The calendar skips weeks, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to make a class booking easily. I just end up using the mindbody app to make my bookings. I love my gym, but this app is a waste of space.
Awful bad, the app does not let me schedule my classes it tells me to log out and try again. OTF app works 10X better and never had a problem scheduling a class. This app needs a update seriously IT people.
I gave this app 4 out of 5 stars. It does everything it is designed to do except for linking to the Fitbit. I understand work is in progress to correct that issue. Once that is completed. I will give it 5 out 5 stars.
It never works. It tells me I can't schedule or change classes bc I don't belong to the location. Plus you can't schedule past your payment date so all the classes are full by the time you have access.
Not bad at all, buuuut the calendar is glitchy - I scroll once and it skips the entire week and I cannot go backwards.
App stops any time i try to open it. App used to work, but not anymore. Useless app.
After update doesn't work anymore, can't sign in and doesn't show my state for login or registration
Hard to use, alot of times its greyed out or skips weeks and wont let me sign up

I love this gym; however, the app erased an entire 2 weeks worth of class reservations! I reserved 2 weeks worth of daily classes about 3 days ago and when I checked it this morning, every single class is unreserved. I couldn't even re-sign-up because they were all full now. :/ I am very disappointed in this, as the gym is $150 a month and I am missing classes that I can't sign up for anymore because the app removed me and the class have to be reserved in advance (which I already did).
A+ the gym is phenomenal
The app takes a long time to get it to work. When changing the weeks on a calendar, it freezes, and I often have to restart the phone. (I know it's not because of the phone, because everyone who has the app in the gym has the same exact issue. ) I learned to be patient and make it work, but nonetheless it is in need of the improvement and user friendly application.
