With the Regence app you have easy and secure access to your health insurance information. When you download the app you can sign in with your existing online account, or use your member ID card to register. Use the “remember my user name” option to quickly sign in with a password or apply fingerprint security. The Regence app gives you fast and convenient access to your health insurance tools and features:

• Find a doctor: Take the guesswork out of finding a doctor, hospital or clinic in your plan’s network. Read provider reviews and check specialty information to guide your choices.
• Claims and benefits: View the status of open claims, copays, deductibles, coinsurance and your out-of-pocket maximum.
• Digital ID card: Look at your member ID card in the app once and your information will be stored in your phone so you can view it any time.
• Message Center: Send a question about a claim or your benefits to Member Services, using Message Center secure messaging.
• Contact us: Click to call Member Services.
This app is intended for members of Regence health plans in Oregon, Utah, Idaho and select counties of Washington.

Newest update broke the app, have to log in multiple times to get to messages and then the messages screen doesn't even display. Can't add phone # for 2FA it just says "something went wrong". Have to go through menus to look at important info such as usage stats and ID card info. Biometrics is no longer standard but has to be selected, and wasn't optional for second login to message center.

We've updated our security? Started for me today, but honestly I haven't tried to access the app in a month or so. I tried accessing Regence through the app. It asked me to update my password. I've done that twice so far. The app launches an instance of my Brave Browser where after fumbling around with one-time access code BS I successfully changed my password. Why then does this cockamamie app not recognize that? It's GOT to be a system issue because when I tried to access the site on my Mac (again, with the Brave Browser) it gives me the same message. How many time will I need to authenticate myself. Once per device? Come on people, get your act together please.

100% broken. Login and it asks to verify email. If you verify the email it sends you to a page to login which then asks you to verify again. Loop repeats

When it was working I loved this app but since the newest update I can't get it to open. It takes my password logs in for a few seconds then kicks me out and back into the login page. Please fix it!

Terrible app. I don't know what they did, but it requires you to log in multiple times, didn't show messages and logs you out on a whim. This is nothing more that a terrible front end to a mobile site.

I can log in just fine on the website on desktop and mobile Chrome but every time I try using the app it just says "something went wrong." I've checked my credentials. There is no error code. Just "something went wrong."

Every single time I open the app it says I need to supply an email address even though I have 50 times already. It's incredibly annoying, especially because if I go to my email on my phone (or any other app on my phone) it will automatically log me out of the Regence app repeating the same process with supplying the email.

App is horrible. Reset password don't work. Entering in a email gives you random numbers. Your phone won't get a one time code. It's worthless

Had the app and uninstalled it because it said I needed to update to the new app. Downloaded it again and same thing. So what's the point of it if it's not the updated app on the play store?

Worthless. I can't even log in. The app says it's locked and I have to contact their support, yet when I did they said my account was active and maybe I should reinstall the app to get it to work. Surprise: still locked. They even said that nobody else has complained about this issue, yet the reviews are full of exactly what I'm experiencing!

The issue I have is that I can't find a way to pay my premium through the app. I would think Regence would have the IT capability to have bill pay in their app. I have not had any need for any of the other features so far so can't rate the app on anything but the lack of bill pay access.

I am able to sign in to the Regence website in a web browser, but this app keeps sayingy password is wrong. In both cases I am copying and pasting my password from LastPass, my password manager. Not sure why this works in a web browser but not in the Regence app.

Love the app for the quick access to view deductibles, coinsurance, benefits, or even chat with a rep. Just wish we could have the option to select the prior year's deductible & OOPM information as well, especially at the beginning of the new year.

I already hate this app. I have 5 people in my insurance and I can only view my card since Rengence has decided everyone gets their own card now. Not convenient!

The birthdate input was a calendar that I was to go back month by month to my year. Way too time consuming. Could not find another option to input birthday. Typing in my name kept adding that last letter, and then letters, to each letter I typed, so I hand a very long name . Stopped trying after several attempts. Uninstalled app.

I have found this app perfect for me and my family. We can see where our claims are, how far we've gone to meeting our deductible, and email insurance cards right to the doctors office. Overall, this is a great app that provides the information I need, when I need it, specifically when I'm standing in front of the front desk at my doctor's office and they are asking me questions I don't have the answers to.

Great app! Finally an insurance plan that is easy to use. The info provided is recent and updated - when I switched my Primary Care physician, I found new one through the app. At my first appointment I was asked how I found them, because they Just opened their clinic that week.

WHY DOES THE APP LOG ME OUT WHEN I NAVIGATE TO A DIFFERNT APP? WHY CANT I TAKE A SCREENSHOT WHILE IN THE APP? There was no info on the rating of a doctor in the app. I opened Google, found ratings I was looking for, went back to the Regence app, and was logged out! I then tried to take a screenshot of two doctors' names knowing I would get logged out and have to navigate to the search and filter info again. Can't screenshot! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!

Requests I enter my email every time i log in and then had me confirm email by sending me a code. Evey time. Also, why can't i view my cards in the app until two weeks after creating an account? By then, the physical cards should be here... which is why i wanted them on the app meanwhile.

It ask me to sign in so I do the same way as i do on the computer and says that it can't reach the site or that my password is invalid. I know this is the right password and use name because I log in on computer to make sure and I got in with no Problem.

The app has poor customer service support, change the phone to a new one and re downloaded this app and when I tried to login got a can't login, tried to get support on the website to find out the page is having difficulties and try again later.
