After switching to the "new and improved" app, I realized that over half the shows that I watched on the previous app aren't available on this one. This was the only streaming app I used because the shows I like we're on it. Very unfortunate and disappointing change.
Wow, I haven't had this much trouble with an app before. As others have said, it asks for your cable provider and then says there's an error and that they "track all issues". I installed, it didn't work, I uninstalled it. I then tried it again but this time I will not be reinstalling it. Awful app!
Absolutely the worst app I have ever downloaded. Completely useless. Still loading after 3 days. Cannot click on any program because all are frozen. Have not watched a video since downloading the app. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your time on this terrible app.
Junk! Used to work just fine but not anymore. Signed in via DirecTV & get a couple minutes in & it tells me there's a problem, they tracked the errors but in the meantime try refreshing. Clean the apps cache, un & un&reinstalled to no avail. Useless
Works great. Have no problems with app. EDIT: 7/6/2021 - I don't know what changed, but this app now sucks. I now have the wheel of death that just spins and spins and spins. They are now minus five stars.
I try updating the app and it still does not work on my Android phone. So I don't know what to say what is up with it but it's not working. I paid for the free trial which was a $1.99 after my free trial. So I'm out of my two dollars. I don't have cable and I don't have satellite but it took my money. Plus it does not work on my Roku TV I downloaded an app for that.
Very unhappy with this app. Everything I watch starts to buffer and then a pop up notice saying the app has shut down... this happens 7 or more times for each show I watch.
It won't let me sign in! I have spectrum and I've selected my cable provider but it keeps sending me back to the provider list. It's not letting me sign in with my provider! It would probably be a good app if I could sign in to it 😒
This app is horrible. I am signed in with my tv provider, but I keep getting an error message that something has gone wrong and I can't watch anything. Would give a 10 negative stars if I could. So disappointed
Minus 5 stars for this dysfunctional garbage. Enter a provider (DirecTV in my case) to sign in and it does... (wait for the drum roll)... NOTHING! No sign in! How idiotic is that? An app no one can actually use. What a marvelous idea! Instantly uninstalled this ridiculous nonsense.
This app is horrible i go to sign in i have directv it goes through its thing and it brings back to the same screen. I can get i to my other tv apps with no prob. But this is frustrating.
The app doesn't work. A message keeps populating to restart and I have restarted it and clicked on the update link and can't get access.
I Love watching stuff on Reelz. Wish some of the stuff they aired was on the app though. Also, I downloaded the new app. But, I've been trying to sign in since yesterday, and it keeps looping me back.
I have NEVER commented on an app before. I was really excited about this one so I could watch "breaking the band". I cant get through 10 minutes of watching and the app craps out. Please PLEASE fix this!
This app is is horrible you sign in to your tv service and it kicks you out .you click on to shows and it kicks you out .I e-mailed corporate and they were no help .someone needs to be fired .this is the worst network there is ....
You can't even pick your cable provider! That screen is frozen. What's the point of having this app if you can't watch your shows on it???
Have this app on my tv I have signed up for it I don't have cable but the app on my phone won't let me sign in without a cable provider I pay for the app so how come I can't use it on my phone....these are reasons I just gave 1 star but it's a great app on my TV
It's a good app but I always have problems watching shows becuz it keeps buffering. You can never enjoy a show due to that
Worked fine until about a month ago. Now it just freezes. There was a note that said need to download update, but same thing "installs."
I don't know what is going on, but for some reason when I try to watch the Bride of Chucky episode on both Roku and mobile, it is mute. I am needing explanations...now!
This app is HORRIBLE! Now I can't sign in. Keeps kicking me out. No sound on videos. Don't bother wasting ur time.
If I could rate 0 stars I would...I love reelz and cant watch a single thing do the app crashing or screen going blank...This is completely dissatisfying
Doesn't work, no volume or ability to cast to tv. Dont waste your time it's total garbage.
I don't like the freezing up and telling me that something went wrong I'm missing my shows due to the inconveniences not cool please fix it immediately
My network provider is not on there. It's called NCTC. If you could put that on there that would be great bc I am really interested in this app.
This app only work when it wants to work it never works at night it always have a error message when i want to watch at night
I can't even get it to play!! I have internet, but it just goes round and round and never plays what I pick!!
I try to pick my provider and it wont let me sign in. the screen never comes up. And yes the app was updated.
this app will not allow me to select my provider. when loaded on my phone it constantly has errors and closes.
Another app that isn't free anymore since you have to have cable. I do so no big deal really but go figure now they've decided they don't like my cable provider. Once I choose my provider it sends me to a blank page twice then sends me back to the provider page. I know that many will say it's just the app and is not biased on the provider you use. That wouldn't explain why every other provider sends you straight to a sign in page. Deleting this app and unliking this channel.
