Ref. Guide for Essential Oils

I downloaded the paid app, but info/recipes does not load completely i.e 15 drops 10 drops 5 drops (but does not metion which oil to use) Uninstalled and reinstalled, but still the same. Waste of money Edit: after a long wait and no reply, eventually an update and all works well

Its outdated and some of the ingredients are wrong. I checked young living and they don't match their ingredients to what young living says is in it. Also when you type in animal scents after that you can't see what your typing you have to play the guessing game as to which animals scents product to click on l til you find what your looking for and I paid 6.99 for this? The app is boring and needs to be revamped

This version is fluffy. Hardly any educational content. Old Version - amazing Updated Version - horrendous I feel as though you have downgraded the class of the app. The bubbled oils are annoying. The centering is hard on the eye to adjust to. I feel as though you took away a TON of info that use to be present. This app lacks the information it use to have and leaves a foul distaste in my mouth. You should go back to the easy it was before. Newer is not always better. And in this case it's FACT.

The app itself is excellent. It's easy to use and navigate to find what you need. The app also allows screenshots. I use it frequently so I dont have to carry around my big, heavy reference guide. My only complaint is that each time I buy a new phone, I have to re-purchase this app. None of my other paid apps are like that, only this one. For $6.99, it's a bit ridiculous to keep having to buy the same app repeatedly.

Love this APP. Lots of great info. Love the cross reference. Look up oil and its uses, then look up aliment and it lists oils to support it. EXCELLENT

LOVED the older version of this app and recommended it to several friends who also purchased it. The old version was great! It told you what different oils were in the blends, etc. So much information! The new and updated version is just awful! Information is gone and is just so basic. This is no longer my favorite app. Please give our old version back!

I agree with the other reviews on the older version being so much better. A lot of info has been cut out and if I could go back I would in a heartbeat. I'm hesitant to recommend as well. It still has a lot of good info but to remove so much of the original content that was so helpful is very disappointing. I really liked having some of the recipe ideas too. Hardly any of them now...

i used to love the app but ever since the new update the text is all centered, the blocky designs of the uses, app crashes periodically and the design theme seems downgraded since what it was before. Is there a proper way to roll back the app so I can use the functional version rather then this....I really think the design should go back to the old format this new look is like a downgrade rather then an upgrade...

I loved this app and recommended it to at least 20 people. I orginally purchased this app then got a new phone. It didn't transfer so I had to purchase again. Now, they updated and I can't get info. It asks if I want to report the problem and closes the app.. I have sent several requests and e-mails but have not had any response.

I've just subscribed for a year to access the supplements/ personal care section but I was only able to view once. When I accessed the app again, these sections can't be accessed again. - This happened still after the 2.0.2 update. The app asking me to subscribe again even though I already have an active yearly subscription.

There's a new version. Oh Yuk. No I don't like it, It's not as user friendly, everything is in bits and pieces. Click here, hit this button. close that hit the next button. Pretty doesn't always cut it. Down graded from 5 to 3. Still I've seen some comment that this app was plagiarized. This is simply not true. The app was published more than a year before some of the others. The book on which it was based was published many years before other similar books. The app is great. Never crashes. The information is accurate. It's good value for money.

Like the other people who reviewed this app, the list of Oils is not loading properly. I'm using the Android version. If you look at the app's 2nd screenshot (on google play) the oil names are not displaying. It only displays the AT superscript text on a coloured background.

I previously rated this 5 star and have been using it happily for a few years - now it gets 2 stars. This latest update is horrible! I used to be able to look up an oil, like T-Away, find out what oils made up the blend, and what each individual oil brought to the table in the way of assisting the synergistic efficacy. Everything I ever wanted in an app was at my fingertips. Now, I feel like I should be carrying around encyclopedic paper version.

While it is a helpful app overall, the newly redesigned version left out a lot of very helpful material therefore the app becomes a lot less useful for example in no longer list the chemical constituents of each oil and feels like it has a much shorter list of different ailments.

What is wrong with your app? I finally broke down and paid the annual fee, but your app is NOT working correctly. This use to be a great app that I used for free for 2 years then it changed and started charging am annual fee. But it still isn't working correctly

When I first downloaded this app I loved it. So much information and so helpful but recently I updated my app and honestly do not like it at all anymore. On the combination oils it no longer tells which oils are in it and what each one is for. Needs to go back to the old version.

l have had the previous version of this app for over a year. For some reason it has disappeared off my phone and l downloaded a new version, so far it seems a watery version and less informative unfortunately.

Easy to use for a quick reference to look up by oil, blend, & symptoms. Lots of great info for YL oils, with some recipes! They only charge you one time, not monthly, for the app. If you tap on the Arrrow that says "Show" in the Oil Blends it shows each oil in the blend and what it's used for!!!!

I do NOT like this New Version of the Reference Guide app! I use the constituents info often, and all if that info has been eliminated in the new version. The data is too brief. BRING BACK the former App, the former version!!

i hope you read your feedback. I hate updates. They seem too make things worse. I am still waiting since august 2021 for you to fix the glitch that came when i updated a super postponed update. Since then when looking at any illness the name of some of the recommended oils don't come up. It just shows ti for example for topical use but id doesn't say what oil it's dor that specific illness. This is unacceptable and not what i have paid for. Please make this app great as it used to be! Thanks

It has not worked for 2 days i paid money to have this reference at my fingertips it not working at all!!!! Only buffering. i am upset with the new update. i wont be referring this app any longer. loved the older one. had it since 2015.

The Guide section does not show the applicable oils, just whether they're T/A/TA. The Blends section is not properly indexed. The oil bottles are not even labeled. This app has been a go-to for me but what happened? And when can this be fixed?

This app worked well when I first got it, but in the last 6 months, oil suggestions have been disappearing (the topical, ingest or aromatic icon is still there). I reached out to the developer weeks ago and got no response. I am very disappointed in this app as I spent money on it and relied on it a lot.

The content in this app is fantastic! I love it! However, so many oils are not in it. I understand that companies come out with new products constantly. I'm not expecting every one to be on this app, but come on devs! At least update to include the newer EOs! I'll happily give 5 ⭐ then.

Not worth the money I spent. 😨 Hello, I bought this app and I'm not sure WHY it's NOT up to date on everything!? It's missing several oils I use DAILY, also the information about the oils. It's also missing up to date information. I should not have to pay for the app when it's OUTDATED. I can say it's 2 YEARS outdated. I have been buying from Young Living for 2 years now. =As many people who buy this app there isnt a good enough reason why its OUTDATED. It says it's been UPDATED. LIE!=

Keeps crashing. Use to work fine. Now it opens, but only half a screen shows or it does nothing. Very frustrating. Use to be my go-to be app.

I've used this app for years and love it, along with all the recent additions! Clearly the last update was problematic because the app will not open. Hope it is resolved soon. Do you have an eta on the fix?

Cannot go wrong with this app. Love the notes, its easier to move between oils with smart links. That is just for starters.

Used to be wonderful. I loved and recommended the old version. Since the update there is a lot of information missing. I hope you revert to the old version. I'll have to find a new reference guide for my EO use. Won't be recommending anymore.
