What happened to being able to see your history??? I was once able to see all the prescriptions that I had refilled over the past few months but when I got a new phone and downloaded this app again, I can only send requests. No history, no looking to see if the prescription is ready.... only send new requests... I once was able to send requests from my history which was great since I am not home during the day and never have the barcodes with me during business hour.... please fix this issue!
It works for sending in refill requests, but I'm not able to "check back later" to see if it has been filled or not like the app tells me to. I can only send requests, nothing else. Yet I'm supposed to be able to do a bunch more stuff.
Too basic. Doesn't even have the sparse amount of information that is available on the website. No history. No list to refill from, you must scan or enter the script # manually.
Love this app. If I need a refill on Monday I can use this app on Sunday. Then they notify me Monday when its filled. I pick it up on my way home from work. I don't have to remember calling it in at work, because it's already sent in !!
Does what the app is designed to do with no problems except when my WiFi connection is weaker than usual. And Hallelujah, NO ADS!! 😁
Does not let you add a 9 number RX# and even if you add a note to include correct RX# the app gives a error not sent and would have to do over and over.... BAD APP
It works ok, but it doesn't have any history showing you what you requested and when. Looking for another app with more feedback.
I like the scanner option. Makes it easy.
The app does what its intended to do at the end of the day but it really could use a face-lift.
Excellent easy to navigate and use all resources
used to work great, now some jerk must have tried to fix something that wasn't broke and really screwed everything up
good app to use when you don't want to call in cool cool.
All was great for over 3 years and BAM no more work
I got so high for so cheap, my Xanax. Made me forget, so I called them in the next day, telling them I had not had them in a month.
Didn't work smoothly the one time I tried to use it, and now I don't see an option to revoke the permission to access my medical information I had to give it to try to use the app. I hereby revoke my permission. I'd like a solid confirmation from the company that they have received this and will immediately erase all records they may have of mine and that they won't be accessing or receiving my prescription info in the future, and there's no way to request this in the app itself. Please respond.
