Horrible app...downloaded and updated so I could watch autopsy...was able to sign in with sling but every time I try to watch something I get an error message telling me that something went wrong...that they track these errors and I should refresh...still doesn't work 😢 reached out to their support team weeks ago and never heard back....fail
It is terrible. There aren't any new episodes of Autospy the Last Hours of or Behind Closed Doors. There is only Seasons 1-3 of Autopsy and not all the episodes are there. There are no new episodes of Behind Closed Doors. This app needs to be redone for the roku streaming device. The website is telling us we can watch on demand and we can't. No new episodes on Spectrum On Demand. Please fix this.
Would give a 10 negative stars if I could. So disappointed. I don't have Reelz with my service provider, so I thought I would purchase the add-on channel on Amazon Prime. This app doesn't work with that either, but my biggest complaint is that, now I'm paying for an add-on channel that only let's me watch the first 2 or 3 seasons of a show.
I am upgrading my previous review because I was finally able to get the app to let me sign in to my Tv provider. It seems to work okay now and the slection of videos are good. The app could use a pause and start button on the videos.
This is a sad, useless little app. I uninstalled immediately after seeing that it really had very little to offer. The series I wanted to watch wasn't even there. The short list of shows they DO actually offer, I have no interest in. So there wasn't any reason to keep it installed, taking up valuable space on my phone. Oh well...
App not working. Very frustrating! When i goto sign in through my cable provider, once i select my provider from the drop down list, nothing else happens!! It will not redirect so i can sign in!!
when u finally add spectrum then I can improve my review. u said spectrum this spring. its summer now. I love the shows/network...want to access the app. I pay for it with my spectrum/provider...need to get moving reelz!
Very good network. Very poor app. It's a shame that you are unable to have someone design an app that represents your network in the manner that it deserves.
This is a pathetic excuse for direct streaming content. I pay for Reelz' service and can't watch programs missed because their "on-demand" app doesn't house all of their content. And there's no search function. Don't bother
I love when I catch this channel on tv this app is BEHIND in EVERY episode. Especially Autopsy: last hours of... just the Same stuff that's been on here for over a year 🤦🏻♀️ PLEASE FIX THIS. add episodes!!!!!!
I wanted to synch my directv acct thru Roku but not capable because they're trying to get a measly 1.99 subscription. Good luck with that🙄
I tried 5 times to activate my Roku code. It didn't work. I tried to find a program that was on earlier today. THAT DIDN'T WORK. When are you going to open for subscribers business?
it sucks for those of us that don't or can't afford to have cable. i solely depend on Netflix and Hulu to watch movies as tv shows, because in today's society everything is freaking expensive...
app will not let me sign into my fios account to view the shows. it does let me sign thru my tablet but not phone. sending feedback does nothing.
can't use it. There's no sign in for Optimum, although you claim it is. Please correct this problem, otherwise it's useless. Very disappointed for I love this channel .
I am disappointed I have optimum and they are not listed as a provider i called optimum as the app suggest and they claim that it's the app not them and that reelz now is what needs to be updated so I just went full circle and got no answer.
Claims to have Added Sling TV and Watch TV Everywhere operators but I don't see Sling TV when I look for it on the provider list so that I can set up an account to start watching.
i love this app but my new tv provider Hulu is not listed so i can log into the app. can you please add Hulu as one of the cable providers?
It doesn't have spectrum even though I have that channel...even with other providers you still can't sign in...please fix this app...love this channel...app sucks
The app is always buffering and you cant never finish watching a show without interruption
No Chromecast, no Roku app, and no way to even search shows. #fail

None of the content will play even though I have logged in with my cable provider.

I watch my shows on this app, but ever since the update or re-release or whatever you call it, the app does not work. I try to sign in with my provider, and it gets stuck at that stage. It's been that way for about 2 or 3 days. Now I am mad because I cannot watch the Christmas stuff. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, and that does not work either.
