Several times I have made scheduled rides in advance and then when I call to inquire they have no record of it even when I am able to give them the confirmation number from app
App doesn't open at all due to a "handshake error" .

This app does not work on Android 9. It crashed at start up and complaint about invalid handshakes
This is great it's awesome now you don't have too wait 30 min for the cab
When I request a ride it always says driver on the way. But the driver is always going somewhere else instead of picking me up. Yes the app lets you see where the Taxi is but what is the point if the driver never comes to get you
When I scheduled the time for me to be picked up, the app would NOT have my correct address. It kept stating that my Taxi would pick me up three blocks away from where I actually live. Un-installed.
I can track my taxi coming to me.

Taxi never came! Dispatch RUDE AS HE'LL!!!
The app is great if it is functioning properly... Pefect example: As I text I am in a taxi on my way to work.. The app has me moving north on I 270 & the taxi I should be in still sitting in front of my house.. Eta of taxi arrival is rarely accurate... sorry guys ... being honest... please do better in the future.
