I like the app and I really want to support the devs and buy it, but I have issues with the $25 per year auto renewing fee. That is WAY too much money. We're not face swapping 24/7. It should be a one time payment, preferably less than $25. ALL features are locked. At least let us adjust "face swap level" to see if we want to buy this app for a reasonable payment, after that gets corrected. I want to buy it! I'll keep this app and check back in a few months, otherwise there are others. Thanks!
I like this app's swap technique, but I don't know if the features are any good because every one of them is locked behind a paywall! Even the most basic feature, "Face Swap Level" can't be used. It could do literally anything, we don't know. Realistically, I'll only need this kind of app maybe a handful of times per year, at most. That said, I'm not sure if $25 is worth it when I'd rather make a one time payment, watch an ad or dare I say, just use another app.
Hours of fun. It works wonderfully and fast. Also upgrading to pro is well worth the money. The subscription fee is small considering what this app can do for you automatically with no tweaking required from the user. And on a side note to the people complaining about some facial distortion on some pictures please use some common sense if the angle of the face in the picture is to extreme then of course it won't look right.
Would be a 4 or 5* App if I could either pay a reasonable amount for a pro version or the subscription price was a 1/4 of what it is, I doubt anyone is using it professionally so it's a very expensive bit of fun - the pricing alone is tempting me to give it 1*. The App itself is okay however you can't zoom in to see how well it's done which is my only real gripe, maybe being able to change the background image and keep the faces from the previous photo as an option would be good improvement.
Price to use this app properly is ridiculous. At this face swap level, it is not anywhere near to a satisfactory faceswap. The eventual image is at best an alien, which is no where near to the real person you intend to apply the face swap for. Kind of defeat the purpose altogether. If you want some realistic swaps, please empty your pockets through a subscription service. Not a one time payment, but a lifetime of nonstop payments, just to swap faces.
Disappointing... Before this app was made, Reflect was a free desktop web app with the swap level feature available for free (and watermark could be disabled for free if you referred a few people to the site). Now, because of this paid mobile app, you must pay a subscription to access the swap level control, and it's only available on the mobile app--no longer on the desktop site! It's always a bummer when commercial interests result in removed features.
Doesn't let you access the app itself after you accept the terms & conditions, keeps appearing the "start trial" page. Icing on the cake: it charges your Google play account automatically when the trial ends. Edit: Shouldn't there be a screen to acknowledge the user that the trial period as ended and asking them to accept the subscription instead of charging immediately after ending? That would be good costumer practices in my point of view. If this is the case I will gladly change the score.
Great App easy to use and crazy results! (In a good way) The only downside I see is that the pro version is a subscription rather than just being able to buy outright. Still not enough of a bother to keep me from purchasing a year.
The results of the merge are incredible, I've tried a lot of face swap apps in the past to try and recreate the effects that Reflect can produce in seconds. All of those other apps have never come anywhere near the cability to match the skintone, lighting and individual nuances of each photo so realistically and yet still make it possible to identify the individuals in each merge, I'm gonna be doing a batch delete of those rfn 😁
Best app till date for this purpose,but should give some flexibility like sometimes due to mixing of 2 faces,an extra eyebrow shows and other defects are also there which could be solved if users are given a bit of manual control too.And 2nd problem is with side profiles.If base image is of face with side view,then this doesnt work at all (even if replaced face is front view or side view to match the base image) it just doesn't work.Also it doesnt if hair,sunglasses,etc partially block the face.
I'm sure it's a great app.. if I'm ever able to upload anything.. get your servers sorted.. Trying to upload a photo where I want to replace the faces on. Can't connect. Repeat 10 times and finally mange to upload. Then try to replace faces.. no connection.. back to square one. Fix your servers and I'll change my rating.
I think Im addicted to this app. I wish there was a little more fine control theres a number of times when an extra eyebrow crops up or the mouth just looks off. Also being able to adjust percentages of different parts of a face wouldn't go awry.
Edited Thanks for removing the totally ridiculous and nonsense need to log in twitter. Now I have to provide my personal twitter account and countless other personal PRIVATE INFORMATION ABOUT MYSELF I'm paying for it monthly (5 months now) in the hopes of it being seriously improved but so far, no detectable improvement. I'm using Difflook app as my default editor. The only issue with Difflook so far is that they don't balance light texture saturation. But it's a lot better and for free.
I was using this app a lot like maybe every day but the last update won't let me even use the app. It keeps wanting me to sign into Twitter and I don't use Twitter, I made one just for this but it still won't work. Then when I skip Twitter sign in all of my photos are greyed out and I can't select any photos I have downloaded. So basically I loved this app it HAD the best face swapping anywhere when it worked, it even did different angles well for the most part. Now I can't use the app.
Great app, but I'm having issues. It is not detecting any face at all, it says "Detecting Face", then it goes into the picture but there is no face detected nor anything to click, but the picture I uploaded. It just started doing this now, how can I fix it? Btw, I have the PRO subscription.
Tried it for the first time and it was an absolutely horrible experience, the fact that you are forced to deal with constant annoying pop ups of a free trial attempting to search for a specific photo was the huge deal breaker for me with this app and completely delegitimized all claims of this app being a free use app in the slightest margin whatsoever, would not recommend downloading or even trying this app to anyone at all and instead discourage it to anyone
The app is amazing as compared to others. But I feel like something is missing while swapping faces is that the forehead doesn't match. It would be really fantastic if swapping someone's face on another's picture could also replace the forehead size with it.
The best face swap application ever. The only complaint about this is the result resolution and quality is reduced compared to original. Please add option for keeping the original size as result. I also have suggeastion, please add option to choose which expression are used for face swapping, the ORIGINAL face expression or the REPLACEMENT face expression. Currently the resulted face expression always use the original expression.
The free version was a total POS/waste of 2 hours. I tried to upload two of my own pics and swap a face; good luck on that one. If it's possible, it is extremely unintuitive! If you want to see what Jennifer Aniston looks like with a beard, then this is your app. Lame!
making this app made you ruin the online version. app doesn't connect with my existing account. and on top of that I need to pay just to get the full functionality? this app is basically a scam, which is sad because the tech behind it is genuinely amazing. uninstalling, never using again. sell your AI to somebody who can build a decent user experience
I mean, it does swap the face. But it's so awful with a lot of pictures. I feel like if I tried to swallow pictures on my 1990 computer, it would turn out WAY better then this app.
Works great,when it works that is. It will routinely give connection errors when trying to select a photo or during the swap phase forcing you back to main menu.
WARNING! This is a SCAM! As soon as I installed this app, I started receiving repetitive notifications from WhatsApp that someone is requesting WhatsApp activation code for my phone number. WhatsApp kept sending me SMS messages with the activation code. Then my phone started repeatedly ringing with a WhatsApp caller ID number from California. When answered, a recorded voice kept repeating my activation code. This app is designed to maliciously hijack and infect your phone. BE SUPER CAREFUL! SCAM

loved the app but has issues with internet connection tho i always have full wifi connection. Preferred the website version and now that is almost unusable with constant issue messages.
It's a cool algorithm and most swaps look good but I'm disappointed in the app. Instead of adding new features they took away functionally from the online version to try and sell you the pro version. And the fact that you need to pay 40$ a year just to rent the app is ridiculous. The technology is great and I had some fun with it. I'd like to support the company but until they stop this cash grab and charge something reasonable I'll just have to wait for a competitor to pop up.
