The app does not keep a record of maintenance medications and requires the user to enter each prescription, along with identification info. If you're on a lot of medications, it's not very convenient for the patient.
Seriously, I can't get over how easy it is to use the app. Fast and easy to use. Only took the pharmacy less than 30min to call me that my refill is ready.
Easy Peasey- I just tried to find my pharmacy (small town) on 4 other apps - they couldn't locate the phone number...this came up right away with my pharmacy...my scripts are filled right away...even when they have to renew them...it works for me
Not that great. The old app was easier to navigate.
Not an app, simply a front for my pharmacy's website. Uninstalling and complaining to my pharmacy. This is not helpful to the user, at all!!

Will know more after I send my first refill request, but appears to be very simple. Enter the pharmacies phone number, app searches, then you simply enter your name and refill number!
Might be more powerful for other pharmacies, but all it does for me is give me a bunch of fields to MANUALLY add Rx numbers. Same as my pharmacy's refill website, uninstalling.

not sure if it's the app, it the system behind it, but it won't allow people to request refills for meds with no refills, just days no refill found, even though it's a monthly script that i have to notify the pharmacy then they request the refill. so i can't even use the app for 2 of my refills, so why even bother.
