with gift voucher.

My last name is compound name with a blank space, this stupid App and their stupid website cannot process payments when there is a space. Never had this issue any where worldwide. Emaar IT is way behind any standards.

Horrible UX, user not able to find a ticket which is in paying status. Imposible to save preferred settings.

the app opens randomly its very very annoying if i want to watch a movie i can do it myself you dont have to open again and again and beg me and the app is not really easy to use very gimmicy

Buggy and Rubbish. Never sent confirmation on screen and I now have two bookings for same movie at same time. confirmation came later by email. money wasted.

Good App and you can purchase the tickets, I do recommend to add the IMDB rating for each movie to make it much better and more practical.

its not easy app to use anyway after selecting movie & seating when entering card details its not going through its just keep buffering for while then getting stop.

Too many updates. Everytime you open the app it requires to be update. this annoying feature continues despite my initial post about a year back

Very slow and clunky, payment process times out, no matter who uses it. Had to pay on website rather than app

More Bank Offers to be Included. The cards which has offers are those which are not affordable by normal people. please include more cards which the common people use.

Keeps crashing on Android platform. Had to switch to iOS to complete the transaction.

few days back its stop app aftet uninstall and download never work, send feed back multiple time within 10 days. not resolved and and no reply.

Reel cinema is very good Always giving Good offer

Annoying for notifications it keep showing in number but once you entered you can't see where is this notification and can't disappear

Very very bad app .. every time stuck for loading while looking the movies then return us to the begging

A very nice experience using Reel Cinemas, there are lot of exciting offers too.

One of the best application in terms of offer. I have received complimentary tickets for Top of Burj Khalifa as well during promotion. Emaar is best and committed what they said.
