Terrible interface, and not at all user friendly. It's only vaguely intuitive, a prerequisite for a decent app. The system is slow, and the information shown onscreen is often incorrect (like predicted PTO balances). The desktop version is even worse. How is that possible?! I can only imagine how much the company spent on this software. Any amount was a waste. The former software from the late 90s blows this out of the water.

Has potential, would like this a whole lot better if it actually had push notifications. It should let you know when a schedule is posted, a shift trade is requested, there is an open shift at the store etc. No one is going to open the app and look on their own. Push notifications would be so much nicer. Especially in the event of a call off. I thought that was the point of this app, to simplify getting coverage and have a greater reach. So far I'm still texting and calling people to get coverage/swap shifts. And it takes forever to get anything approved. Schedulers/management should be able to do a little more from the mobile app. But push notifications would help a lot!!

I have downloaded the app several times and still cannot get in. It keeps telling me that it cannot connect to server. I also keep getting a reflexis ad pop up. I have enabled the permissions for the app and used the correct ip address given to me. Others in my store have been able to log in but are having difficulty in seeing the schedule. Was this app actually researched and used in a trial to see how user friendly it was going to be? My husband uses the Kronos app and it is so much easier!

This app is pretty much useless! Multiple issues from, choosing options, requesting schedule changes, making notes doesn't save, and closes out every time you make a choice. I've sent logs and reported issues only to be told the next release fixes the issues. It still has the same issues. I don't think anyone at this company can program an app and don't know why there in business.

We switched to this system at work about a month ago. It is very difficult to use, it schedules us for weird shifts, we can only see our own schedule in the app (which makes swapping shifts and planning each day such a headache), and its doesn't give you any alerts when there's a change to the schedule or when your requests are approved (you just have to keep checking in the app). Some serious changes would be appreciated.

I can't even get past the first page. I put in a domain name and url and nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times already. I understand that all things new take some time, but this is an epic fail. It takes me much longer to do a schedule and the shifts that they have laid in are so far out of our operating hours. My advice is to revamp the scheduling model, have a set up screen so stores can tailor there hours according operations and receiving. Rethink, redo, relaunch.

This is unnecessarily confusing. Scheduling for specific availability is very confusing. I always need a manager to help me request my time and even after we have worked on it for half an hour I'm still not sure if it's correct. It should have a more simplified look. For example: pick one day or several days at time you'd like off or to work around a specific time and be done with it. I like the old system better. This is useless. It only adds time wasted to try and figure it out.

What a absolute waste of time, I need this app for my work schedule (to save time on paper work) and I rely on paper work more than ever now because of the vast amounts of bugs / issues. This is not a game app where bugs are resolved as the game evolves, it is a vital piece of information for us. Surely little things such as logging in should have been a priority before it went live?

Apparently this app does all it's magic from 2 to 5 am, so you get the pleasure of getting thousands of text messages, emails and push notifications going off all night. Especially if you're categorized as a schedule writer, as you get not only all your own notifications, but those of everyone in the store. I will give a better rating if they adjust the timing so I'm not being woken up all night.

Slightly better now. After 9 months, today was the first time it has ever given me a notification of a new schedule. Sadly, a bad experience in the past taught me that the "schedule" in the app can be different that what the managers have posted in the store. Hence, I do not trust the app. I only use it to submit day off requests, but I don't even trust that, I always text the ASM. (What happened: my "schedule" in the app changed 3 times within 12 hours, none of which matched what posted.)

The app works perfectly fine. I work at Walgreens and all I had to do was go into workforce scheduler and there was a link with a QR code on the right hand side of the screen. Then i logged in on the app and i was in, took about 15 seconds. The problem i think most people are having is that their jobs aren't uploading their schedules. For me, no one does the schedule the right way so its never available online. I realized this after downloading, so the app is of no use to me. On the app it says no schedule for this week, which is true. Overall great app and easy to use.

If you change your password in the store, then the reflexis app no longer works for you. You have to uninstall it then re install it and it is very frustrating!!!!! And I have a brand new phone... so it's not a phone issue. Also, it takes forever to get signed back in. As a minimal part time employee, I rely on the app for my schedule and unfortunately usually have to go into the store and take a picture of the schedule any way because the app is so unreliable

I think the potential for this app is awesome however, the functionality has something to be desired. I'm trying to figure out how to log in as I know I am using the log in information I originally started with but for some reason it isn't recognizing it. I can change my password, but I have to have log in information. Since it isn't recognizing either, I can't change password. Very frustrating. but there is no place to contact if I can't do either. No web site, no link, no anything. When I click on the link 'forgot password?' or 'Set or change your security question' all I get is a webpage that says 'Webpage not available and cannot be loaded. At this point it is useless and I may as well delete the app even though I wish I could get it to work!! The store manager can't help if they are just getting to know it as well, so when we are advised to contact our store manager for more help, well, that's pretty useless.

