User Registration not even possible - not a great start at all. The verification code that is sent to the business email address is delivered in delay or not at all when try re attempt. The communication states the code expires in 10min but the timer on the app to insert code times out in 1min. How do we book if not able to even register. Please help urgently.

Poor- re send codes Locked out even though l had my password. The code was meant to be for 10 minutes but, this was not the case. It was thirty seconds at best. I have to go home, from Regus Canada Water, go on my computer, receive the code and punch it into either online or my mobile. Just isn't good enough. I am surprised that such a well established company would make my life and their customers life difficult.

Awful service all round. You want to book something on the app, you can't. You contact the help desk, they never respond to your query. You want to get another person on the account. You end up ringing somebody at IWG who doesn't understand. You email account.helpdesk, you never get an answer. The only good thing is the physical office and the receptionist that works there. Awful service from the app to the support team. Get some training issued!

App is extremely slow. In addition I have been unable to book a space via the app, when I search for a space it comes back with zero results. If I perform the exact same search on desktop I get options to book. Defeats the purpose of having an app if I still need to perform basic tasks on their website.

Still pretty clunky, loses connection a lot right in the middle of booking. What about adding bulk reservations? If I want to book a space several days in a row, or pick dates on the calendar then book all at once, can't do it with the app. Have to book one at a time! Also, it would be great if it would tell me how many many days I have left in the month to book an office.

I've been using this app for almost a year now, and I can honestly say that it is irritating to use and it's better just to call a Regus centre directly to book a space. The main problem is that it is very poorly designed and resets login credentials often... forget staying logged in like every other app on the market. The Regus app forces you to log in almost every time you use it! Pair that with the clumsy User Interface and you're much better phoning to book spaces!

One of the worse service office. I have problems with them in the US and Vietnam. Be careful with their terms and conditions as it is very vague. They are a scam company. They just issued me with an invoice after I have cleared up the payment in September 2020 and the contract has ended last year. They created a new account without informing me and charged me. Find a better service office and avoid them at all cost.

I have few concerns over the app. I am not able find a place remove the registered credit card. And once card is registered an amount been deducted without my consent. If it has confirmation method where credit and debit amount would be fine. This is utterly a chaos. Will update few other areas where the app need improvent later.

Also had horrible experience others describe. Site and app do NOT work properly. First I couldn't book services. Unhelpful staff kept creating new accounts. After 2 months I had 5 wrong, empty accounts I couldn't delete. Empty app didn't show services or invoices. Surprised to receive wrong charges when finally cancelled one. Can't delete credit card. Still have multiple accounts. Called and wrote. No reply from Helpdesk in 2 weeks (so far) and problems remain without fixing.

The app is completely broken. Here's an approximate transcript of my attempt to get it fixed. me: "The app returns an error when I attempt to get my ID card. This has made it difficult to access co-working space while travelling." Regus, two weeks later (after my trip): "Your account is expired." Me, "No, it's not - here's the info from your web app. Can you please help me fix the android app?" Regus, one week later, but *still* prior "to expiration of membership, "Here are instructions on how to pay us money." The app and the support for it are literally the worst experience I've ever encountered when we're actually paying a lot of money. Weird. I'd recommend a different co-working organization if one is convenient to you! Note that Regus and Spaces apps are basically the same, but you should use the app that has the same name as the co-working office you visit. They don't understand if you have a global membership.

STOP!!! PLEASE READ. I did sign for services! but Because I chose to do so on my phone my selection was cut off and placed just right to make me belive I was selecting what was on screen leaving me in a 2 year lease thinking it was month to Month, that is billed 2 months at a time and included a separate service at the same price doubling the price, then taking that full first payment and applying it to a deposit, quadrupling my upfront cost. "Customer Service" Sorry, nothing we can do.

Every time the app updates the user login details are erased which defeats the object of having the app in the first place as I have to spend half an hour trying to find login details every day in order to use the card. This is one of the only few apps that has this problem and it's very frustrating.

This is truly a rubbish app! Not intuitive to use. Choices already made whilst making a booking change when adjusting another parameter. Much easier and faster to use the web-based booking portal.

Handles the basic functions, but can be a bit cumbersome. For example, it takes a number of seemingly unnecessary clicks to book a room. Could be simpler. Also, it won't let you update your credit card.

Horrible company. During pandemic, they gave discount which they they recovered in the balance months of the agreement. Also the centre staff commitments were not followed subsequently. The app starts in Russian which is not my language of choice. The retainer deposit return was delayed and still they are holding up the part payment for no reason.

Very convenient for booking, but soem prepaid service still appear payable randomly someshow, so i restart the app to get ride of the problem As of Aug 2020, the problem still there… Office Plus service, with prepaid day office usage, when book office from booking tab, it still shows charge fee.

Terrible app. Lots of bugs. App translates language to Russian without asking. Upon reinstalling it doesn't go past the walkthrough screens and all button titles are a mess showing developer language.
