This app constantly throws up a white screen after opening. Have to uninstall and install again to work on first try. Open for a second time and white screen all over again. When I do finally get the enter my 4 digit pin, it stays on that page. Does not sync with Samsung Health at all. Won't allow the turn me to turn on permissions. Tells us to call their customer service, and they don't even know why it doesn't work. Ridiculous!
Tried installing to sync with Samsung Health but it doesn't work. I can't even turn on the little slider indicator, but this app still runs in the background hogging resources. If the programs revolve around logging health data, and they advertise that they can sync with the one I've been using for years, they should really make it work. I'm not ready to leave a reliable app and years of history for a company that may change next open enrollment...
Loading every screen is an exercise in patience. Average login time is 3-5 minutes, assuming it doesn't just decide to only show a white screen. The pin # you're forced to add to start the app has several times not worked, forcing me to repeatedly restart the app until it does. I am constantly bombarded with recommendations to take the wellness exam - despite doing that the first time I launched the app. This entire app is poorly executed, with little to no connection from Regence servers.
Update: Our rep from Regence just notified us an update was just made and bugs should be resolved. I am now able to get logged in (both desktop and mobile) so whatever you all just pushed to production seems to have fixed the immediate bugs I ran into. I still haven't had a chance to use the app yet, but at least now I can log in. I will now update to 3 stars, since I can log in. Will adjust rating appropriately once I've had a chance to use it. Constantly get login failed or no network connection error. The one time I was able to log in, was stuck in a loop of creating and verifying pin. Didn't make it any further than that. Many of my co-workers have had issues as well with the app. Terrible to release an app that is so full of bugs, where is your QA?
Will not sync with Samsung health app. Now can't put anything in this app. It's all locked out because the information is supposed to transfer from Samsung health. Cannot change permissions on those Samsung health. To get this app to work will have to download a different app that this one will talk to. Support services can't help and have waited 3 days for the accounts to sync. Nothing. Frustrated so deleting this app.
This app isn't very user friendly and isn't easy to navigate. The credits are harder to earn and they require you to do more to get them. It doesn't work half the time when I open it and I can't connect to Samsung Health through this app so I have to manually enter all of my data into Fitbit in order to get credit. All in all, my experience has been quite frustrating. I will say though, the customer service was friendly, but that doesn't make up for the app.
Fine during set up but once trying to log back in with pin, punch in pin repeatedly only for pin entry to disappear and this cycle rinse and repeat. Now can't access app so that was a waste of time. Wish it wasn't so buggy and difficult because it would be nice to access this app but I uninstalled it because it's been pretty useless after those technical issues happened repeatedly ten times in a row. Would NOT recommend this app.
Send ok. But I can't find with Samsung Health. I have followed the instructions in this app but I don't see the so listed in Samsung Health. I have to update my steps manually. Not sure it is worth it. Also I can't close the app. It is always running unless I go in to the apps list and force close it.
This app is utter garbage. Completely unusable. Tried several months ago and wouldnt connect to samsung health. Decided to try again and now cant even get past the pin login. Its embarrassing, I have seen apps developed by kids that are far better made. Maybe they could go recruit some kids from a local middle school to develop this for them?
I couldn't even get signed up. Multiple glitches on the sign up page. I finally had to give up. Then Uninstalled the app.
Doesn't connect with Samsung Health, will just constantly try to sync and drain your battery. Samsung Health doesn't even recognize that anything is trying to connect.
This app doesn't work at all! I can't even sign in to an existing account or create a new account. Don't waste your time! Would give 0 stars if it were an option.
Worst interface design. Cluttered and confusing, and worst, broken in many places. Regence needs to get their money back from the developers.
keeps closing as soon as I enter my pin edit- they were quick to fix this issue and now I can get in. The app works great and has been uaeful for reminders to form better habits!
Wow! Can't even log in at the very beginning. Piss poor app. You'd think a medical insurance agency would be able to accomplish an app they create and promote. Very disappointing.
Only works maybe 20% of the time. I constantly open the app and enter my pin a dozen times before closing the app because it won't let me in.
Horribly unstable. Fails to sync w/ samsung health. Fails to log in 95% of the time, and hangs.
Half of the app doesn't work well and now they changed how to log in. How can I keep up with challenges with an app that shouldn't have passed a test phase?