Overall a pretty good app, but is there anyway that developers could add a notification when your schedule changes at all? My work likes to change my schedule after posting it all the time. Then when I'm a no show, I get in hot water, because it's changed but I didnt get any notice about it. They like to use "well its on the app" as an excuse for not mentioning to me in person that it has changed.

NOT user friendly!!!! Thanks Walgreens for making your employees use this app. Its a mess. Requesting off and setting up availability and profile through this app is confusing, frustrating and time consuming...i cant add contact info to my profile except my pic. Changing my availability is way too complicated and i cant put the reason why I need to change it. It isn't as simple as what I was previously using at work. I do not like the layout. Needs a lot of work...

The work schedule always seems to come out wrong on the app and it is pretty much impossible to request time off even with training on how to use the app. On top of that, if there is a password change that needs to happen, its also pretty much impossible and I have to wait and do it at work through my jobs portal. Overall useless.

Won't allow me access to app at all. App claims my settings are wrong but gives no information as to what I should change in my settings. Reading through the reviews it seems I'm not the only one with the same issue. I have an LG phone. I've never had a problem accessing any other app ever. This app is terrible!!

Downloaded app for Walgreens use. It seems to load up fine on my Android phone, but I suppose I can't be sure because as of right now I can't view any schedules, even the ones that are already finalized and posted at work. I don't know if that's an actual issue with the app, or if it just hasn't gone live for my store yet. Time will tell....

This app is functional in a bare bones kind of way- I can see my schedule. I am unable to enter my contact info, even though there is a place for it. I hate having to log in every time. It needs fingerprint log in, or no login at all. Also needs notifications, maybe a way to link to all local stores so we can get notifications regarding open shifts with out having to manually enter store numbers. It needs to be customizable so team members can see other people's schedules to know who they work with. It would be beneficial to see the store's whole schedule for a week at a time.

This app says that I can sync to my calendar, but Everytime I try a drop box appears for about half a second and then disappears not allowing me to actually sync. Very annoying and unuseful! Have emailed requested information. This app is more trouble than anything. Would not recommend to others.

The app is REALLY unreliable and bugged. It essentially feels like a neglected, unfinished product. I've had so many problems getting the schedule up and submitting PTO requests. When putting in requests I get occasional popups saying some random Error. I really wished we used a different app from this. Not intuitive either.

I need to sign on 4 times so I can get into the app. Very frustrating! It always says that the password is incorrect the first time , then you type it again ( doesn't get Google remember the password) the you find out that the page has expired and then you start again. The update that happened a couple of weeks ago made it worse.

my management have approved all my store locations but i cannot see any opened shift either in my district or anywhere. i have contacted management and they don't know what to do either. this is the most useless app I've ever used. i don't know what my company saw in this app to change from the previous system. I love change but this is recklessness!!! I don't see the same drop active drop down many as displayed in pictures.

Worked just long enough to get used to it. I'll allow the 1 star because I like that WHEN IT WORKED it would sync the schedule to my calendar. App has always 'glitched' here and there, but now I can't even sign in. I've been trying for well over a week. Even uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. What a waste of time.

I have to put in my password twice, even tho its correct both times. I can have wifi on or data on and it does nothing but after the 25th try it Final loads an when it does I miss work or an hour late cause your app takes to long to work. I'm better off looking at the hard copy of the schedule at my job. This app has not improved the work flow one bit since it was released to us

Supposed to be simple and intuitive, it's anything but. If I want to access my schedule, I HAVE to have two devices, because if I click away from the page to receive the access code, I have to start the process over again. Oh, that's the other thing, I have to get a new access code each time I want to check my schedule. Honestly, not a big problem, but very obviously a huge mistake with no patch or update in sight. Pretty annoying, but I guess I'll get used to it.

Need to sign in every time you use it and it always requires 2 FA. No fingerprint option and it's highly unstable (I haven't been able to access the app for months and rely on taking pictures of my company rota, which is the core issue this app is designed around. Any organisation looking to use this app should save their money, there are far better, working, alternative systems.

Trying to use this for work. I work at Walgreens and they switched to this app. I got it downloaded but it won't let me get to the acutal part to see my schedule despite entering the correct information. It says unable to connect to server. A little help would be nice but there's no help screen.

It's a good idea in theory. I've spent a lot of time putting my availability in the app only to find it schedules me working on days I'm unavailable anyway. My schedule alternates every other week and I don't see a way to account for that without manually reentering every single week individually. This is extremely time consuming and frustrating. It would be nice to have an option to alternate your schedule every other week without having to retype/enter each week individually. I've also seen lots of replies from the app developers to contact your store manager for help. The execution of the rollout wasn't handled well with Walgreens as most managers I have asked for help have no idea how to help. I was excited that this app might make scheduling easier but so far it's only making it more time consuming. I hope it improves. EDIT 10/29. All of my availability has been approved by management and I was still scheduled on an unavailable day.

For some time now, I haven't been able to access my account. It asks for me to login every time, and then it freezes. When I tried to reschedule outside of the app, it said the app itself wasn't even installed (though in my settings, my phone said it was.
