This app no longer works on the Galaxy S9. App will not open and I get an error message that tells me to reboot my device. NO amount of rebooting or uninstalling/installing will make this app work! The app is fixed and works fine.

App no longer even opens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it just keeps telling me there is a problem and to reboot my device. I reboot, and nothing changes. It was a decent app until a few weeks ago.

The app is great, however it is not compatible with the Samsung 9 and I really would like to know when their is going to be an updated version.

Just downloaded this app as suggested by the website. Instructed to use same online login information and got locked out of my account in the app and online! Not gonna make this mistake again. No one available to answer the phones now. I must not be the only victim LoL

Ever since the new Samsung update on my Note 9. The app is no longer working. Keeps saying that I have to reboot my phone.. please fix this issue

Just a really helpful site when you can't get to your bank because you live 1000miles away from them now.

Only used to chexk balance so on thar note its a good app

One of the reasons I really liked this was because I could transfer to other people within Regional Federal Credit Union, but now they took it away from the mobile app and you have to go back to the original website and go through all of that hassle to do it. Why take something that was not broken and break it?

This is better than the old app.
